I waited to post a review, we bought a 2019 CR-V new (sales was not the problem) Their service department leaves much to be desired. First a lot of dealership offer a year or two free maintenance. Not here, 1st oil change was free after that its on you. A year in all the sudden one of the tires has a unrepairable leak so we need a new tire 180 dollars (no road hazard rating for a tires only a year old?) Earlier this year (year 2 of ownership) the key fob battery dies and the xm radio stopped working. Last service we were told it would be time for tires soon and they even rated the tire we just replaced as having low amount of tread. Yesterday morning my wife said the CR-V seemed to not to start as quick, ok well it shouldn’t need a battery at 38k miles but well get them to check it. That afternoon she goes to leave work and the battery is dead. Hook it up to jumper cables 15 mins and it still wont crank. I take the battery off, go to Autozone the clerk hooks it up and 0% charge. I said ok I need a new battery then for a CR-V. He goes 2017 2018 or 2019.... How the heck does he know what year? Something is draining the battery even with the vehicle off. I call Flowers and ask sales how long should a battery last on a new car (4 years usually sometimes more) I get transferred to service and they say oh yes its normal for a battery to die in two years. Huh? Needless to say in almost 2 years of ownership besides oil changes we have spent 600 dollars for stuff I feel should be covered.Im wondering if we made a mistake.

I wish there was no stars. Dont use this Thomasville location unless you like lies and screwing you over. I had a leak in my transmission they quoted me $900.00 I left the car to be repaired then got a call it would be 1600 to 4000. I ask why they couldnt stay with quote they reply other things needed to be done to fix my transmission. FYI the 09 civic only me cost $5500.I said I will pick up, then they said there would be a diagnostic charge of 112. I said there shouldnt be a charge you didnt do nothing they said they had to pay their technician for his time. I am 100% sure he didnt get $112.Drove straight to a transmission co in Cairo, car in and out for $175. I went to Honda because I thought it was safer. Dont be fooled by a dealership name. I learn a lesson of going there and it cost be $112 for trusting that these people would be honest. You would be a lot safer driving to Tallahassee.

I purchased a car from Flowers Honda a week ago and the only con was that the estimated amount you will pay and put down on their website isnt accurate I experienced the same problem at another dealership so I dont think it as to do with the dealership itself, but dont go by that youll need to go to the dealership to get the amount you must put down if any and your monthly amount. Thats just a heads up, but besides that I had the best experience at Flowers Honda and although I had to put down more than expected I was able to purchase a car I love :) with an affordable monthly payment. Robert P was my sale person and he is the absolute definition of southern hospitality, he was extremely was kind, professional. Prior to me buying my vehicle I had questions after I left the dealership and Robert was very prompt in responding to all questions he was an absolute sweetheart during the entire process. If you decide to get a vehicle check out Flowers and ask for Robert. Frenchie the numbers guy was great also. I cant say enough about those two, but the fact that they made purchasing my car gratifying. They also provide warranties, one thats included and the other that can be added for an affordable price. Choose Flowers! :)

This is a very trustworthy dealership with an excellent service department. We just had our corporate vehicle, a Honda Pilot, serviced here. Xavier and Lance from the Service Department were professional, courteous and fast. Flowers owner David Flowers is also very involved in the community, and does a lot to give back to our region. Would highly recommend Flowers Honda or Flowers Nissan!

Flowers Honda is not the same dealership that I have experienced in the past. I have lost all confidence in the service department because they are clueless. My 2017 Honda Accord has an unusual noise and we were told the sound is normal. They finally realized the sound is not normal and have had my car for over a week. The conclusion after this frustrating process is they dont have a clue. This dealership was once the ideal dealership but no longer do I feel this way. The salesman issues I will keep to myself at this time.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Flowers Nissan. All three experiences were exceptional. Jeff Mann was our sales representative for the last two purchases. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the Nissan brand and was very helpful and friendly during the entire transaction. I will be buying from Flowers in the future and Jeff will be my go to person. David Flowers at Flowers Honda sold us himself! This dealership is much nicer to deal than when buying a Honda than the other Honda dealer we used to deal with over in Tallahassee, Fl. Flowers are great dealerships. Friendly staff and their prices cant be beat in the North Florida/South Georgia area. Well worth the drive from Tallahassee.Good luck if you like to haggle. Their vehicles are priced right and they know it. If its been on the lot over 30 days its as low as it gets until it goes to auction.The lifetime powertrain warranty on most used vehicles is a nice piece of mind too.Keep up the good work Flowers.

Do not come here. Everything was going well with the car purchase, until time to sign the papers. I received the most disrespect I have ever received by the finance manager and sales manager. It is unfortunate that this is the best customer service they could provide. If you are in the market for a new car, go elsewhere of you want to be treated like a human being. I repeat. Do not come here.Update after 2 years- no apologies were made to us, therefore I continue to vote Flowers Honda as the worst car dealership in America. Never have I seen such childish unprofessional acts in my life. I can’t believe this place still exists. Bunch of clowns.

