The customer service personnel are always so courteous and helpful.I dont go very often but every time I have gone there for a specific type of battery they always have it and they always seem genuinely friendly and helpful!

Their car battery prices are excellent with generous discounts. Even unusual batteries are in stock. Battery installation is performed on the spot and they have a device which preserves all the settings on newer cars. Sales personnel are very helpful and competent.

Ordered Duracell 6v Golf cart batteries online to get 10% off. The order was easy, fast, and good procedure. It will charge you the core price for battery when ordering. But when you pick-up the batteries at the store and turn in your old batteries the core charge is credited to your credit card on-site. The store employees were friendly and helped with the battery exchange. I would like to see more training on batteries to help with there knowledge on the products.

Made an appointment for phone repair. Arrived a little early and the guy started checking out the phone and typing on the computer. He then said it would be a couple hours. Why do they offer online appointments every 30 minutes if it doesnt make a difference. I drove past 5 or 6 other repair facilities closer to me because they offered appointments. Turns out its just a gimmick to get you in the store. I could not be back in that area a couple hours later.

I purchased a used IPhone 6S and the camera did not work. I looked online for a place to repair the camera and found this store close to The Woodlands. I walked in midday without an appointment and they had it repaired within an hour. They did not have to send it out so I just went to Costco across the street and got my shopping done while I waited. An extremely pleasant experience.

Great experience! I was unable to find any place that carried the cell phone battery I was looking for (including Verizon), without having to wait 10 days to receive it by mail. I stumbled across the web site and located a physical store. I purchased on line and within 10 minutes it was ready for pickup.

Although the store is decent the repair side is a total flop. Took 4 weeks for something they committed to have ready within a week.. I had to call multiple times and each time they said- it would be ready Friday. Then as you can guess it was not ready. Terribly disorganized. To the owner- Feel free to contact me. I will be glad to give you more info. If a repair is need- avoid this place.

This review is based on an online order for car batteries.An hour after placing the order I got a note saying my battery was ready for pick-up. Despite the store being empty it took nearly 30 minutes for me to get the suppliers I ordered.If that isnt enough of a reason to look elsewhere their car batteries are significantly more expensive batteries than other auto care stores.

This store good at bait and switch. Called the day before about a battery. Quoted a price of 147.00 over phone.. i reserved battery for pick up next day. Drove a long distance to pick up. Ive been there twice now - once looking for a standard bulb for a pendant light. They did not carry it. The second time I was looking for batteries. They did not carry the AA rechargeable batteries for solar lights that I needed (pretty standard). They did have a button battery I was looking for, but it was very overpriced. Dont waste your time there. Shop online.

Their online search was accurate, which is important when placing orders online. Didnt take no time at all to have the order pulled and ready. Less than an hour for sure. Received exactly what I wanted, needed and ordered.

I went to numerous stores looking for special batteries for my Christmas Lenox decorations. This is the only store I found them!! Courteous staff too!

I bought a battery for my car from this store. After 3 or 4 months, I started having battery problems again. Having hard time to start the car in the morning. I took the car to change the battery cuz it is still under warranty. They asked me to bring a proof from a mecanic saying that the problem is the battery. Can you imagine that? Worst experience i ever had.

Do not take your iPad in for repair. It took about a month and three screens later and it still isnt fixed. The screen isnt fully seated and has a green haze. I would take it back but my time is more valuable than running back and forth to that place. If I could submitt zero stars I would have.

I ordered my batteries on December 25th and on the website it said they had them in stock at my store and I could get right away. I called the store and was told they didnt have the batteries but I could get them by the 28th. I went to the store and they told me they didnt have the batteries yet, but they would call me when they arrived. I called the store on the 3rd and was told they didnt have them yet, they would call me when they had them. On Monday Jan 8th I called the store yet again and they said they had them, without the slightest concern for not honoring the promise to call me when they had them. When I showed up at the store I was not impressed with the service I received. Next time Ill use the Spring store instead. I dont need to put up with poor customer care.

After ordering several watch batteries on line, I went to the store to pick them up. I had to wait at least 15 minutes while the clerk was talking to another customer. There was another person in the back, making phone calls, but ignoring my presence. When I got home I discovered that one of the batteries I ordered, a 317, was not in the group, instead there was a 371, which is totally different. They wasted my time and gave me the wrong product.

I brought a Craftsman Battery Pack into the store on State 242. I was charged $39.99 in advance and told I could pick the item up in two (2) days. I returned in three (3) days to pick the item up but was told it would not be ready for another week. I came back a week later and was told the item would not be ready until the.following Friday. I came back the next Friday and was told the item would not be ready until the next Friday. The employees, specifically Chris, lied to me continually. I mention their gross rudeness, too, so any prospective customers are forewarned that if you patronize this company be prepared for poor service, rudeness, and lying to your face. The owner Toby Lee, does not appear to care and apparently supports his lying employees.
