I only rotated tires on this visit but they helped make the visit easy and friendly, and getting a courtesy ride back and forth is GREATLY appreciated.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars - it can be difficult to reach someone on the phone in the Service Dept, I have to call back about 3x each time as of late. BUT I do realize it gets busy and they may be shorthanded.

Tim James our vehicle salesman(Team Manager) was AMAZING he worked diligently to make sure he got us what we needed at a reasonable price! While I live in Tallahassee, I prefer to have my Ford F-150 (93,000 miles) maintained and serviced at Thomasville Ford. My experience has been that they always provide an accurate estimate, the repairs restore my F-150 to like new condition, and their service department reps making dropping off and retrieving the vehicle easy.For my most recent repair, I was experiencing a whine-type noise in my engine, later diagnosed as failing water pump. I had Thomasville Ford replace that, complete a radiator flush, and replace the serpentine belt while they had the vehicle.Since I was traveling for business and was not able to retrieve the vehicle during their normal work hours, Mr. Cray arranged an after-hours solution. That worked well and my 2013 F-150 continues to run like when it was purchased new.

Ryan was terrific!!!! He listened to what we were expecting to get out of the deal and he made it happen and he was patient. I normally dread car dealerships but Ryan changed my mind. If you need a car, ask for Ryan.

Went to dealer to look at an old bronco they had. Where to start. The truck they had listed had an obviously rolled over odometer, but they kept trying to say it was 73,000 original miles. It was obvious it has at least 273,000 miles. Neither window worked, it had rust on the roof, the rear view mirror was popped off, the wipers hardly worked and the locks didnt work. There were many more problems. The best part? Theyre trying to sell this thing for $11,000. Offered them $6,500 as that is what this truck is really worth with all its problems. Would cost at least another $3k to fix. Salesman claimed through text that their mechanics assured them it was in good shape, than told me in person our mechanics are too young to work on a truck this old. We dont want to make it worse. They came back and said best we can do is $10,000. Very disappointed with the customer service. They refused to acknowledge my wife, who was with me and acted rudley towards her when she helped present the first offer. Would have loved to leave with this truck as it would be been a great project, but they refused to be reasonable and realistic and would not work with me. I understand they have to make money, but their pricing was way off and their unwillingness to work within a reasonable range was shocking as a customer. If you want to get scammed on a truck, this is your place.

After a couple of days shopping in Tallahassee and having no luck trying to find something. We decided to try Thomasville Ford and it was truly the sunshine on a rainy day. Riley went above and beyond to make us comfortable and listen to our needs. When I stated the fact that I had to leave that day with my husband a new vehicle they went to work. I have been trying to get my window fixed on my Ford Mustang for MONTHS. They said they will reach out to service, order the parts, and everything, But i continue to get the run around. I call and they don’t answer, I have to go up there and leave with no solution everytime. I had an appointment to get it fixed and they logged it incorrectly, and instead changed my oil which was just changed days before. I have experienced POOR service and I am so fed up.

I took my vehicle to Tallahassee ford 3 times for the same issue and they could not correct the problem. Kept giving me BS answers after keeping vehicle for a week at a time.Thanks Thomasville Ford for correcting the problem that was under warranty. Thomasville Ford will be my new place of business for any routine or warranty maintenance. I will reccomend Thomasville Ford to other friends that always have issues with. Tallahassee Ford Service department, the extra 30 minute drive were worth it.

I made a service appointment which was a week out for 8:30am. Planned my day on dropping truck off at 7:30am and told them my son will pick it up after school 8 hrs later. Once he got there to pick up my truck they said it could be there for 3 days!! The communication is horrible and the service manager was blaming the service advisors. Why make an appointment at a certain time a week out so I can have my truck back for just an oil pan gasket if your gonna keep the truck 3 days? I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and have been pleased but this was the worst experience I’ve had here. Just hope they can get it together and be forthcoming with customers to be prepared to leave the vehicle for 3 days for any type of service work.

