Asked the representative, why every time my phone switches automatically to 5G it goes slower, when it was supposed to go faster than 4G, he said some phones dont have 5G in their system, I told him that I have the latest Galaxy, he looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about. I still have the same issue and I still dont know why that happens.
What an absolute Joke. I read the reviews about this store but I didn’t think they could all be so true. I got to the store around 11am and was told there were 6 people ahead of me and it would be an hour or hour and a half, they said they would text me when it was my turn. Which is not a problem at all, I don’t mind waiting and had other things I needed to do. The problem comes in when it’s now been 4 hours with not a text or call. Horrible business practice and I will not be returning. I walked into both At&T and t-mobile with absolutely no wait and greeted with smiling faces. Don’t waste your time with this location.
May want to update hours online. I came just before 10am. Waited only to see your hours on the door is 11am. I live far & came to this store only because of your great staff. I just watched several potential customers come and leave upset because the hours on the door do not match whats online. I returned at 11:35am and the doors were still closed. Waited a while and it never opened. Can anyone tell me what happened?
I arrived at the store. Alfred the manager was AMAZING. AWESOME customer service respect for the customers and was ready to help. I see why he is a manager. This man was AWESOME IN ALL AREAS. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this from a lot of managers. Arrived with new unlocked phone to activate my account that I started a month ago, only to find there was an hour and twenty minute wait. Sorry but my Chihuahua is not that patient. The staff member was very polite and professional. Pity about the wait, I had to leave empty handed
This location is terrible, they waste your time by giving you bad estimate wait time. Management is horrible they could care less about their customers. The manager stood at entrance while doing nothing as he has people waiting to get help. Needless to say Verizon needs to get better about hiring management.
We purchased a phone from an authorized dealer in Sugar Land TX. Long story short they mismanaged our BOGO deal. After several attempts to resolve issue, they suggested we visit the Woodlands location. Emma took the time to listen to our issue which had become a billing nightmare.She is was meticulous, detailed, and empathetic to our situation. She spent HOURS with us to resolve our issue. It would have been so easy for her to redirect us back to Sugar Land but instead she dove in and helped to make sense of the mess that was made by another location and telesales.She was Polite, Pleasant, & Professional. When this needed to be escalated the GM Cristobal stepped up and reached out to the powers that be to help expedite our credits. I’m a firm believer that Great Teams come from Great Leaders which directly reflects on Cristobal and his AMAZING staff. We will only deal and shop at the Woodlands location going forward. Thank you so much to Emma and Cristobal for taking ownership and taking care of our family.
This was my last ditch effort to get a problem resolved. Ive been a 14 year Verizon customer with on average, 5 lines at a time. I had been on the phone with customer service for weeks trying to get my issue resolved. I finally gave up and decided to visit a brick and mortar Verizon before transferring all my lines to AT&T. Had an appointment but they were so backed up that I waited for 20 minutes standing. No one came to help and now Ive missed the 30 day window to upgrade my new S21+ to the Ultra (of course).
I walked in with a complicated problem. The person that helped me was very skilled at sorting out the situation and fixing my phone!!
I was disappointed. We showed up at this Verizon location because it is listed as being open at 10:00 am; walked up to the door and it says open at 11:00. We showed up and then called that facility and learned that this location has been temporarily closed.
Went in a little bit after 2pm to buy new iPhone 12, only two customers and 4 employees. After waiting a while, they finished their conversation and said someone would be with me shortly. Another 10 minutes and an employee finally comes and asked me if I’ve been helped. I told him I hadn’t. He then told me there would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. I left the store, NEVER to return. I decided instead to start shopping for another provider. This store is always problematic but it’s the only store close by.
Verizon is a great product. Just horrible customer service at this store. Sales associates show very little interest to assist in questions being answered or helping with a new phone purchase process. We have our business phones and land lines with Verizon. Wouldve expected better customer service. It use to be exciting for me going to purchase a new phone. I dont know what happened.
Terrible service went in to get daughter a phone. Waited an hour was told that we had one person in front of us. An hour later we are told we have 2 people in front of us. Worst service ever. Felt like every other race was put a head of us.
Calling and was instructed by the automated attendant. Didnt talk to you a specific person to care of my business it was done.
Terrible experience. Representative dismissed questions. Then provided false information on my insurance so he wouldnt have to help and I would leave the store. Told me I would be able to get $30 to fix my screen knowing my phone didnt qualify and it would cost me $200 to replace it.
Bought 2 phones, 2 Otterbox Defender cases and activated both lines that were ported from another carrier on a Saturday. Rep. did not help to setup phones or put cases on phones. On Sunday I had a important call that I missed because phones werent ported completely. Went back to store on Monday and was told by another rep. outside of the front door that I would have to call customer care @ 611 to get the help I needed. Customer care representative over the phone was able to help in getting my issue resolved but, if you ask me, it is just poor customer service at the store level and I am a retail manager.
The covid queue can be long, but by the time I made it in, I was in and out very quickly. I came in knowing exactly the plan and phone I wanted. Emmanual gave me everything I wanted with no questions, no contract, and did not try to sell me extras. Polar opposite of what I experienced at a T-Mobile store as a near 5 year Sprint customer with a dead phone. I am very happy to be transferring my number back to Verizon.
I hardly ever visit the locations but the few times I have these guys havent help me out yet. Couldnt even tell me if my phone was still under the manufacturer warranty or not. SMH

