This review is for visit about a month ago. I go in and had some trouble with my phone. I was afraid there was water damage and didnt want to pay a warranty fee in case there was. These guys helped me out and gave me a tool to open my phone to verify. I figured since was going in for an obvious no sale transaction theyd pond me off. They were professional and extremely helpful. A real class act team here.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My account was messed up for WEEKS and I just got a working phone after switching to att. Izabelle, who’s supposed to be the manager, is a SCAM ARTIST. She lied to my face, she was extremely rude, and she seemed to be high at work. I don’t know what kind of establishment would let that type of person have any type of authority. DO NOT GO HERE

The two guys that helped me right up until closing were incredible. They set up my phone and my husbands phone as quickly as they could. We chatted about the local area and I could also see that the team at this T-mobile were close and genuinely cared for one another. They quickly stepped in to help a team member without hesitation or you know, sighing or rolling their eyes.

I have been a T-MOBILE customer for just over a year and I would estimate that I have visited at least 5 different locations and never have I experienced such amazing customer service as I did this evening! Miguel and Jake were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I personally do not hold much knowledge regarding cell phones so choosing a new phone can be intimidating. When I came in this evening I was in great need of upgrading from my LG K30 but was completely unsure of the phone I needed that would meet my needs. Miguel went above and beyond by walking me through the phones that would best fit what I was looking for along with phones no one has ever told me about. Any questions I had, Miguel had the answer. If he wasnt completely sure of the answer, which was rare, he would research to find it for me. His level of professionalism was refreshing and honestly admirable! I could not have had a better experience! I left the store this evening so happy with my brand new OnePlus 6 that I am already in love with. Thank you Miguel and Jake for your kindness, honesty, integrity, great sense of humor and professionalism! I couldnt be happier!!! 😁

Chelsea was great. My husband and I are seniors and arent tech savvy, so we really appreciated Chelseas patience and positive attitude. We joked and laughed a lot. Miguel and Cheyenne (the other customer service reps) joined in, and they also showed kindness to everyone who came into the store while we were there. We are long-time T-Mobile customers and are happy with the services weve received.

Miguel presented the best customer service and knowledge of T-Mobile products that I have ever had. I have been a customer for over a year and never have I experienced such professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Not only was Miguel kind and polite, he was also multi-tasking at the same time providing excellent customer service to each patron he assisted. Considering my experience this evening I will frequent this location regarding all of my future mobile needs. I am the project manager of a construction company so professionalism means everything. Miguel stands out, thank you for such a great experience.

Worst customer service ever!!! Been there twice to get a problem resolved both times I was ignored by the manager and the team. The manager actually recommended I went to another store because she wouldnt have time. I dont recommend any person of color to this store its CLEAR their discriminating.

Top dog service between Isaiah, Laci, Alex the other kind people who helped me when the store was super slow. They got me a badass tablet and new phone for free. They were super chill people and were actually extremely helpful. Oregon city is the worst t-mobile to go to ever. Dont ever go there. Make the trip to Tigard. It was worth it for the service alone. Thank you all again. I hope they pay you guys what youre worth. They were top of the line smart. They all rushed to help me. They got us our 4th line for nearly nothing. Im impressed beyond words. Best customer experience with t-mobile that I have ever had and I have been with them for years. Best customer service period. Best wishes!

They have a store policy that T-Mobile corporate outright denies. You cannot purchase anything over $200 on a debit or credit card! This is despite validating my account and showing an ID. They wanted $650 in cash for a Note 7 after a $200 card payment. Not sure anyone carries that kind of cash at 0800PM in the night! Oh yeah, no checks either! Not to mention the rain and a 2.5 year old with us.The reason I want to purchase in full on my card is for price protection and the additional year of warranty. Note 7 may need it.When I requested to address the policy in writing, they couldnt find it in their system. Asked for a statement and recorded it after which the manager asked me to leave the store!I love T-Mobile but certainly not this exclusive experience. I brought this to the attention of customer relations and will escalate till there is a resolution.

