I lost one of my hearing assists.The guarantee says 3 year warranty. IT has only been 2 years since i purchased the hearing assists, yet they are saying its out of warranty and want full price $700 to replace (not much of a warranty). Said they would send me an email with terms of contract and how to order and pay by the month,never received. HOw to get hold of a supervisor to get control of this situation.