All I wanted was to buy an otterbox case for a phone we bought days before. Needed to know what cases were available at this location. Would have immediately picked up that day if I could have gotten ANY response. So I bought a case from another vendor. You SO DESERVE to lose my business. Glad I could buy elsewhere and deprive you of a sale. Will also encourage my friend to move to another service provider.

Just went in for assistance on activating my new phone. Needed help backing it up, and transferring everything to the new phone. I was told with her open network that would take all night. Understandable, to a degree. Instead of assisting me and actually showing me how to do so at a “Starbucks” as recommended, I was pretty much brushed off. Aka no commission, not her problem. Bought a new phone hoping Verizon would be better in Texas than Florida. I should’ve just switched to AT&T and saved myself the aggravation. Now I have a phone that I still have to pay for that I can’t use. Thanks again for your Beyond Amazing customer service. I’ve been with your company for about five years too long now so the next chance I get, I’m leaving.My response to your comment Verizon: I still have a brand new phone that I can’t use use so unless “escalating” that is going to Magically help me you aren’t earning a single thing but Bad word of Mouth marketing. Added a third line and upgraded my other two phones back on dec 12, 2020, and my account is still jacked up. took approx. 10 hours of my time to get these phones activated and still dealing with issues two months later. get your stuff together verizon - FIX IT.

I switched from AT&T to Verizon in 1999 when AT&T would not help me with phone issues that was making it hard for my family to contact me during a period when my Mom was in the last months of her life.At any Verizon location that I have ever used, the employees have been courteous, have excellent product knowledge and have been able to assist with any phone issues quickly.This location continues with those great standards.On top of that, Verizons coverage has been wonderful and I am rarely in a situation where I cant get cell service.I highly recommend Verizons cell service and any of its store locations.

No wait - service is very fast at this location. Michael assisted me with 5 lines, we transferred from a different carrier to Verizon - and Michael made my experience very wonderful and easy. Michael is very knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and patient. I am very pleased with how he assisted me. He made sure all my questions were answered, and i am very thankful for that. Best Verizon location I have ever been to. I have been here twice now, and both times the customer service was excellent. Everyone that I spoke with was kind and helpful. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. I appreciated that they went above and beyond to try to make sure I got the right product for my needs and helped talk me through my decisions. I highly recommend this location.

Very busy place on a Friday. The bill pay payment kiosk was out of order and there was not enough signage outside to find the place. I was in a que waiting for more than 20 mins just to get some questions answered. I cant blame anyone for the wait and maybe they just need more staff. Clean store though. Chris the manager was very helpfully though. When I was finally helped it was John. He was very helpful and fast. He sold me a new iPhone and a accessory bundle and I got a great holiday deal. He also helped me set up my phone. Great job The Woodlands Texas Team.

