They gave away my packages - not found at the store. The young / black lady that works there was giving my husband a package that is not ours and insisting he took it. When I stepped in with tracking numbers they could NOT locate mine, and in my face the young male that assist there too signed one of my packages as receive/delivered and we didn’t get any. He assumed we did get it because it got to the store days ago….!!! Totally incorrect! Totally disaster!!! I’ll contact all my 5 packages vendors and try to get them again, now who’s loosing here? The vendor and I, and this store is just disgusting. In precious experiences the same thing, they do not mark as delivered when they actually do it. This is not right, they are just not taking this business as serious as it should be and treating customers with due respect.the package in the picture hasn’t being received!!! They could locate it and marked as delivered with me being there! I hope I could get a call from the owner of the store and they check on the cameras too!Oh my goodness…. They did it worst!!! I didn’t receive neither of those packages and they marked them as delivered. Look at the times. I was there at 9am and as soon I left they marked them all as received. This is incorrect and totally wrong. I demand to see the camera! OWNER YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST

The personal is great and very helpful. Always fast and flowless. But the price is double the one you pay by the business account.Other locations also have way lower prices. I guess this is because they are a franchise of the UPSI would only recommend using this branch for drop-offs, they are great and very fast at it.

I’ve frequented this store a few times and have always had a positive experience. The people who work here are polite, professional, and efficient and my packages get to where they need to be! Katelyn was especially helpful and it’s people like her that keep me a UPS customer.

I will never return AMZ items through this store again. The sheer number of errors in what should have been a very simple process was staggering. I had two separate returns, received a receipt with tracking numbers, but the items were never picked up by UPS based on those tracking numbers. I had to argue with AMZ as they were going to recharge me for the items. They had no record of my items being returned. Turns out the items arrived a week late under completely different tracking numbers. How did this happen?

The young gentleman that was working was very nice and helpful. The female worker sitting on the counter, who didnt bother to stand up when I walked in, was rude, difficult to deal with and extremely unfriendly. I would have rated 1 star if but the young man working was very nice.

Unhelpful staff. Inquired about simple rate shipping as clearly shown online. Staff was unaware and unwilling to look further into it despite my willingness to show them the ups option online. Not my preferred place rather pay more for FedEx.

Non caring person never asked me what I wanted. Did things her way. Shipping was north of $50. Wow. I said pass. Went to another place nearby. Nice caring lady. Same stuff shipped for $25.

The worst experience ever,They lost my passport the Hispanic lady with glasses is very unprofessional and rude never called me back, I been back and forth and it’s always the same answer under investigation bunch of liars and young punks at this location!!!

Always fast and courteous service. Feel safe during quarantine to get my packages shipped from this store. Employees all wear mask and their are marked areas for customers to practice social distancing. Highly recommend them!

ZERO STARS!!!!! It made me select one to post!I would recommend NOT using the #UPSstore at Woodlands Parkway. 6700 Woodlands Pkwy Ste 230, The Woodlands, TX 77382Brought a package to be shipped there and it was supposed to be delivered a week ago. Tracked the package and UPS says they dont even have it. Called the store and they dont know where the package is and want 8 BUSINESS days to investigate where it went. REALLY? Because you have ONE job.............. This was a business item and I dont have 8 more days. I would use FEDEX and definitely NOT this store who couldnt have cared less about helping me.

Ive never had a bad experience at this UPS store. It is so much less stressful to come here rather than going to the Post Office! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Yes, prices are higher at UPS than at USPS. But I dont mind paying a little more to avoid stress and get reliable service. They have never failed me in delivering a package on time, and sometimes have delivered much earlier than expected.

The last 2 months or so that I’ve been coming here the service has been great. Staff is polite, courteous, and quickly attend to what I need. I accidentally brought a fed ex labeled package here and the staff member politely told me that I could take it to Walgreens since there’s not a local fed ex store. I will continue to use this UPS store for all my shipping needs.

Very friendly staff. Well educated on what they are doing. Always go out of their way to help the needs of the customer and have them leave with a smile 😊 Highly recommend this store😁😁 Also their printing skills are phenomenal They do canvases, customized onesies, t-shirts, tank tops and hoodies. They can also do business cards and greeting cards.... They honestly do it all!! Love love Love the new staff and managers❤️❤️👍👍

Mailed a box from here on Wednesday and they said it would arrive to the address in Illinois end of day Friday. It did not arrive so I tracked it, then called UPS and found out they just mailed it today, Friday, at 1:30pm. They said they RESCHEDULED the delivery day for the following Tuesday!! Unbelievable! Ruined my event for Sunday.

If it were at all possible to give a crappy instead of poor I would. The absolute worste service/snotty little girl working in there...STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS FRANCHISE Truly a horrible experience. I would have rather gone to a dentist or the D.M.V.

Went in to print a few forms from a USB drive...after paying for the print realized I was charged for using the computer for 5 mins to send the print command...never charged at other UPS store for computer use while taking a print....I will avoid this UPSstore for prints the next time for sure...

I had to ship the Verizon router through UPS and and guess what, Verizon never received it and has been charging me $65.00 on a closed account every month..THanks UPS for making this happen!Worst store..will never come again..

My shipping package was lost in this place two months ago. I called the front desk for reasons. They said UPS driver may not scan and let me call post office. Services are bad and people are rude.

They lost my package and then waited for over a week to initiate the investigation while telling me that the investigation was ongoing. Never called me with any updates on the investigation. Terrible experience.