Horrible customer service every time Ive gone in. The first time was to set up service initially and buy a phone up front. The whole process took close to 3 hours. I was in heels and had my infant with me, they didnt even bother to offer me a chair the whole time.More recently I had gone in to inquire then set up a family plan and they quoted me completely different prices on 2 occasions they said the 2nd time that the first person didnt know what she was doing and she was wrong. Then tried to charge me close to $50 each just for 3 sim cards. Manager decided he needed to be in the back room when I came in both times I had questions and he wouldnt come out and answer them. Leaving less experienced people to stumble through attempting to help me.Even though this location is much closer to home for me I wont go here again Ill go to one closer to work or another one entirely.

The best T-Mobile store I have gone to. The service was superb. The store manager, Jake was very helpful and patience with us. I arrived at the store 15 minutes prior to closing time, but he was eager to help setting up my applewatch subscription and really took the time to walk thru the whole process.This store is clean and very well managed. Kudos to the management and team. Come to this store! you will agree with my review.

Have only had great experiences with the Tigard T-Mobile. Have been in four or five times since they opened and dealt with a different person every time, but every single one has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable... everything you could be looking for. Specific shout out to Dylan who I just worked with and put me over the edge of having to write a review of this store. Keep up the great work!

I went looking for a charger with some pretty specific specifications. They didnt have what I was looking for but they were able to direct me to a place that I never would have thought to go to and they did have what I was looking for. So even though they didnt have what I needed were able to help me get what I needed and I thought that was pretty awesome.

I went in with a ton of questions. I needed really detailed information about international plan phone call rates, data rates, etc. I wanted to make sure I understood every detail of the data plans, data caps, deprioritization speeds, wifi hotspot data limits, etc. Miguel was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I was immediately impressed as Ive had trouble getting the same information from other carriers and even from people in another T-mobile store. He gave me focused attention even though I told him I wasnt going to activate that day. Then, because of Miguels initial great service, I went back a week later to ask more questions. I went in to activate 1 line and ended up activating 3. I was able to transfer 2 numbers from two other different carriers with ease, on the spot. This is easily the best experience Ive ever had with a wireless carrier store and it was largely due to Miguels ability to answer my huge list of questions with ease and confidence from the beginning. Jake was also involved on the second day and both Miguel and Jake were very knowledgeable and helpful. I dont write a lot of Google reviews, but when people really give me great service or really horrible service, I do. Thankfully, this was a case of the former.

Went in and felt like the employee didnt have time for us. Nick, he was helping another employee upgrade their phone. Basically, seemed like he wanted to get rid of us. Unfortunately, we did have the money to upgrade but employee was rude so, off to another location.

I go in, put $250 down on a NEW iPhone 7. Turns out to be a lemon, according to techs at the Apple Store. So I go back to T-Mobile and ask for a replacement. They tell me after 14 days, (it had been 22 days), I have to go with a warranty exchange. So I went and did that. 3 weeks later they tell me there has been a issue with shipping! So they send another phone. And it turns out they try to give me a USED iPhone. AFTER SELLING ME A BUSTED PHONE!!! And proceed to tell me I have to get that one. I PUT $250 DOWN ON A BROKEN PHONE! AND THEY TRY TO GIVE ME A USED PHONE TO REPLACE IT!! This is by far the WORST experience with ANY PHONE company! No help whatsoever. They take your money and dont take responsibility for anything! Its ridiculous! I asked to just get another new phone and they say I need another $200+ down. Seriously, avoid T-Mobile. Horrible coverage, bad service, and all they want is your money.

Not as helpful as you would expect them to be. Seem to hire marginally trained employees who are reluctant it unable to explain the difference between various phone choices. They are fine if you already know all about your phones and if you require very little help.

This is not an actual t-mobile. The people who work here dont know what they are doing, there is a high turn-over with employees, and I have had issues here on several different occasions. Save yourself the trouble, and go to the actual t-mobile store on Tualatin-Sherwood road by target.