Went in with my daughter to buy a new phone. Weve been going to this location for years. Do not like the new layout at all. Feels really small and busy and now has very little accessories. Instead of looking like a Verizon store (which was a very unique branded look) now it looks like someone decided to copy an Apple or Microsoft store.
Will never go back to this place. Be careful when you are talking to the representative they dont tell the whole story. They leave out a lot. You will learn when you get your bill.
They are only letting like 2 people into the store at a time, which is a bit ridiculous considering that bestbuy is right around the corner and not limiting access to their store.

Went in to pay my bill. Dont have an online account because couldnt set it up even with help from verizon. Spent 90 minutes on the phone and they couldnt figure it out either. So just pay at the store.

Lady lied on the phone about being able to cancel service in store. Rep never sat an appointment to get back to me to bring my hotspot over to my new line. Store manager was rude to my face about all of this. No solutions given. At&t here we come
Worst customer service I’ve ever received in any retail store I’ve ever been in! Both the manager and the sales rep refused to help us and turned their backs on us refusing to even speak to us! We were asking to add a phone number to an account, had just done the EXACT same thing at a different store! Horrible service! They even had the police officer stand there and watch my husband, me and our two yr old son!!!! Shame on you Verizon!UPDATE: after the horrible and extremely unprofessional service we received at this store, we went to another location on 1488. The store on 1488 had absolutely no problem servicing us and added another line just like we asked. In fact, they were shocked at what happened to us at the location on lake Robbins.
This is the only Verizon Ill ever shop at. Best store in the Houston area. We have been shopping at this store for some time and were always satisfied. Their customer service is second to none.
Nice remodel. Service was painfully slow. Was there 20 min before guy with tablet was checking people in. I noticed him and asked if he needed to check me in. He thought I was someone else. Should of asked. 45 min later still no help.
I went there to add a line and program a new phone etc. I also had a few other things I wanted to do. David took care of everything. He was extremely patient and gave me an extraordinary service. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a few tips as well. He didnt want to sell stuff or push a service/product - he was very professional.
Recently switched to an Android from an iPhone because I didnt want to spend $1000. However, I had no idea how to use this thing. I came in and they helped me and it was so much fun!! And my phone isnt annoying anymore. It does what I want it to do because of their help. Thanks guys!

Clean store and we were helped within five minutes of walking in despite it being a more busy time of day. The associate was very helpful and honest about everything, even if it wasnt the answer we wanted to hear. Well be coming back here as soon as we can get out of our contract with Sprint.
One star is one too many. Michael the Solutions Specialist did not have any solutions. He nearly erased everything on my phone, but luckily I was paying attention to what he was doing and quickly brought it to his attention. He acknowledged that he was about to erase everything and recommended that I call tech support because there was nothing he could do. He was rude and so I asked for another representative. I was refused another representative. The Solutions Manager attempted to be helpful but she offered recommendations without looking up my account and failed to acknowledged warranty information and other relevant facts. Im at a total loss with Verizon because the location in Spring is even worse.
It is unfortunate that We dont have the option of adding no stars in a review. I bought a phone for my daughters birthday, she had to pick it up bc I live in Louisiana. The store sent her home with her old phone deactivated and the brand new phone not activated. This is like buying a car and leaving with the car not running.
I went into this store with a defective phone that had been sent to me a week prior by the insurance company after my previous phone had been stolen -- the service was amazing and extremely helpful. I must admit that my attitude at the time of service was not the best, but the individual that assisted me with the issue (Alfred Hill) was able to make me laugh and calm down. Overall I would highly recommend this store to all Verizon customers in The Woodlands area!!

I was inconveniences due to a offer that wasnt exactly what was said. So I went into the store and I was helped my a gentleman named Seth at the woodlands location and I must say this guy went above and beyond to make sure he handled the issue. He looked into everything I asked and was very understanding. Definitely need more gues like him
My husband and I came in today to possibly upgrade his almost 2 year old Google pixel 2XL. Our tech, John came to assist us in our quest. From the get go he had an attitude and was very smug with us every time we asked a question. When we asked about Apple vs Samsung he said I dont know Im not an Apple guy, I dont like Apple. He kept telling my husband to just replace the device instead of just upgrading, which isnt what we wanted to do. We wanted to upgrade. We were possibly even going to upgrade my device as well and also buy all accessories needed for said phones. Due to his lack of customer service and bad attitude, we will not be returning to that store. We are very disappointed in the service we received there.

