I was looking for a charger for my 3D, nowhere Id been had them. I called this GameStop and they only had one, which they offered to set back for me and held until I was able to come get it. Great customer service and friendly staff is always a huge plus

Just came in there to buy the new Pokemon 25th edition pack,the lady over the counter said she can only sale 1 per person which was fine,but my wife came in and wanted one as well then she switched it up to she can only sale 1 per family like why lie straight to our face like that I cancelled my game stop subscription to I will not do business with people who lie to my face!

Not even 1 star. Came in to change out a controller. Brought the wrong receipt. While dealing with rep, the manager Ashley rudely interrupts the conversation to tell me, I would have to go the store where I bought it. I asked if they check my account to find the purchase in which she refused! Only to keep repeating that I would have to go to the store in which it was bought. Uncomfortable wasnt the word considered I wasnt dealing with her and she ignored me as the next customer in line initially. Finally after a brief shouting match in front of other customers waiting for assistance I should add the professional rep did check my account. Turned out that the store i bought it from put the wrong information in. No problem. I left and went to the next closest store in Magnolia in which the guy, looked it up, diagnosed the issue and had me out in less than 5 minutes! I plan on calling corporate, especially when I found out that she was the actual manager and escalated a non issue to the point of hostility! No reason for it and she should NOT be a manager which such terrible customer service skills! Didnt even want to look up my account! In addition to this, I actually had been calling the store since 2pm or about 7 times with no answer just to see her Ashley using the phone while I was at the store!! I will be calling until I speak with her manager! Ive been a customer for over 20 years and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and disregard!

I purchased a switch charger and accidentally grabbed the wrong receipt. Despite showing the charger on my account, with my card on file, even though the box to the charger had the price on it, GaymeStop decided to stick it to me and refuse to refund my money. With retail on their heels from surging online orders devouring more and more of the market GOOD CALL! Just order your stuff on Amazon. This place has no good will towards their customers or any policies based on common sense. Home Depot processes returns without a receipt.Oh and they pull this right after I asked about trade in value of a PS4 towards a Nintendo Switch. Bad business practices. Honk!

My son and I love this GameStop. The employees are Always friendly and super helpful. They have, in the past, taken their time to help us find what we want, or find where to get what we want. We have never had a bad experience here. We especially love their used section and warranty for games, accessories, etc.. If the game doesnt work, take it back, and depending on the issue, theyll more than likely help you out. We have never been denied assistance in this matter. Also, dont forget to bring in your working games to trade, get store credit, or cash. Love em!

This has become my weekly stop for sales. I come here often for games i lile the resale value of hard copies still. The clearence and other toys are great for gifts. Staff so nice with my boys. I recommend coming often for good deals.

Kids need games and controllers. I had to get something from here. Seemed needlessly complex but kids were happy

GameStop is usually the kind of place where you can count on friendly staff, but this location in particular has every other one beat. The staff is always smiling, eager to help and always chatting with you about the newest games, their favorite classics and their favorite picks.

Unable to answer a simple question. I called asking about a trading in a One S for a One X and he wouldnt even answer my question. I dont care if he thinks he is saving me money or not, just answer the question. I wont ever visit this Gamestop again. I just wanted to know what the cost would be and after several attempts without an answer, I wont ever waste my time with that location again.

Good service but they opened at least 10 minutes past their posted opening time. Several people were waiting outside with kids. May not happen all the time though.

Upon calling ahead to check if inventory is full and told there was no way they would sell out, they sold out. And when i came in and was told this news the employee was rude after i turned down a cheaper version of the game. Have fun paying tons more later is what he says as i walk out the door. Smh no wonder Gamestop lost millions last year.

The 3rd key manager Kim was wonderful. She took care of my sister and myself in a very timely manner and she always has a smile.

Got the worst service from this store. i ordered a video game and it was delivered to my home. It was in a pre-owned case, although I ordered a new game, and it did not work. I returned it to the store for a refund and was told I would have to take store credit. No, you are forcing me to purchase here, but you dont have the game available to replace so store credit is a waste of time and money. They go on to say it store policy and make us wait 30min while she pretended to call corporate. We noticed she had food on her breath, that she wasnt calling corporate, and demanded a full refund. We finally got it. I will not be shopping in this store. The store on 1960, near an office supply store has much better service.

Yesterday, August 9, my 13-year-old son was very excited to sell some games, he was given $ 7 for 3 games, one collectible and the other normal, it doesnt seem fair, my son did it with the illusion of buying others Store stuff and nothing! He did not complete anything! Then it was his Dad who had better return the games and was told that if he wanted them back he would have to pay $ 40?!?!?! I mean what with this! If they had just given $ 7 for them, this is a robbery, because they take advantage of the children with their innocence of acquiring something better and they do this to them! Its not fair! How many more have done this! Its a shame they do it !! I hope to get an answer
