We inherited a hand-woven rug from my mother-in-law that needed to be sized to fit in our house. It was hard to make the decision to alter it in any way. Atiyeh staff suggested the right cut, added the right fringe, cleaned it, and it looks great. Service was excellent. The price was fair, and the entire staff was professional and patient with our questions. Highly recommended.

My area rug appears to be cleaner and brighter. But I found it kind of odd when there were a few sunflower seed shells still stuck to the back of the rug. Makes me question how thoroughly it was cleaned if this did not even dislodge them??? And just to clarify, I know they were from my home, because I eat sunflower seeds :-)

The staff greeted us as soon as we arrived by opening the door to bring in the rug we were dropping off to be cleaned. They called to let us know it was done early and brought it out to the car. Very impressed with their customer service and the rug cleaning results!