Service Department had me bring my F150 in Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. so that we can get right to work on it. I was told that the Service Rep would be Terrance and that he would have the mechanic look at my vehicles problem and then talk to me in 20 to 30 minutes. My vehicle was still sitting untouched in the lot and Terrence had still not talked to me at 10:30 a.m. when I left to wait at home.After doing a drive-by at noon, and viewing my vehicle still parked and untouched in the same spot I called the Service Rep Terrence between 1:30 and 2:00 and was told by him that he hadnt time to talk to the Extended Warranty people or call about parts availability. He told me that he would do that and call me back. 90 minutes later he called and said the Extended Warranty people had finally approved the repair and that he would try to have my F150 fixed on Friday .I told Terrence that was completely unacceptable and that I would pick my F150 up immediately.......and I did.Not my first bad experience with Terrence. I wont be back!

Teresa helped successfully navigate an issue I was having between a supplier and their internal parts department. As long as they continue to provide this level of service, I will continue to give them my business.

Just had my first oil change but had concerns with my digital dashboard. John Cray was my service advisor and he was exceptional! After finding out that the only shuttle van they have was almost an hour away and I needed to get to my office, he took time away from his already busy morning and dropped me off at work. He even called and updated me that my oil change was finished and they were looking into my issues with my dashboard. By far the BEST dealership service experience I have had! Other employees actually acknowledged me with a Hello or a Good Morning. This truly makes you feel more like a customer than just a dollar sign. Very genuine employees and staff members.

I recently purchased a brand new, 2020, F-150 from a dealer in my home state. The card with the five-digit code for the keyless entry was not in the glove box. I stopped by Thomasville Ford (I am currently visiting the area for two months) and asked if they could help me. They said they could and I set an appointment to come in and have that done. They also told me that it would take about an hour because they had to “pull the module”. After considering this for a few days, I called the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from. They told me it was very simple to do and I could do it myself. They told me how and it took me, literally, less than two minutes.With this in mind, I just stopped by Thomasville Ford again this morning and cancelled my appointment. I did this in person because I wanted to have an eye-to-eye conversation with the service advisors. I said to them, “I am going to assume that you either didn’t know how simple it was or you are trying to make some extra money for your service department.” He looked at me and simply said, “OK.” So, I asked if he wanted to know how to very simply fix the problem and offered to show them how. He said, “No.” This confirmed to me that they did, in fact, know how to easily do this. Otherwise, they would have wanted to learn.I wonder how many other people this service department scams out of money (the customer’s or Ford Motor Company’s). The bottom line is, the Thomasville Ford service advisors were aware that the problem could be solved very quickly and easily. Instead, they chose to inconvenience me in order to make a few extra bucks for the dealership.I am most certainly very happy that I did not purchase my vehicle from Thomasville Ford.

In September of 2020 I purchased a 2018 F150 from this dealership. The salesperson, Martin Mackean was very helpful and professional. There was a hiccup in part of the financial transactions that took a few weeks to resolve, but the dedication of GSM Chris Howard to see to it that the matter was satisfactorily resolved was refreshing. I have purchased over 30 new vehicles in the last 40 years, and while things dont always go perfectly, at least you can count on Thomasville Ford to work with you to get things taken care of. The truck has been a great ride and while we now live in Ft. Lauderdale, I would not hesitate to check with Thomasville Ford in the future when I am ready for my next Ford to see what they have!

Purchased a pre-owned truck. Truck had a cracked windshield and the radio did not work. Dave, the salesperson, promised that the windshield and radio would be fixed by the dealership. Nothing but lies. Dave will not even respond to a text message now and I was also lied to by the service manager, Jack. I ended up having to spend over $1000 to repair the windshield and radio. Do not waste your hard earned money with this dealership. There are better places to purchase your vehicles. This dealership does not care about their customers.

Everyone we encountered at Thomasville Ford was extremely nice. Even if you weren’t their customer specifically, you were treated as such. The only downside is signing for a specific rate and loan only to be told the next day that it’s going to be different. I didn’t know that this happens, but apparently it does, but they did their best to keep us as close to budget as possible.

