Visited to have my son’s hearing aides looked at and walked out with the rubber hoses replaced, new batteries and carry case at no cost.Super attentive. Caring. Big thanks to everyone working there !
I would not recommend this facility of audiologists for anyone. When I went in (May3) to have tubes changed, I discovered later that one was much shorted than the other and was causing pain. I went back to have that one replaced, but continued to have difficulties with how the hearing aids were sitting. Today, I went to Miracle Ear in St. Paul, MN, and learned that the technician in Thousand Oaks had given me two tubes that were too long. One was a size 3A; the other a 3B. My correct size is 2A, but evidently the person who replaced them in Thousand Oaks hadnt even looked at the size on the original or didnt want to go to the trouble of ordering the correct size.
