Went in looking for a clean moisturizer and left with a lot of clean and organic products- really enjoyed the experience and will be back! The organic products are really really nice and I would have never known these brands. Also not generally busy so relaxing shopping experience.

Beautiful store - exceptionally clean and prices are standard. The customer service is AMAZING though! I brought my teenage daughter in and was blown away by the kindness, attention, and education that the gentleman working gave her. Top notch!!!

I have been in this store many times. Hard to leave without buying something, they have great products and I always, always leave with a smile on my face. Customer service is great.The make up artist, Todd is great, He always does a great job. A week ago I went with my daughter and a friend of her on homecoming day. Her friend got her makeup done with Todd and she looked amazing. My daughter, because of scheduling conflicts couldn’t have her makeup done with Todd, got a just retouch and he fixed a flaw her makeup had. She left so happy as well.Highly recommend this place.

I walked in to Beauty Statement to get my foundation matched, and the lady who attended me was very kind and helpful. I normally have a tough time finding the right foundation, and she explained what type of tone would match best with my skin. I also have issues with acne, and she applied a facial cleanser to test how it would react on my skin. Her recommendations were spot on. She then gave me a relaxing and invigorating facial afterwards that was free because it was my first visit.I would definitely recommend this lovely boutique.

Such an awesome store. Helena and Todd are very professional and friendly. They are really knowledgable and helped me find the right make up and skin-care products. They have brands you cant find anywhere else. Great experience and great customer service.

I went from buying in a retail store craziness to a Boutique style kind of store. I love the variety of brands, fair price and great service of their beauty professionals who always make you feel like a VIP client. I always go by the store to find something I need and end up buying 5 more things lol!! I love that this store has stuff that neither sephora nor ulta have!!!! They have exclusive brands (skin,mouth,hair,perfume..) I love it and I always get such great discounts !!! Todd did my makeup twice and it was SO BEAUTIFUL!!! I even got a facial with bare minerals (helena was amazing) !!!! I love that they treat you like a friend!! Thats why I go back so many times!! I love how they treat me ... they always offer me a water (hahaha I love that).

This is the second time Ive been here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. There was an older Velezuelan lady. To start with, I dropped the cap of a water bottle (which wasnt breakable) I picked it up and apologized and she was very impolite and freaked out and asked if I broke it in a very hostile tone and I responded with a no. Second another lady came in and the velezuelan lady complained to her about not getting to go get food because we came in, in Spanish. Lastly before my friend and I decided to leave because we werent gonna buy anything when as customers we were given poor service. I got a couple lipsticks to try out, but one of the dark ones didnt really fit my taste so I had to take it off. I used a tissue with makeup remover and she again told the other lady ugh ok go ahead and use all the napkins (I used 2 napkins) in Spanish. So in conclusion I guess she didnt know I was a native spanish speaker as well and before I left I nicestly told her that I also speak spanish and had understood everything she said she said ok with a smile and did not apologize as if she had no regard for our feelings.