If the customer service after the sale was as good as the negotiation & delivery, we would be happy customers. This was an out of state deal referred by Auto Trader to the dealership. Vehicle was a used truck. Carfax was clean & was assured by the salesman there was nothing wrong with vehicle. Truck was delivered on Monday, 8 hrs away. Signed all paperwork and was told we would get copies the next week. After 2 weeks, no paperwork received, nothing showing we purchased truck. Phone call made, was told by finance dept. it had been mailed. Also found large scratch and dent that was not disclosed. Made several phone calls & left several message unreturned or with no resolution, regarding paperwork, was always told had been mailed. Five weeks later, still no paperwork. The answer is always, we will check on it and call you back, with no call back or resolution. Yesterday vehicle left us stranded. Starter went out. Warranty that I purchased was only for drive train. Not even 500 miles on vehicle since purchase and had to spend $400 for towing & repairs. Called dealership and was told we will check on it and call you back. Be careful of any used vehicles that you buy from this company and make sure you get copies of what you need before you leave.

The service rep was nice and very informative. He told me that it would possibly be 90 minutes to a 2 hour wait and he kept me informed on the progress of the oil change and tire rotation on my vehicle. As far as I can tell the mechanic done a thorough job on my vehicle. However, I had to wait 2 hours for the service to be done! I Have had my vehicle serviced there since I bought it 2 years ago and it has been a long wait every time. If the wait time wasn’t so long I would give 5 stars. Please figure out a way that your customers don’t have to wait so long for a basic service.

Obviously car buying can be pretty emotional, and had the sale gone through, I probably be giving a 5 star rating. However here is the story:I found a vehicle on-line, I planned to buy it that day and told the salesman so, he called me while sitting in the truck to confirm that it was there and available. I set up an appointment with the dealer, the dealer confirmed the appointment 30 minutes before I left the house and drove 50 miles to get the truck, only to find out they sold the vehicle to someone else. The salesman apologized, then tried to sell me something else. I felt like the truck may not have been available from the beginning, and this was a way to get me to the dealer, as the ad for that truck is still up. I am a business on a handshake type, I gave my word I would be there, I expected the vehicle to be there. If I cant trust them, I dont need to do business with them.Again, as I said, had it been there and I bought it, Id probably be really happy right now, but I dont intend to go back there.

Worst dealership ive ever dealt with. Do not recommend. I bought a 50k truck from them with a very large paint chip, on a otherwise flawless truck, with the agreement to bring it back and have it fixed for free. White truck with the underlying being black. Very noticeable. I scheduled the repair on a Saturday, dropped it off on a Friday, he said it would only take a day. I did not hear back from them, finally called them Monday afternoon and they told me it was ready. I drive an hr to pick it up and get there and it looks terrible. Paint was a vanilla color, did not match at all and obviously done with a scratch repair kit from the parts store. They agreed it was not acceptable and that the guy did not even charge them for it! They agreed to call me the next day to bring it back and schedule it with a real body shop, i have not heard back from them and they will not return my calls and left messages. Customer service is definitely not their first priority!

The whole experience from the time we visited the website to the completion of the sale was awesome!Cameron Goffery was very professional on the phone and was as good when we met him in person.The transaction was very very easy, as they did not play the game, let me talk to my manager.Once we went to Georgia all the way from Gainesville it was well worth the drive.Then we went to the (normally dreaded finance guy) named Brandon Hayes. This is where they usually add stuff and try to sell you stuff which you don’t always need.But to our surprise Brandon continued the great customer service Cameron started.Brandon found a way to get us a better deal from what we started with. Also a great interest rate for our financing. They took the time to ask us who we bank with and asked what rate did our bank offer and came close to meeting it!We signed all the papers on a cool desktop electronic tablet.We drove our new F-350 back home, as very satisfied customers of Thomasville Ford!But wait it gets better. Brandon and Cameron called us the next day to say they found a bank to match the interest rate we would have received from our bank and mailed us new papers to sign, the new rate lowered our monthly payment.Now most of the time once the transaction is completed most dealers move on to the next customer. At Thomasville Ford, with employees like Brandon and Cameron they took the customer service to a whole new level.Thank you to both of them and the management as it does start from the top!We recommend you give them a try before going elsewhere. Great visit to dealership today. Called for appointment, was able to get in and out same day. Came in early they started on it Immediately. Grabbed some lunch came back in 45 minutes and it was done they also took care of recall while performing oil change and rotation.Thanks guys great job I’ll continue driving from Tallahassee to use your services.

