My family and I went in to see about changing my daughter line to prepaid, and because of Candy’s exceptional customer service we switched our business account to AT&T from another carrier. She was patient in setting up the account as well as setting up our phones. Even when we were indecisive about which phones we wanted, Candy was very knowledgeable about the products. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went in to ATT because my phone was having an issue reading my SIM card, I asked for a replacement SIM card but was told I qualified for an upgrade and could get a new phone without paying anything.I double checked, new phone, no change to my bill and they assured me that was correct. I purchased a new case, screen cover and left happy.2 weeks later I receive a letter from ATT, welcoming me to the protect advantage, and informing me that Ive been enrolled for cable and internet. I was baffled.After spending 2 hrs on the phone with ATT I was informed my bill had increased by 40%. My free upgrade was not free it was 72 month installments, my phone plan had been completely redone, and I was signed up for a protection plan.Wow, I have never been lied to so much. I didnt ask or sign off on any changes to my account. I am infuriated and would recommend everyone stay clear of the store. They lied, cheated, and literally stole from me all under the guise of helping.
Zain is the manager at this store and he is amazing. You have questions... He has ANSWERS! He was patient and really took more time than he had to with us. The most important factor in my experience was the honesty about the cost of each item and how it would be spread out over the 30 month installment plan. I originally had an appointment at the Apple store but never showed up to it because Zain was more than enough.
Helpful personnel, but very little products in stock
Gentlemen named Zain greeted me at the door. I went in for a simple issue on my I phone. Because of his expert knowledge he was able to save me a ton of Money on my phone plan. Thanks to zain I am now back on budget and satisfied with my spendings with At&t. Thank you zain.

This location is beyond incredible. From the personal greeting to the educated farewell, I have to say this is the best At&T store I have been to in a very long time. The willingness to help me was very obvious and every worry I had, was put at ease. The store manager Billy was amazing. His team is very lucky to have him. This location wasnt so awesome until he got there. I stopped coming a long time ago due to poor managment. Now that he is there, you can tell the change and its a great one. Was in and out with a new phone (upgrade) in less than 20 minutes. Sterling was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave me the phone, a case and a screen protector, and even looked for discounts for me. Overall the experience couldnt have been better. Strongly recommend the store and if you happen to swing by, ask for Sterling.

Outstanding service, the staff here truly is about delivering customer service at an A+ rate to their clients. Stopped by to resolve a minor issue but in the wait time I was able to observe the staff help others and they are very impressive. Only down side I will be honest is the wait time which I think could be resolved if they were an actual store front and not a kiosk so that way customers could wait comfortably. Overall though great service

I did not know what to do, he explained everything step by step in very patient manner. Not condescending. Just deliberate, asking me questions as he told me what I should do.I was amazed at how much time he spent with me. Im disabled, and sometimes feel like Im treated differently, but he made me feel more than normal. What a breath of fresh air.Thank you, Ryan, for your exemplary customer service, your patience with me and your wonderful tone that made me feel special on such a bad phone day!
I’m rating two stars only because the rep that helped me was polite. Other then that they are not knowledgeable at all! Went in there for a flamingo pink phone, on my account I have a 90 day period until I can get an upgrade which is due Aug 4, told the rep this to see if they can change it and let me have it early as some corporate stores will do it for you. The lady told me she didn’t see any of that but a 30% down payment then I can get the upgrade, for me to agree but they didn’t have the phone I wanted so I left to another store. This is where it gets interesting, so as I’m asking the other at&t store about the 30% down payment for the upgrade she looks into my account and has no clue what I am talking about! It wasn’t just this at&t store that didn’t understand about the down payment there was another store I went to just to be sure. Of course it was another retailer so I had to go to corporate to get my upgrade.
Service was the absolute BEST! Melissa the Store Manager made sure every single one of my needs were taken care of and made sure my business account was set up correctly! I would highly recommend walking into this location inside The Woodlands Mall!

Went into a ATT store w my IPhone 8 On Louetta Rd in Spring, TX and spike To a manager to troubleshoot a problem why my phone wouldn’t ring. I was in the woodlands mall a few months later; which is today and Sterling fixes it within 3 secondsWow Sterling I said this is awesomeWould recommend him to anyone cause he solved the problemI have to admit; I felt so naive how it was fixed but doesn’t matter now It is and thanks to Sterling.
It was a great experience! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to pay my bill and the sales rep recommended a new umlimited plan which saved me money on my Direct TV, and I got a new tablet as well. The customer service was first class!

