This is a great store. The staff is always nice and friendly. One time, I had a problem with a product (mostly my own fault), but the store manager went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I came out of the store content with my purchase. The store really well located too and you can enjoy your time in the great Domain too when you visit this store.

The BIG screen monitor and computer hardware brought a wonderful experience to the KIDS and Parent artists! Great community outreach with allowing use of the studio space. Was having the worst day ever and then my Surface screen cracked on top of everything else. Went to this store and they treated me promptly with the utmost professionalism, patience, and kindness. They let me know what all my options were and worked with me so I got the best deal possible out of the whole situation. Even though my computer kept acting up and making everything take a long time, they never expressed resentment or frustration and never made me feel bad. Shout out to Devin and Christian for helping me. The experience here made my whole day better.

Im a real estate agent in the area, I like Microsoft products because of their reliability and compatibility with almost every software.I need to have my computer ready and tuned up at all times.With Microsoft I can easily get help over the phone or make a quick appointment at the store.They have very good customer service and technical support.

Walked in because apple was super busy. I was in the market for a new laptop but for some reason I really wanted an apple, but I have never looked at what Microsoft had to offer. After browsing the store I was approached by the nicest employees. They walked me though the entire process and I decided to go with a Microsoft computer. Never been happier and will never go back. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Just wanted to see what was there. I was in the store for fifteen minutes before I was acknowledged by staff. Plenty of staff but they were all grouped up talking to each other. My 9 yr old was denied a turn on the VR demo due to age even with me accompanying him. I use lots of MS products at home and work and deal with them via phone most of the time on a regular basis (not support, but sales, even this store location specifically). Beautiful store, but not impressed with the staff and vibe in the store.

First and foremost, the staff here is very friendly and fast!I recently visited the store to take advantage of a deal for Xbox. The process from start to finish only took about 10 minutes. Though I had problems with the hard drive, I had to come back in a couple days later to exchange it. They were able to get me a replacement quickly and without any real issues.

All was a fun store that meets all my computing and gaming hardware needs.

My kids really love hanging out at this place and the staff is very nice and willing to help anytime.

Always helpful and quick with my xbox problems. Very friendly and courteous even when they are very busy. Christian, the tech guy in the back, was great and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Alot of staff on hand, but none Ive seen that have ever been pushy or make you feel like just a wallet. Kudos to the customer service here, keep up the good work guys

Pricey but very nice store, well stocked, lots of cool tech. Staff not very interested, no greeting when you walk in. Probably get better service and price online

Microsoft Store at the Woodlands is clean and looks nice. Theres nothing wrong with not knowing as we are all ignorant on different things. The misinformed Representative was showing my son what a mechanical keyboard is by comparing two mechanical keyboards, pretending one isnt. I brought it up to his attention to give him a chance to get to know. I explained its not the size of the keyboard and the numerical pad that qualifies it as mechanical, but he had no ears. Microsoft may need to train its staff to prevent them from spreading misinformation. it was very disturbing listening to ignorance in a tech. Store but still I like how expansive the store is full of interesting products massage by Microsoft as well as others.

Always find new technology to improve my day to day activities and work. Staff is very resourceful and helpful.

Stasis really cool all the newest stuff for Microsoft. Computers, phones, headsets, gaming laptops, and xboxone they got it all. Also on Saturdays and Sundays they do tournaments in the back for different things like Halo and Gears of War really cool I like it

The store manager Sobrina or (Sabrina) was very rude and unpleasant dealing with. I sent my daughter into the store to pick up a laptop that we ordered online that away I wouldn’t have to go into the store. We called her and asked her nicely to release the laptop to my daughter and then she started to get an attitude with us when we asked her once more to release the laptop she replied “Sir. I am very surprised that you are getting mad at me”. She was very rude to us and was extremely unpleasant dealing with. Definitely a reason I will not be buying another electronic device from this location.

I went in the woodland mall Microsoft store and bought a surface studio 2 it cost me over 4.000,00 dollar. When I got back to my office open it up there was no pen empty slot where the pen suppose to be kept. turn on the computer it ask me for the store administration password. They sold me a used or refurbished computer for a new computer price. that is BS.

Nice store and the employees were friendly and greet you quickly. They also didn’t hover over you when you are looking around at various stuff.
