Ive used Premier Coach I think 4 separate times, pictured are from when my old Audi got hit by a Tahoe, and the other my BMW had a camera dropped on it hard. Im extremely particular with my cars and in all cases, theyve down excellent work, there has never been any sign at all that any work had been done with the final product, panel alignment and paintwork was all matched perfectly.These were done for insurance, and while Id gauge their price as a bit higher than average overall, thats probably down to them not taking any shortcuts when tackling a repair, as evidenced by the consistently flawless final result.The real test in customer service is what they do when things dont go perfect and in the one case it wasnt, they did not hesitate to make it right. Logan was the person I worked with this last time and hes very patient, making sure all concerns are addressed and the whole process is well understood. I dont hesitate to recommend them to anyone, as this is the place to go when you want a job done in good time and done properly.

Premier Coach is very professional and does a great job every time. Theyve done bodywork and painting on my Jaguar XF and Lexus RX350, and when theyre done, the vehicle looks perfect. Apart from excellent bodywork, their paint-matching and blending is so precise that its impossible to detect the difference between the old panels and the newly painted ones.Theyre a great service and deliver on time. There are a lot of collision shops out there, but Premier Coach stands above the rest for two reasons: Quality of work and customer service.I do not have an exotic vehicle, but got treated like I did when my car needed paintwork. It turned out fabulous in a very reasonable period of time. I was kept up to date on the status of the work. While there was a slight delay (my fault not theirs) in being able to pick the car up, it was washed and ready to go.Even if you need a repair not covered by insurance, go see them for great quality, service and pricing.

There are very few “silver linings” when you get into an auto accident or have any sort of car damage. Brought my car by for quick estimate for repair/repainting of rear collision damage. Arranged a drop-off time and the procedure was quick and COVID-safe. I had very recently purchased a 2020 Lexus SUV, which someone backed into while it was parked. I decided not to go through my insurance.Premier was recommended to me by someone who worked at a dealership. This shop really made the process to restoring my cars from accidents smooth. Ive had several vehicles go through this shop and each and every experience has been fantastic. They do excellent body work and paint to the point of not being able to the difference between what needed repaired. Each vehicle came out looking as if it were coming off the factory floor.

I’ll never know if this auto body repair shop Used my old bumper instead of replacing it with a new one (as per the insurance paid for). On their contract, there’s a box you can check requesting that Coach Auto body saves the damaged parts for your to review. Yes, I check that box because of all the shady body shops that are out there and my Cheyenne is a high end car. When I picked up my car, I asked for the part and the service guy said he did not see the box I checked and threw the part away. Hmmmmmmm? Of course I felt a little hoodwinked. I scraped the side of my car. When I brought it in for an estimate, the service person suggested they buff out the damage. They worked on it for nearly 30 minutes. It looked nearly brand new when they were finished. They did not charge me anything for this service.

I have worked with Premier Coach Auto Collision for many years now entrusting them with my Porsche Carrera and also our Ford Explorer Sport for any body work that I needed to have done. As well I have recommended them to others. The Porsche actually has been in two minor accidents front and back which required body work on both ends and then a complete painting. This was done a few years ago and the car still looks like it is brand new and its a 99!!! We have also had body work on our 2016 Ford Explorer Sport done there on a number of occasions. Each time I have worked with the people there they have been extremely fair and competitive in their estimates of the work to be done. If you are looking for a Body Shop that will treat you fairly and do excellent work so your car looks like new and stays that way I highly recommend you work with them.

I have a Tesla Model X. The damage to my car was the left corner of the rear bumper and rear quarter panel. The panel was repairable but the bumper had to be replaced. Tesla replacement parts take forever and a day to get. Rather than keep my car all that time they suggested that I continue to drive the it and they would call me when the parts arrived. Once the parts were there they called and set up an appointment for the repair. It took a week and the repair was perfect. I have used Premier before for a Porsche I owned in the past and needless to say I can recommend them highly.

They repaired my Mercedes beautifully and returned the car in very short time. They have a courteous and very professional staff that makes dealing with them at a time of stress, very pleasant.

Paint work is exceptional but lacking quality control. It would be a benefit to have someone thoroughly inspect the work before releasing it to the customer. This would avoid having customers return to have the work completed.

Half star. First they delivered my vehicle to me with a misaligned qtr panel. Had to wait for them to refit it. Then, they damaged my tail light and tried to hide it from me. The “detail shop” provided a shorty wash, and lastly, when I dropped my flashlight and went back for it, an employee was already driving off with it. WHAT? REALLY?Couldn’t leave it in the office for the customer to reclaim his property?Broken moral compass?