After waiting two weeks for an appointment (which BTW I had to call three times to even talk to someone AND left a message on the service manager’s VM) I had a 10 AM appointment to have my oil changed and have a couple of recalls done on my truck. At 3:25 PM, we were told I was “next in line”!!!! 5 1/2 hrs later and my oil still wasn’t changed??? I also called the dealership three times and never got a return call back! (I was told, “everyone is out right now in the service dept, let me take a msg. and I’ll call you right back”) We finally drove over there and my husband and told them we were here to pick the truck up. The service manager said, you’re next in line and my husband told him no, you don’t understand, I’m here to pick the truck up now, we’re leaving. We aren’t waiting another hour to make it a 6 1/2 hrs wait time!! What is the point in having a 10 AM appointment when they get to you when they feel like it?? Now, I still have to get my oil changed and I wasted the entire day in a city in which I don’t even live! The old Thomasville Ford was excellent. Now that the Toyota dealership bought them out, they are absolutely horrible!!! Don’t take your vehicle here! The service manager said, why don’t you just go ahead and take it to Tallahassee Ford. And my husband said, that is about the best advice you can give anybody here! I will never take my vehicle there to have service again. I thought about buying a vehicle from them, but my coworker had a horrible time with them and is still not through with them yet after 2 1/2 months of trying to get paperwork straightened out. I’m completely done with them! Ford, you really screwed up when you let the Toyota dealership buy you out!

When I called to make an appointment for an oil change, the service advisor told me they would come to my home to get my vehicle, if I had a Lincoln. Since I own a Ford, I had to take it to the dealership, which I had planned to do anyway. The thing is, my Explorer costs more than some Lincolns!!!

Just purchased my third vehicle from here. Ive had a great experience with them each time. Thank you Mr Matt, and Mr Tony for a seamless transaction, and a great experience.Just want to add that I was pleased with the all around service. They allowed me to drive the vehicle for the afternoon. And after I was through getting it dirty and making sure it would do everything I need it to do. they detailed it again, and filled up the gas tank.

After spending several frustrating hours at a Tallahassee dealer, we decided to drive up to Thomasville - we are glad we did! Courtney and Luis gave us one of our best car buying experiences. The team even stayed late to make sure we got exactly what we wanted, and the best deal! Brandon even helped us speed through the paperwork to ensure that everyone didnt have to stay too late! I will definitely bypass Tallahassee and come to Thomasville for the next car I buy!

I dont know of any other dealership in my expense. That is willing to bend over backwards in every direction to help you. But Thomasville Ford WILL. The sales department is good. But the service department is absolutely awesome

Great experience. I had seen my dream vehicle on the website and left my name and number. Called by Butch, went in around 11 am and drove off the lot in my new van around 4 pm, detailed and shiny as a new car. Looking forward to taking some road trips. Thomasville Ford is a great company to deal with.

Everything was great! Myles was easy to work with and we did not feel pressured. Overall it was a good experience!One small critique, we were told on the phone that there were several of the cars that we were looking for, when we arrived that was not the case.We did however find a vehicle we were happy with.

All employees were very helpful. Customer service was the best. I was told that my car was in good shape and that I had a couple of things I need to keep an eye on. Very confident my car will make the trip I am planning without any problems.

2nd service on new vehicle, 9700 miles. Got it back with the steering wheel off centered. Took back and they did alignment, then steering wheel off centered and now pulls to left. Turn ed around and took it right back up there. Drove my car up and down Jackson Street. Car still pulls to the left steering wheel off center opposite directions will be finding a new dealership for service

Another great place to get ripped off when buying a Ford vehicle.service dept substandard to poor. Expensive to have a vehicle repaired or serviced. Now owned by Toyota of Thomasville.newly remodel with the lastest of cheap quality workmanship. Buy a Ford product elsewhere . Avoid this shady dealership.

Great service from the first phone call til our car was delivered to our front door. Sales rep was excellent and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We plan on a long term business relationship with the Butlers in the future.

The guys at the dealership seemed straight up. I called about a truck on the lot, they told me which trucks I could get within my budget, were friendly and not too pushy with the test drives. They lined everything up and made it an easy experience.
