That store is misleading information to the public. The business hours show they close at midnight but they don’t let you in at 11:45pm I had a horrible experience since I walked in to the store and the cashiers told me they were closed. Even when the doors weere unlocked and open for businessDo we really want to expend our money in a business like that? If they don’t want our business why advertise that they close at midnight if they don’t let us in at 11:45pm?I hope someone in corporate office reads this review

Doesn’t even deserve 1star!!!Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a grocery store. - Kroger’s at Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands. We had $140 worth of groceries (57 items) - a full size grocery cart, and were forced to scan, bag and cart our items ourselves. Even though we asked for conformation that no cashier lanes were open, with what appeared to be the lead cashier, we were informed that only self-service lanes were open (at 8pm on Saturday, April 24th). This was after she scanned all of our sodas for us and saw that we had a full cart... As we were nearly done, and as the self-service line was growing, a cashier lane was opened - go figure. As we were leaving, the lead cashier informed us that in the future, we should ask and a cashier lane would be opened for us - really? We will not be back to this store!

Their ClickList is amazing. They are always fast and friendly. The have great Organic options on many products. The produce is always fresh and the store is always clean. Top notch.

We were visiting Woodlands TX and stopped by at this nice grocery store. Very well stocked and professional staff. The lady at the deli did not want to give me 7 oz of salami, upsold me to 8 oz since I guess nobody bothers with less than half a pound over here :-)However I like how they have ham and cheese pre-sliced in the cooler, just grab and go.We bought some Mexican soda that we couldnt open, because we didnt have a bottle opener. Upon asking the staff was nice enough to open the bottle for us.The location of this store is out of this world, with so many trees in the area.I also loved the tiny 7 oz bottles of beer they sell here. We dont have those back home!

The “manager” Sarah is so rude and bad person, I don’t know how this store has a person like her as manager, she doesn’t like to work and is very unprofessional. I had a problem with several items of the store and, she didn’t wanted to resolve the problem she just was so rude

This is the best of the Kroger food stores in The Woodlands. That being said, Kroger seems to be a bit higher priced on some of their products than other stores. On the other hand Kroger does have some products that other stores in the area do not have. Although Kroger is not my favorite store I appreciate that this location is kept in order and clean. I do not find that the staff here is friendly. The parking lot seems quite large but parking can be hard to find. This location is always busy.

A floor manager named Sarah at this Kroger store on Woodlands Parkway told us not to come back because a mistake Kroger made over the price of Spanish peanuts. Her attitude is very bad.Many times scanned price does not match labeled price. Often times advertised items are not available.

We love our local Kroger and give it five stars for Hugslieland (free childcare while shopping), customer service, and general customer appreciation events. On multiple occasions, we have stumbled in on a Saturday to an in-store event, which always has something for the kids to do and the employees seem to have a good time with it. In general, this location has a very comfortable, happy, neighborly vibe to it. It may not be the newest, biggest, or shiniest Kroger, but we prefer it to every other one weve been to.

This Kroger is a huge disappointment. It is turning into the next Randalls and it is horrible to its employees. I have heard from multiple people that they are unorganized and have terrible scheduling. They will not accommodate your schedule for school and make you work just enough hours below full-time to pay you part-time. I AM DISGUSTED!

Horrible baggers !!! I go into this Krogers all the time, and Ive never felt like I wasted my time and money . This recent trip was absolutely ridiculous. The MANAGERS need to train their baggers on how to properly put the bags in the cart. I mean I had milk on top of my eggs and cans on top of my bread. Very disappointed !!!

Im a couponer. The second I walked in with coupons every manager and employee started staring at me. When it was time to check out, my cashier treated me like a criminal, and refused some coupons. They acted like I wasnt following Kroger coupon policy even though I was. When I had to go get a filler item for some coupons they wouldnt let me use, they looked through my bags and looked through all my things, and decided which coupons I couldnt use either. Save your money and go to the Kroger on research Forest Drive unless you want to be looked at like a criminal.

Kroger amazed me!I went to take a random look at the Italian sauces but specifically looking for RaosThis is a restaurant that is back logged like for the next 7 years in New York and theres another somewhere like in Beverly hills, so they make this sauce with San marzzano tomatoes that in CA where I just came from is $14 per container, the most expensive in the market place. Here is just $9. Also I found my saffron for $12.50 which is a little pricey but thats what it takes to make paella.

About two times per month I fill up with gas at the Kroger Gas Pumps directly in front of the Kroger store located at 6616 FM 1488, Magnolia, TX, 77354. I am a Kroger Plus Shopper and have shopped about two times per week in the past. Over the last year after fueling one of our 4 vehicles at the Kroger gas pumps I push the button to receive a receipt and there is no paper. I need a receipt so I am forced to walk to the lady in the booth and ask for a printed receipt. The rather large female, mid 30s, long tan hair will then print one out and hand it to me. I have written several complaints to the survey/marketing department including my receipts over the last year with no improvement. The same lady had told me in the past when I complain that she does not like to replace the paper in the gas pump machines. Another food chain is opening stores in this area within the area soon. Good

CHECK DATES ON Products from this location, numerous times I have bought expired products from this location. Horrible workers and employees are always rude. I will always choose the 1488 location over this horrible location

I immediately felt some racially profiling at the self checkout, I was shopping with 2 of my friends and we each went to 3 separate registers. Maybe 3 extra employees walked over to self checkout which normally has 1-2 workers.

Kroger is a nice store with good prices, but fruit and meat/fish can lack quality by competitors. The fuel points keep us going there though.
