I took my iPad mini 4 in because I left it in the truck too long and the glue came off my glass. This place repaired it to near new condition and refused to charge me! I tried my best to at least give him $20, but he refused. Excellent service as well. I highly recommend.

Worse customer service from owner. Apparently he doesnt know how to order parts and keep his customers updated. Chased them everyday after my order and never got an answer. They dont care to take care of business.Paid my deposit for a cell battery which he never ordered and blamed his desk workers. Poor leadership and lack of accountability on his part. Until I asked for a refund on my deposit he then took my business serious, but 5 days too late.If you dont value your time and money this is the place for you.

One day I buy an ipone 6s plus in this store and the girl tells me that the ipone is new ... I take it and then I see that the camera has problems ... the boss tells me that I would change it but I have to go to the store .. I worked hard for 3 hours .. the other phone was not good either, the speaker did not work ... the boss tells me he would change it but he had to go to his store for the second time ... I lost 3 more hours of work ... when I arrive at the store I tell the owner that there is a lot of traffic and he answered that it is not his problem that is my problem .. he asked me the phone or the money ... to choose the money would not dissolve the money in its entirety I would charge a fee..is a disrespect to tell me this after I lost time and money and resivir abuse of the .. I do not speak English enough to understand everything and he told me that it is not his problem and I discriminated my race with an American client who was in the store at the time ... he is not American and his English is Its very bad ... after treating me very bad he told me that I would not change the phone that would return the money ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THAT STORE ..

Wish I could give him zero stars. Went to fix my iPad screen, charged me on the higher side but never worked properly and blamed it on me. Also, bought two unlocked iPhones and one of them turned as locked phone and when I took it back he refused to buy it back also wanted to charge me for unlocking it. He was rude, arrogant and dishonest. Will not suggest to anyone.

I took my WHITE Samsung Galaxy 4 in to to this location, upon recommendation from my brother who when visiting had had them replace his IPhone screen,and was happy with their work.When i dropped it off, the gentleman told me itll be 3 hrs and I can come back and pick it up. The crack was so small and a hairline, he originally did not even notice it....you had to hold it a certain way to even detect !!When I returned, he gave me my phone, stating that he apologized he thought he had a white replacement screen in stock, but was MISTAKEN......SO HE PUT A BLACK SCREEN ON MY PHONE, instead !!! Reallly???? I said why didnt you just NOT do it at all and just tell me when I returned. He said if it matters, Ill get a white screen from my other store and you can bring it back tonight, or tomorrow. When I called that evening, he said he wasnt able to get it, would have it in the morning. I went by the next morning, and he still did not have a white one.He TOOK MY # and was going to call me when he had it in stock, and I would have to leave my phone again, for 2-3 hrs.I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM......and in meantime, have had family member with illness.I called twice, tonight was 3rd time, with my RECEIPT, time of day and total chgs, but it only says Cashier, and theres no name, so I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who exchanged the incorrect screen and was supposed to call when he had WHITE replacement. !! No one seems to know anything about it..Ive asked for corporate phone contact # -- it is a cell #, with no name on vmail. etc.Spoken to Cay, and he says hes always there, and he knows nothing about it. He/THEY cannot look up by date, or RECEIPT #, who the Cashier was that rang up the transaction !! Really????This is the FIRST REVIEW Ive ever written, because I am so enfuriated, that they NOT ONLY took it upon themselves to change out a WHITE screen to a BLACK screen, which looks horrible, and then now, repeatedly, no one in the store acts like they know who did this.My brother is a State Trooper--perhaps thats why HE had no problems.?!!! Loli, on the other hand, would never recommend this business to anyone.....How SHADY !!!!!Makes you wonder what ALL theyre switching out and the quality of equip,emt replacing it with???Just sayin.Girl with White and Black phone-- really much more aesthetically pleasing, than just a small hairline crack on screen !!!?
