This was hands-down the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Top notch service. They listen to the customer. Absolutely no pressuring and Adam gave me the time to make decisions and was always accessible and willing to answer any questions I had.Adam went above and beyond (as did Mr. Gibson in Finance…and everybody else at Bayway for that matter) to explain everything and make sure I did not have any questions. Adam also took the time to personally go over every feature of the car. That was the first time a salesperson has ever done that – usually that is where the dealer says goodbye and a concierge takes over. While there are other Cadillac dealerships much closer to my house, the professionalism from the entire staff and the service I received was well worth the 50-mile drive. I walked away knowing I got an excellent deal and that I will be able to count on their commitment to outstanding customer service in the future.Thank you, Adam, for a fantastic car buying experience.

I am sharing my experience that I had while shopping for a vehicle with your dealership and I’m making you aware. The 2017 Jeep Wrangler you tried to sell me yesterday should have never been on your lot for sale in that condition, I’m not sure what inspection your vehicles undergo once you purchase them but this is shameful that a customer had to point out such a large issue to your salesman. It’s sickening to think if I would have not crawled under the vehicle and inspected it I would have purchased it and it worries me more that this would pass your pre owned sales inspection. This is unacceptable and not safe to sell!

At Bayway Cadillac, I have experienced excellent care care and have enjoyed the hospitable amenities. This last visit I was able to get my car back on the same day and they did transport me to my job and back to the dealership once the work was completed, however, I missed half of the day waiting for the transport service to deliver me to work because the transport service had to transport other passengers who were miles away in other cities and there were no loaner cars available and I was told that now you have to make reservations for them 2-3 weeks out. When you have an emergency with your car, that is utterly impossible!

The employees are outstanding, everything you would expect from a higher end dealership. However, the dealbreaker was forcing me to buy a ‘Care Package’ for $3,000 that I don’t need, don’t want, and will not use. I’ll find somewhere else to buy a car.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!I brought my ‘07 Escalade with 150k miles in to get a tune up, the rear lift hydraulics fixed, a windshield washer reservoir, and tire sensors. They’re “service” to my vehicle nearly got me killed in an accident after my transmission went out on the freeway after leaving the dealership. They unplugged the battery just to reset the lights and my washer reservoir AND tire sensors came right back on after the check engine light came on. When I brought it in after driving 35mph from Freeport to the woodlands (4hrs) they denied having done anything to cause the transmission issue, stated the washer reservoir they replaced just so happened to have a crack which they would send in for warranty. On the paperwork it shows something entirely different. They charged me for a transmission flush and then substituted an alternative service WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR AUTHORIZATION!!!After bringing my vehicle home for the SECOND time they left a grease spot on my carpet and the rear lift gate has rusty parts that were supposedly new, they double charged me for oil change and charged me $710 for replacing tire sensors that cost 50/tire anywhere else.I personally witnessed the manager (who was doing “4 peoples jobs”) tell one of the technicians to “get creative “ because a part was on back order in the entire nation.If you don’t want a CREATIVE solution to happen to your vehicle that renders it unusable and in worse condition than you brought it in, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE ELSE!! These people are scandalous and now I have to take it to a different mechanic to fix and get my attorney involved.Worst experience ever!!!!! Terrible management, and lying sales reps in the service department. They DGAFTerrible, TERRIBLE place of business. I can only imagine how many other Cadillac owners they’ve taken advantage of….

The structure of the service department needs adjusting. I made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced on Tuesday and received a confirmation text and email. Friday the day of my appointment and 7 minutes before my arrival time to drop off the vehicle the young lady told me they did not have loaner vehicles and she saw that it was requested on my appointment. It was absolutely poor service to wait until the very last minute to tell someone that. The excuse she gave on contacting me at the last minute was poor and unacceptable. That’s not good service. Also update the app and remove the loaner option so no one is under the assumption that there is one available.Update - After taking my vehicle back Randall took care of everything! He listened, he was thorough, followed up, always made sure I knew what was going on and that I was satisfied. He went above and beyond and deserves the highest recognition!

