Original Review: 06/24/21 - I arrived to this gas station expecting someone to be present for a transaction, but unfortunately no one was available. Waited at the window for 10 min to be greeted and no employee came... This was at 4 A.M. in the morning. Get better employees who will be at the counter to help customers with their purchases. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusted by this store. Poorly ran. No management or employees to be seen anywhere. Close down this store bc its a pathetic excuse for a convenience store. Ive been to 3rd world countries where their customer service and attendance was outstanding compared to this. Management needs to fire Jeremiah if he cant even run this gas station correctly which is located next to a business center!! This store is absolutely garbage!! Update: 9/13/21 @ 4:45 A.M.- They still have the same CSR that SLEEPS ALL NIGHT LONG!!

Graveyard shift guy, Jeremiah, sleeps on the job! Rang the service bell 6 times and the cashier never came. Had to call the store to let him know I needed gas and items. Tonight is the 3rd time we have encountered this problem with him. He rang my items up and I gave him my debit card for payment- he claimed it wouldnt work, we left stopped at the next store and my card worked without a hitch. He wants a job but doesnt want to work or even attempt to do his job!

Tried to get gas here and the pump kept clicking off after every gallon. I quit after 3 gallons. Go somewhere else. Prices were 10 cents/gallon more than the next closest place.

Only tried the carwash once. Carwash machine rubbed too hard and left scratch on my car. Never do it again here!!!

Houston Texas the Woodlands Texas off of The Woodlands Parkway and I-45. It is hard to see from the main street is one block off of I45 and behind some trees. All of the Woodlands is located about 50 feet behind a buffer of trees. The gas station is easy to pull in and lots of pumps. The pumps were clean and worked well credit card worked well it was clean around the parking area. There was also an automatic car wash. There is a full-service convenience store. The price was about the same as other gas stations in the area. I would say this is a very nice gas station well-maintained and well-kept with lots of pumps and a car wash and a convenience store perfect for whatever you might want. It was my second time here and I will be back again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Attendant was not wearing a mask. He had a gaiter. Around his neck. Doesnt do a lot of good.

This place charged me 100 bucks for 25 bucks worth of gas then charged me for a car wash I didnt even see on the receipt! Then when I went in to ask about it, all they said was yeah it happens sometimes just wait and see if the money comes back this is what I get for going on one tank until I have to stop.

Stop here for the graveyard shift if you want very poor serviceand snarky attitude served up by a portly, pimpled dork who doesnt wear his name tag for obvious reasons. As a further inconvenience at said convenience store, the doors are locked so you cant shop there wares. As a further, furhter and frankly inconceivable inconvenience, they will not accept cash money at a STORE due to a complete lack of change and have poorly done, handwritten signs posted to notify their poor customers. I was reading this sign as the aforementioned d-bag walks up to the slide drawer and starts reading the words verbatim. Card only, no cash . Sorry for inconvenience but we do not give change. I said ok I wanted 20 bucks gas and 2 cigars but only have cash. He smartly says well you can get the gas I will accept exact cash. I said well how much are the cigars exactly? I have change. With an eye roll I hear they are $2.80 . I say will you accept $22.80? He says I SAID around 2.80. Well now Im pissed I said ring all of it up . I walk out to my truck to get handfuls of change for this punk. I said I would like to add a large fountain drink. He gets visibly mad and says I am not selling that at this time. Another eye roll later and Im walking away with gas and cigars and the phone number of the owner as Im taking pictures of the store info and gis retarded face. Anyway, long rant made short, this store is not convenient by any means and certainly does not cater to the customer.

I try not to go to this location much bc the gas prices are always much higher than other stations. It has a great Car Wash though and a great location!

Not good. Pump speed was slow, took us long to fill up our tank.Also, air for tire was $1.50, kinda expensive.

I usually dont get gasoline at Shell, but the price at the time was the cheapest around. Restroom hadnt been cleaned for quite awhile, but it was around noon and busy.

My biggest complaint is that they dont post the prices so you can see them from the road. You cant see them until you get to a pump.
