I love HEB compared to Walmart. Much nicer shopping experience. I asked the manager if he could order a few cases of the vitamin water I love because its always sold out. He ordered it for me and called when it came in! They also did party platters for a small family party I hosted and the deli department did amazing! The popcorn chicken and buffalo chicken tenders were delicious and quite affordable. They also currently have the. Cutest HEB toy cart and food set for children on sale cheap! Great early Christmas gift for the grandkids!! Thanks HEB

I should have asked for the store manager, and was a fool to think I’d find their contact information online. I NEED to give a SHOUT-OUT to LONNIE!!! Tonight he went above and beyond! I was looking for a particular item, he said he wasn’t sure where it was. I was strolling along still hunting down the crepes and he comes over “ma’am I’ve found them, they’re right over here”! GIVE THIS MAN A HIGH FIVE!! He found the item I was looking for and came to find me! NEVER. EVER. Has this happened in any store I’ve ever been in! KUDOS LONNIE!!!!!

Been going here for years - still very good but noticing a definite drop in quality and availability. Many visits some items are no longer in stock - like lemonade or iced tea or diet coke. Got some deli roast chicken the other day and several bones were in the sliced meat. A birthday cake had flavorless icing when every one ordered previous had the regular buttercream icing.Certainly looks like cost cutting due to the current inflation. Unfortunate though. HEB used to be top notch.

Great food selection and normally has everything we need. The fresh made in store food has always been good.

First time going into this HEB on a weekday. I just needed to grab a couple of items for dinner. They had what I needed and it wasnt crowded. Not even the parking lot for it to be a weekday between 4pm & 5pm.

Wonderful staff everybody had a mask on even though food prices are high they had fresh food and they were more than willing to accommodate a disabled person such as myself

Good place to get money orders however the parking lot is always full and I tried to get in and out as quickly as possible because they do not enforce a mask policy however I did see employees wearing masks the bathrooms were not very clean though

H-E-B what a store. It is kind of like the HyVees in Minneapolis with a Texas Spin. So many great choices.

This is my favorite grocery store! The employees are always helpful, polite, and friendly. Not only during this winter panic, but always. The pharmacy has always been very reliable for me in getting my medications, and are very considerate towards my situation. I highly recommend HEB and I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

This is my local HEB. They have a great selection of fresh meat. And Ive never been disappointed with their produce section. Also their store brands, Hill Country, is almost always as good as any other brand. When its time to checkout, there are always checkers available so you dont have to checkout yourself!

I like this HEB its not too big. Therefore I can move around quickly. I know where many items are to help spend less time searching. The signs of whats in eisles are great! I dont go down unnecessary lanes.The staff is friendly and wear mask all times. Also customers are respectful of each other.👍🚩Yet, Service Department lacks concern for people waiting. Employees on the line hold up the line and have long personal conversations at the counter.👎

Favorite HEB near or in Houston. This store is huge; the staff members are helpful and pleasant; great seafood selection; great cuts of meat; AND I can always find the type of items here that I cannot find at the HEB near my other home. If I plan to spend time at the other home, I shop here and take it with me. ;-) I give this place an A+ rating on cleanliess, smoothness in the flow and speed of checking out and everything else mentioned prior to this sentense.

Simply the best store ever visited

What a great store! I visited twice since the big freeze. 16 attended checkout lanes with baggers. Stockers helping customers put heavy items in their carts. An employee standing outside in thecold to inform arrivals as to what is or isn’t available as they walk in. Everyone was friendly and courteous, even in this stressful time. There was a tremendous stream of customers in and out, but absolutely no waiting in line at any time. Perhaps HEB should take over management of the Texas electrical power grid.

I have always loved heb over any competitors, I would give it 5 stars if the meat was more fresh. have had this experience the past 3 times here

Everyone is so friendly. Its like theyre having fun working. Maybe they are. Clean store. Filled aisles. Fresh produce. Good music. Large and non-clostrophobic. Only problem is that I can no longer find beyond meat products. Maybe they were moved.

I used to love this HEB but the customer service is getting Horrible !!!! All the employee are looking at the customers like if everyone is a thief absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Specially in the self checkout! I thought it was only me but my neighbor told me the same thing that is why she stopped shopping there !

Clean store. Helpful staff. Some items hard to find as overhead signs not complete. Item couldnt find after finally finding an associate to help me. Found that item was on the very top shelf which is not helpful. Still very out of disinfectant wipes and isopropyl alcohol.I really wish they would keep some of these cleaning items to put out later in afternoon. Not everyone can get to a store at 8am!

This is my All Time Favorite HEB. It has an abundance of options and variety in every department. Choices out the wazoo. Unfortunately for me I get a little too excited about every delicious option that I end up purchasing way way too much. Not to mention things here are a tad bit more expensive, not by much but it does add up. In the grand scheme of things its totally worth it. Youll end up eating better and youre body and family will thank you for it.

Went there for a few things and come out with some pretty good deals. Its not like the one we have in Livingston Texas. So much better and great deals.

We recently placed an order for curbside pickup. Given the current situation we knew there would be a long wait so we weren’t surprised when it would not be ready for a week. However, after waiting for a week we got a call from the store that they were unable to fulfill over half the items we had ordered. They said they’d reimburse us for said items, however, the full amount has now hard posted to our account and now I have to go through the process of trying to get reimbursed. So much for convenience!
