These guys are the absolute worst that Apple has to offer. Rude, sarcastic remarks and an attitude that very clearly exudes, ‘I don’t have time for you or want you to be here.’ I’ve been to countless Apple stores across the country and none of the other locations treats people so horribly. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We came thinking the reviews on “rude customer service” were a bit extreme but we were there for maybe 30 seconds and will never be returning. Rude from the moment we walked in. Save your time and go to a different location. 0/10. Will definitely never recommend.

Worst Apple store in the country. I bought an iPhone 13 from them in the store. They never set my SIM card up and instead of fixing it told me to go to my carrier who charged me another 10 dollars for another SIM card. The people are also ride and the “geniuses” have no idea what they are doing.

Employee Wil would not allow me to get my iPhone repaired. Claimed it was going to be turned off by Verizon at the end of the year, was obsolete and instead of paying $49 for a new battery, I needed to spend $1000 on a new phone.I walked down to the Amazon store and picked up an external battery supply to help me.

I almost feel bad for giving my first bad review but I had a terrible experience here. Rude employees won’t be buying anything else from this location.
