Westoaks is a winner! Someone bumped my car in a parking garage. I took it to my regular body shop and was shocked at the quote to repair. My regular mechanic suggested taking it to Westoaks, and boy am I glad I did. The quote was literally half the cost of my body shop. Westoaks is no frills, all business. Youre not paying for a lounge or a receptionist, Scott handles everything personally. They did an excellent job and were finished early- all at a fair price. Highly recommended!

Not only fast, but excellent work at a reasonable price. I needed to get my bumper fixed (it was coming free from the moorings and the clear coat was peeling) and my passenger side mirror replaced. They got it all done in a day and a half, for less than it would cost at any other body shop to do just the bumper.

Someone rear ended my car and Scott installed a new bumper and painted it. I had my car back the next day I was surprised how quick he got it done and on top of that the quality of his work. Thank you Scott for the excellent work!

Scott did an awesome job on my 2008 pearl white Acura MDX--it needed some body work, paint, and a lot of deep cleaning and detailing! When I picked it up (ready a day ahead of the promised date), it looked like a brand new SUV inside and out! Everything looks so clean! Great job! I love my car again! I had my car painted and they over sprayed my hood. Had to go back 2 times still not right. Went somewhere else. Take my cars somewhere else. This place does shotty work. Beware!!

I am embarrassed to admit, but Scott has had to touch up a few of my cars over the years. He is always honest, hard working, professional, provides excellent quality, on time and is a good value. I highly recommend giving him your business for any dings, dents, scratches and/or paint damage.

Its the best place in the city to wash your car. Stuffs are friendly there and they do a excellent job washing the car. If you really love your car and want it to be shinny all the time, Westoaks Detail is the place to go.

Was recommended to west oaks detail and their crew by a friend. Got hit and run in a parking lot and didn’t want to go thru my insurance. Scott and his crew did a great job. Got it back to me quickly. I also had him detail it. My car looks good as new. I highly recommend him and his shop.

There is nothing good I can say about this place. NOTHING. He cant even talk to women without getting upset being condescending saying I dont know what Im talking about and everything is Look lady, I dont know blah blah blah. Left all the floor mats of our VW van soaking wet. This detail place is a dump and wax residue left all over the car. Detail? This man pays no attention to details.

Shouldve checked the reviews before coming to this place. Im stuck with a damaged engine from a pressure wash like some of the other folk here. Not to mention a poor detailing job overall.

RUN AWAY! This guy is the worst! He doesnt know how to pressure wash an engine and takes no accountability! Damaged my car and now I have over a $2000 engine repair bill!!!

I bought a Conejo Deal and called to get my car done. The next available appointment was 2 months away. Not happy, I called Conejo Deal, they said this is a great provider with no complaints. I decided to wait and go with the flow. I showed up for my appointment and was going to wait around the area for a couple hours. Then I was told it would not be ready until 5pm, drop off time noon. Again, go with the flow. Got a call and message from the owner,they are running behind and pickup time is now 5:30pm, good thing I had nothing to do all day! Went to pickup at 5:30, car was covered with wax, they were frantically vacuuming the interior and had 2 guys going like crazy. I went to ask what was up. It will be 15 minutes more. I waited around while they worked like crazy. Finally, at 5:50pm, it was ready. The overall condition was good, not great, but good. I would not recommend the place however. I understand problems arise, and this is not a Dr. office, but cmon. I left the car there all day basically and then they rush to finish at the last minute. Ill give them 3 stars and that is being generous!
