Dr. Baker and the City Optical are incredible. We had a great time laughing with Dr. Baker as my husband and I both had our long overdue eye exams. Although we both need bifocals, we dont hold it against her 😂. Great selection of glasses and extremely helpful team.

I went in to get my prescription and took a look at some glasses. Only one set fit my head and they were over $400. I politely said no but they acted rude and cold the until I checked out.On another visit for my wife they forgot a piece of information on her prescription sheet. She went back to ask them for the info and they told her that she’s not paying them to explain a prescription to her and for her to get out. Very rude and unprofessional plus their selection is small and way overpriced.

Cannot live without City Optical handling my vision and glasses needs. Thank you John, Dawn, Mackenzie for efficiently and courteously taking care of mine and my familys eyesight. I moved from that area in 2015 and have yet to find someone else who can adjust and tune prescriptions and glasses like they can. Each time I have to make a 3.5 hour road-trip to Tifton to visit City Optical. Customer for life.

Simply fast and friendly service. Set me up with an appointment despite me giving them almost no notice. They finished the eye exam, as well as a trial pair of contacts AND tweeked my glasses all within 20 minutes. Not a rude person in the bunch either!

I absolutely love the service from this place. I went on a work trip to Tifton and they saw me during my lunch hour. Their service was very fast and friendly. Even months after I broke my glasses and they let me mail my glasses to them,they fixed them without charging me any labor and mailed it back to me fast! I love these guys.... I have been wearing contacts for about 7 years. The staff and Doctor at City Optical made sure that I was aware of every stage in the exam. They took their time and asked if I had any questions. As I advance in the ageing process I am realizing that my eye sight has aged with me. For some reason I pay little attention to my optical health. The Doctor explained many things that my previous Eye Doctor did not.I felt like my family was taking care of me. What a wonderful surprise to find a doctor and staff that was concerned about my comfort and health.Not just my money.

I’m traveling from Miami on my way to Atlanta on business and failed to pack extra contact lenses or glasses! I was referred to City Optical by Walmart (they didn’t have the contacts I needed in stock) where I met Dawn. She was so helpful! She guided me on getting an RX from my doctor in Miami, then quickly provided the lens I needed, lead me to an immaculately set table w/mirror so I could insert it, and then didn’t even charge me! Southern hospitality on display! Dawn & the staff were so nice, knowledgeable, and willing. Im so grateful that I’m refilling my next batch of contacts from them - they can do it by mail. Words can’t express how very grateful I am.