2017 Accord Sport had developed a slight squealing noise when turning left. I stopped in at the service dept without making an appointment just to see if the diagnose the issue.I explained the issue to the young lady ( service writer) and they were able to work me in. I had to wait but again I didnt have a appointment. The tech, Jeff, was able to figure out the issue quickly and R&R the suspect part and I was back on the road in no time. Issue resolved.Great work by the entire staff in the service dept. from the service writer and the techs!!!Thank you!!!

Actually Im writing a review for the outstanding service I received at the Flowers Nissan dealership this past Saturday when I purchased my new Altima. James Carter was great. His level of product knowledge and his super attitude about the company, the brand and impressive. It was an enjoyable vehicle purchase and the time he spent answering all of our questions was well worth it. My wife and I are long time residents of Thomasville yet we hadnt visited the Nissan dealership until Saturday. We have been pleased with the Honda dealership and the folks that service our Honda vehicle but now weve sat down at the table (so to speak) with the entire family. I wont go anywhere else when I consider any future purchase and for sure all of my routine maintenance. Again thanks to James and the entire sales team--it was a real pleasure and I will gladly pass my impressions along to my friends. Job well done!!

I have purchased 2 vehicles there in the past two years. BOTH times I have had issues getting my vehicle tags. Latest vehicle purchased in November 2019. Currently sitting in my driveway because the 2nd temporary tag I had to get for it is now expired, and despite calling repeatedly and going to the dealership in person, the issue is still not resolved!

A Seles rep. named Mr. Jeff Mann contacted me and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service provided by my sales rep. Mr. Jeff Mann. I was able to email, text and have phone conversation with Mr. Mann to work out all off the paperwork. This helped me out because I live in Wakulla, Fl. So that when I got Flowers Nissan I just had to sign the final papers. I was there less than an hour.

I traveled from Gainesville Fl. to get my car from Flowers. They had taken in a trade on a very rare Accord V6 6MT that I had been searching for months for. I e-mailed them the day after the car appeared online to verify that it was available. Lenis Anderson contacted me the following morning and was extremely helpful through the entire process. He kept in contact with me throughout the week as I prepared my financing for the car, and held the car for 6 days until I could travel to Thomasville.It was a wonderful experience throughout, and even on a busy Saturday morning Lenis picked me up so I could drop off my rental car, and showed me around the dealership while we waited for Finance to finish. Despite having several people waiting for the finance department, I was in and out within 30 minutes with my new (AWESOME) Accord.Flowers is a great small town, low pressure dealership and are worth the drive!

Let me try to make this long story short! I have been looking and looking for a Honda Element. They are rare in my area, so Ive been prepared to travel to get one. Ive missed several that Ive been interested in because I did not get there fast enough. When I saw this one come up at Flowers, I made an internet inquiry and at least 3 different people called me back the next day to tell me how beautiful the car was and how much I would love it. I asked about putting a deposit down right away (sight unseen) and they told me I definitely could, with pictures to follow. I was really excited because it had low miles and was certified pre-owned. Im a special education teacher who travels between schools and work another job weekends/evenings that is 90 miles each way. At a price of $12,000, I had just enough in my budget to afford this reliable car that could fit all my school supplies! The customer service representative said she would assign me to a salesperson, and he was very nice. I was eager to put down the deposit, explaining that I had already lost two cars out of state from not getting them quickly enough. The salesperson absolutely promised, insisted, and gave me his word that This car was mine! He said he confirmed with the manager, and they did not want to take a deposit because it was off the lot, having minor dings and dents fixed up. Again, I was assured by everyone how much more beautiful this car would be when it was done. The pictures never did come through. About an hour later, I received a text (yes a text, after having been on the phone with everyone there for close to three hours that morning) that someone else has a deposit on this car and has for three days. I was heartbroken and asked to speak to the manager - the same manager that told him This car was mine and that I would be the second person to know when it was ready to go, with the salesperson being the first. The texted reply was that he would call me, but theres already a deposit on the car and nothing they could really do. When I did get a chance to talk to the manager, I explained the entire situation, including the fact that my salesperson insisted I would not lose this car, citing that There are only 5 sales people there who all have each others backs and know what each other are doing. The manager had a different story in that he told the salesperson not to take any deposits on this car because of significant damage. He stated that I would not want this car as is and it needed to be fixed. I also received a text that they found someone willing to take the car as is which completely contradicts the story that they couldnt send pictures because despite having gone to the body shop to take photos, the car was already being repaired and couldnt be photographed... The manager said he had to look over the deal that was made and it may or may not be approved. He assured me that he would call me if something didnt work out with that deal. Of course, I was prepared to move on and just let this whole disaster go, until I started receiving price alerts for that same car. What a surprise that it has been re-listed at $15,000! Clearly, they had changed their minds about the pricing of this car and the deal was just too good to be true. Instead of just telling me that, they wasted a lot of my time, and my hopes... Maybe youll have better luck with them than I did, as their reputation was quite good. I had confidence in them, and they were friendly, but they clearly had ulterior motives on this one. Very disappointed!
