Kelley and her front desk staff were amazing start to finish! Making my appointment was easy. They actually answered the phone and I was never put on hold. They were able to get me in for an appointment quickly. The office was welcoming and I was taken on time for my appointment. Kelley went beyond and above after hearing of my sudden hearing loss, and after my evaluation reached out to a number of ENTs while I was still in the office to help me quickly get an appointment with a doctor that would take my insurance. She was able to get me an appointment the same day! This is what patient care and concern should look like. I cant recommend Kelley and Decibel Hearing highly enough!

It was clean and neat everything organized. The people that dealt with me were professional and courteous. The audiologist who helped me was thorough, professional, friendly and had a good sense of humor. The testing was terrific and it was not long before I received the hearing aids which have been a big plus in my ability to hear and keep my poise when there was noise. I have felt more confident since wearing the hearing aids and it generally gives me a big boost when communicating. I am more relaxed and capable and Im glad for the experience with the people there and the gift of these great hearing aids that have improved my life much more than my experiences with other devices and improved my attitude toward communicating.

My husband had been resistant to getting hearing aids for years. He was referred to Ms Ellen Baker at Decibel Hearing Services by his ENT, Dr Jeffrey Tseng. Our experience there was great! Ellen is very caring, knowledgeable, and made my husband feel comfortable. She ran tests and advised a good solution to my husbands needs. He is now wearing hearing aids that are barely visible so no one knows he has them on. It has improved the quality of his life, and mine. The whole office is great, very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend them!

Ive worn hearing aids for 35 years. When I moved to Ventura six months ago I was very concerned about finding an audiologist that would be right for me. After two meetings with Ellen Baker I know that I have. She is knowledgeable, she listens, and she cares. Plenty of time was made both in testing and fitting. Hearing aids prescribed are excellent. Staff was pleasant and office was nicely equipped.

Audiologist Kelley Bannon was efficient, professional, and friendly. The whole experience was very pleasant. Results were timely and understandable.

I went in to have ear impressions taken for a set of custom in-ear monitors, and the impressions needed to be very specific for the manufacturer. The team at Decibel were very professional, precise, and quick during the impression process. I was in and out of the office in about 20 minutes!