Been searching for a vehicle since the beginning of the year (2021) for daily commuting and errands with family members. My eye caught the attention of a 2017 Cadillac ATS and I knew that that was the car for me. Contacted the dealership via email and the following morning I drove in and took it out for a test drive. YouTube prepared me visually for it but Mr. Henry Dent, he sold me on the aspect and the beauty of the vehicle. My recent visit to this store was way more than we expected! From the moment we walked into the front doors we were greeted with our sales rep Jack and he helped us with everything and all of our questions on the vehicles we were interested in and had all the knowledge on the product he was selling us on. Terri the finance manager went above and beyond to make sure we were both satisfied with the deal we were getting! I had been looking for the perfect Jeep Wrangler for a few months. I stumbled across one that had JUST become available at Bayway. I put in an inquiry and receive a call about 20 minutes later. Since I was at work, I didn’t have any cell signal to receive calls. Laurel went out of her way to text me and introduce herself. I went to see the Jeep that night. The next day, I called Laurel and told her I wanted it. She took my deposit over the phone to hold the truck until I got off work, but didn’t actually run my card information (YAY!). The final numbers were a little higher than I wanted, but Laurel worked with finance and got them down to where I needed them. Overall, I had a great experience. The people I worked with, Laurel, Jeff, & Michael were extremely friendly! I even briefly spoke with Lynne and she was super kind as well! Great customer service, and definitely not your typical “pushy” dealership.

I went here to sell my car, and this is the process:1. Very great and easy discussion on how much you want for car.2. Paperwork signed and give them your keys.3. No more communication and over 2 weeks to get paid for your vehicle all while they are casually driving it around.The car was already paid off, and they make you wait over two weeks to get you your money all while they talk about driving your car around.Its been two weeks and Im still waiting. Never have I sold something and waited 2+ weeks to get paid. If I did that else where Id be charged interest or not receive the item until I paid it off.Just know the process starts nice and ends up being a long waiting game while they joy ride something they havent paid for.Apparently the check is ready now after 2 weeks and 1 day.

Lie, lie, lie. Called about a suv advertised online that didnt have pictures. Camden said they just got it in and would go out and make a video and text it to me in about 10 minutes. About a hour later, no video so called again. Manager answered and tried to find my info-never was put in. Camdin got on phone and said he would go now and make video and sent to me. I went in on a whim just to get a feel for what kind of family car I wanted to upgrade up to and Yuli did an amazing job of showing me everything they had. When I finally decided on what I wanted she went out of her way to search down my unicorn of a car. I had quite a list of must haves and Yuli and Terri found a car, got me the price I needed and had it perfect and ready for me. This is the place you want to go if your looking for a Cadillac. I was in the market for a PreOwned Cadillac Vehicle and visited several of the Cadillac dealerships around Houston. Our last stop of the day was Bayway Cadillac of the Woodlands. From the moment we arrived we were greeted very Welcoming. I was interested in a car I saw online and immediately was I introduced to a young gentleman named Henry Dent. Henry wasted no time in showing us the car and had a Fantastic attitude even though we arrived 25 minutes before they closed. After a test drive discussing the vehicles options we went inside to further discuss the deal with Jeff Brown another outstanding individual who made our whole experience so fun and seamless. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and ask for Henry Dent and Jeff Brown two individuals that sold me that car that evening! I applaud whoever hired these guys they are the Best! I bought a pre-certified used 2017 Cadillac CTS 3.6L PREMIUM LUXURY car and it has been a very unpleasant experience. Having to argue for repairs. Transmission problems covered by warranty while having to argue for replacement of front wheel bearing, $400. Initially wanted me to pay, then half and finally they agreed to cover. The used car manager told me that new tires were put on the car, not true. All four tire pressure sensors were bad and replaced leaving four unevenly worn tires that were put back on the carl. I only found this out after having a oil change and rotation of the tires when reading the bill.Now all four tires need replacing and they do not want to honor the new tires that were supposedly put on the car. Talked to used car manager today who now says he will not replace tires because the tires met 5/32 threshold even though the pattern of eneven wear had been set with the tires now at the minimum 5/32...This is not right...and not over as I just want them to honor their word and advertising to consumers.

After 3 months of debating on getting a new car, I lucked up on Bayway Cadillac of The Woodlands! Not only did they have the exact car that I wanted, they also had prompt communication! Lyn and Henry lined everything out, and got me situated with paperwork. Even though we had a very minor speed bump along the way due to Thanksgiving, It all worked itself out. My husband and I are very pleased with the overall service provided by Bayway and our new car! They are a family that cares for their customers!