We absolutely hated Verizon. I understand that when opening a business account it does take some time. This took about 3 hours. We had to email some paperwork to the guy helping us then they had to email to corporate then wait for them to talk to corporate and let us know everything. Then after we ported our #s over to the new phones, it wasnt completed so I could only make outgoing calls/text. No one could call me. This lasted a couple days. Keep in mind, these lines are for a business. We were also told that when we came in we were going to be able to get a certain kind of phone. So heres why we didnt stay with them, slow, incomplete port and oh and hidden fees on our bill

Came to purchase case for new cell phone. Very helpful service. Not a lot of choices, but did find one that met the criteria.
We needed help uninstalling one talk for my business line. No one there wanted to help. We called the number Im trying to get it done ourselves. Very eager to help when we were spending money, but when we want to cancel something, we have to do it ourselves. we have 22 business phone lines and the business tech would not even come out from the back to talk with us. Several associates available. Ridiculous!

Chris, the Solutions Manager is childish. After having a conversation in which my hubby (who used the term BS), Chris handed me the phone and walked quickly into the back behind closed doors. Truly the least professional and childish person we have ever dealt with. Ridiculous.
Cannot enter store. One employee posted outside to assist customers. No place to sit and wait. I leaned against a tree, and was stung by an unknown insect.
Bad customer service. Waited 35 min to see a rep for an iphone 11 pro. Rep lacked being hospitable. He came back stating they don’t have pro in silver. Never asked for silver. His tone and approach, I said ok and walked out.
Went in the other day to get a new iphone. Excellent customer service. Went in and it only took a couple minutes to get us paired up with a representative. Mike spent a good amount of time with us making sure that we had everything we needed. Easy and great experience!
Rude staff, inefficient processes, and conflicting knowledge vs their phone support. Each blame the other - I only thought at&t was bad, but will be switching back to them immediately.
I hate to say anything because I work retail and get that it sucks but today was particularly aggravating. I came in to pay a bill on Friday August 2 right before 2pm. Waited at least 10-15 minutes. Would have used the kiosk to pay but I needed to pay a specific amount and it doesn’t let pay anything but the remaining balance. Lots of associates standing around talking to one another. Phone was ringing at one point. One associate asked the other if he was gonna pick it up but he scoffs and walks off (mind you they’re both standing at the desk with the phone going off). No one was particularly friendly or warm and I kept catching associates stare at me. Would hate to have to go back into this location buts its the closest one to my house.
They have no idea how to help. terrible customer service from management. would have rated them a half star if i could, maybe google can offer that for us, this location is .5 of a star

Purchased a new phone and it wouldnt charge so took it back 3 hours later and the sales guy that sold it to me left for the day. So another associate asked if they could help me, so I told them the problem and basically she was saying that she wasnt the one that sold me the phone and that she couldnt do anything about it . Even though I had the receipt and asked just to swap it out for the same model and thats its, she was not polite whatsoever and wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Ill do my business elsewhere next time !!!!!!

The salesman, Mike, said they were offering $100 rebate on the LG phone. I told him I was thinking about switching from Sprint. He said give me one minute. He left and came back and said his manager said they could give me credit up front on my bill of $100. Got my first bill, no credit. Went into the store and Mike says he doesnt know why he would tell me that. Manager said they couldnt give me credit. So be careful of false promises they give to get a sale!!

Better experience than I normally have with Verizon but overall they still are almost always misleading with the information that they tend to provide especially in store. Plus for some reason this store is always packed and seems like under manned.

Verizon Wireless has great coverage and I am proud to be a customer. That being said, the customer service at Verizon stores is absolutely atrocious. Seriously, do any of these employees go through any training?
