Antonio Lopez, Sales Consultant at the Verizon Wireless Tigard, OR location provided my daughter and I with exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly service during our September 15 visit to the store. I had dropped and lost my 2 month old iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 GB in the Pacific Ocean on 9/14/21 while on vacation in Lincoln City. I was upset and devastated.Antonio greeted my daughter and I at the door and proceeded to walk us through our options to resolve the problem. We purchased a new iPhone Pro Max with a nice trade-in discount using my daughters previous iPhone. I was anxious that I had lost all the special family photos taken at the beach the day before. Antonia performed some complicated technical magic and restored ALL of my photos to my new phone!!!I will be grateful to Antonio forever for his help, technical knowledge and kindness.

My old iPhone 6s finally broke so I was in need of a new phone urgently. I chose this location because I thought it would be the least busy on a Friday late afternoon. I made a 5:45 appointment with Avery but I got there 15-20min early and I was lucky to be the only customer so I was able to be helped right away. I told Avery I wanted to get another iPhone and he took me right over to them and explained the differences between them very clearly and succinctly, so I was able to choose which one was best for me with ease. The checking out process was easy and fast. I felt compelled to write this review because the last time I went to Verizon to buy my last phone (Cedar Hills location a few years ago) It took forever and it was packed and the saleswoman wasnt very nice. So my experience yesterday at this location really stood out to me as a wonderful customer service experience.This location is also huge, spacious, super clean and organized, and has lots of phones and accessories. Best Authorized Dealer hands down! I had there pleasure of having Gabby help me. Not only did she get me into a newer phone, she also helped me get my monthly bill lowered . I have to say a took a minute for the billing department to get it straight but it was worth the wait. I would recommend all my friends and family to this girl. She made sure i was happy with what I was getting and that I knew how to work my new phone. This girl is all about customer service which is super important to me! Keep up the great attitude and the drive to be the best at your job.

I went in on 10 July 21 to pay my bill and cancel my account since I have a new phone and provider. Gabby was amazing with assisting me. There was no pushing any products or services I didnt want or anything. She helped me pay the bill and got right on the phone with customer service and closed the account so I wouldnt receive any future bills. If I was staying with Verizon Id only want to come see Gabby for whatever I needed. I didnt even have the account pin or other information because I hadnt used it in so long but we figured it all out and I was in and out the door in maybe 15 minutes. She was fantastic.

Gabby was amazing! I would hire her hands down no questions asked based on this one encounter. Gabby was attentive, informative, and helpful. She answered all questions and set up or ordered all the needed devices. Gabby followed up to make sure all devices had ported over and were working. Our experience with Anatolie was top-notch. He was knowledgeable and patient. He took plenty of time to review all of the options, and was thorough showing my daughter and I all of the features of our new phones, as well as explaining the cost of each option, so there werent any surprises on the bill. Antonio was really helpful and professional. He set up an appointment with me and put the phone I wanted on hold until my appointment. I had a iPhone 6 that didn’t work with a lot of apps because it was so old. He also made a recommendation to go from a 64gb to 128gb iPhone since the price difference wasn’t that much. Now I can have my music on my phone and use any app I want. We’ll come back to him when it’s my husband’s turn to get a new phone.

I was at this store twice this week. Both times I got a new phone and was there for an hour-ish. My first visit I worked first with Anatolie, and then my second visit was with Sarah. I had a great experience both times! I was thrilled with the service I received with Anatolie and was a little disappointed that he was not in the store the second time. I was lucky enough to have Sarahs help though and was truly equally thrilled. They are both very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I also felt that they took their time to answer all of my questions, giving my all the information I needed without dilly dallying and making me feel impatient or rushed. I will continue to use this location for my verizon wireless needs as long as I live in the area. If I am lucky, the next time I need assistance one of the two of them will still be working at this location. I did upgrade my last phone there 2 years ago as well. The store is clean and well laid out.My only suggestion is that, in this time of Covid, if there isnt an air purification system running in the building, they should really bring some air purifiers in for their employees and customers. It is difficult to maintain a 6 foot distance when youre looking at phones and your account together for so long. It would be easy to supply these to the team at a pretty low cost. I wouldnt take a star off for this, maybe they have a system that is part of the building. If not, maybe management will consider getting them for their team and their customers. =)