Came in the store and Jason was a tremendous help. He was/is very knowledgeable about all AT&T plans and even helped me to save on my bill.
I bought two phones around Thanksgiving and the girl told me we could add an IPAD with a promotional and upgrade our place and our bills would stay exactly the same. My bill comes around and they automatically withdraw $160 more than we were told. We were told to call customer service so now they want us to turn in the IPAD even though we were told this was part of the promotional. The girl was AMAZING at helping me when I was buying the product, but now I have found out she was trying to reach an end of the year quota and knew we would be charged more and didnt tell us.
The experience at The Woodlands Mall was amazing! The staff their was so helpful and patient setting up my DirecTv & Internet services along with my phones! I will be returning to this location for all my AT&T needs!
I got my phone a couple of months with AT&T and I had a wonderful experience. The trade in program was the best. They provided a great and friendly environment. It was just beyond my expectations. Definitely would go back

Terrible customer service! I was told that my screen protector would have a lifetime warranty. I specifically asked if it was an in store warranty, as I do not like having to ship products back via mail. The salesman confirmed that it was to be handled in store. Today I tried to make a warranty claim on my purchase, and the manager told me that I would have to ship it back through Puregear. The manager and her staff were unwilling to help me even though I was apparently given false information on my original purchase. At the end of the day I understand that there are policies in place, however I fully expect to be taken care of when I am quoted false information.
I came in with an issue about a BOGO and they were so helpful. They were able to credit my account & fixed my problem for me in no time! Definitely coming back.
This location will allow an UN-authorized user to go in and make changes to an account. The manager Bryan and his staff are very fraudulent. They say you cant pay for the new phone out right. You have to do payment plan they say.. Bryan also will tell you that every a t and t store does this which is a lie. All they do is lie. A T & T head quarters needs to audit this location. There ruining the A T & T brand in this area.

Professional, Courteous, and FAST! The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to get all of my questions addressed in a timely fashion without the hassle of dealing with any up sells.
Super long wait. Plus...their employees were typically uninformed about deals and plans. Went their twice kept running in to problems, ended up going up 45 to the ATT store in Conroe and was smooth sailing.

After a horrible start to my day by shattering my iPhone screen, then dropping it in water, the last thing I wanted to do was stop everything and go deal with getting a new phone. But Spencer Smith was so patient and helpful, and by the time I left I was actually kind of glad it happened! Haha! Today is April 7 2018. I got to the store around 130pm. Some guy who uses way too much steroids signed me up and then skipped my name after all these other people came in the store after I did. Dont know what his problem is. Steroids getting to his brain made him dumb. After being skipped the third time and waiting almost an hour I left. Not planning to ever go back.

Very bad service by the guy who works there. Made me wait for long time acting like he is busy.
I would advise anyone who buys jewelry from this location, to not take your jewelry back to this location to get fixed, replaced, or resized. Reason being my girlfriend bought me a real nice ring from this location, but one of the crosses had gotten loosened and could fall out. When I took the ring back to kays, they were more than happy to help me out and send the ring off. Well the person who sent my ring of, sent it to the wrong manufacturer. So when I called to see if it was ready, they told me that it should be in this week. This went on for two weeks before they noticed their mistake, and told me that they will have to resend it to the right manufacturer. Ok, I told them and asked when it would be ready. Next month they told me which was last month. I called again to see if it was ready and they messed it up again. Two months later and a dozen phone calls even one with the manager, no response or idea of where or when my ring will come in. We will be going back to the store and tell them we want our money back.
Would rate 0 stars if possible. Went in to upgrade to my phone and was told Samsung was throwing in a free tablet with the purchase of a Samsung phone. I asked what the catch was and was told there was no catch, just a free tablet. I asked about a change to my bill with the tablet and was told there was none. My invoice didnt show anything on it related to the tablet so I went home thinking Id just scored a great deal. Come to find out when my next bill hit that they had signed me up for a 2 year mobile share service plan on the tablet which comes with a $40 activation fee and an $8 new device fee. After spending an hour on the phone with AT&T I finally got to someone who would refund the charges and cancel the line without charge. Bottom line, the guys working this store are crooks and will purposely mislead you into purchasing something you have no idea you are purchasing.