Im giving this store 3 stars, but Im giving Avery who works there a full 5. I had ordered a new iPhone through the store and they said they would call me when it got in that week. Well, they never called. I called several more times and they just simply never got back to me, as if it didnt matter. Finally, I had to physically go into the store to see what was up, when Avery looked into the situation, took ownership of the issue, and got my order fixed. Fortunately, this store has an employee like him, but they seriously need to look into their communication and customer service.

The worst!! I gave them 5 stars after my first time when purchasing phones. Ive been back THREE TIMES because of different issues from their lack of either knowledge or they just dont care. Went back today and was verbally assaulted by an employee while on the phone with corporate Verizon representative who was very apologetic and appalled at the behavior of that employee. I asked a different employee for a manager or contact information for a manager and I was told there isnt one and there is nothing I can do. I ended up leaving the store and the Verizon representative on the phone finished helping me. As a women who is 52, being verbally assaulted by a male employee to the point that I had to keep asking him to back away from me and no other employee told him to stop, I considered calling the police because I was actually afraid he was going to be violent. I will never go back there and will follow up on this with the Verizon corporate offices.

Matthew Guyton has amazing customer service skills. He was especially helpful when my daughter and I purchased new iPhones through a BOGO deal. I appreciated how he didn’t rush through the process & gave us plenty of time. We had a unique situation that required customer support and wanted to work with Matthew again, because he was knowledgeable and went out of his way to resolve the issue. We would like to work with Matthew again. He genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows.

Let me start this review with a shout out to Gabby, for her amazing service. I started this experience with a gowirless store on barbur Blvd, the staff there could not figure out how to set a phone up into my account so they told me that they could only do it if I ordered it on line. I asked them multiple times if it would be guaranteed by Friday, and they said yes. Needless to say not only did they not get me the phone on time they continued to refuse to take my calls.Now I have been a Verizon customer eith a business account for over 15 years with 8 lines, and was very close to calling it quits with this company.If it were not for the patience of Gabby, to first listen to my gripes and then calmly apologise for how I was treated (somthing that I was never given at the other location) she began to work the problem and did not stop till she was able to not only get me a phone, but she said to me I want to get you a better phone for a better deal than you were offered because of all the hassle you have had to deal with.She never stopped working and even after she competed the transaction told me how sorry she was about my whole experience.Verizon has an amazing employee in Gabby and definatly management material, she is the only reason I did not leave Verizon and go to another carrier. I had such a horrible experience. Day 1: I walk in to purchase 2 phones and setup 2 lines. I was approved for the phones and 2 lines with no money down. After I sign the contract on their tablet, something happens in their system that wasnt explained well to me, but it holds us up for 3 hours. I wasnt even upset. Stuff happens, I get it. We were told to come in the following day to pick up the phones from the sales rep.So I come in the next day, only to find out the sales rep wasnt working that day, and a different sales rep that started assisting us had no idea about anything from the previous day, and made us restart an entirely new application. So we start a whole new application, and we get approved. Great. Then, once again, an issue comes up and holds everything up. The sales rep required proof of address from a utility bill. I ended up finding a bank/merchant invoice with my name and address on it in my email, but he said that wont suffice. I asked him if we could just use the address on my ID, but he said no because at that point hed have to start a new application. (He was off at 7:00 and it was a few minutes past). He told me no worries, just come in tomorrow with the proof of address and well get this finished. As I was walking out, I realized my phone service was disconnected because they were in the process of transferring service to my new phone. I told the sales rep, Hey my phones disconnected, Its super important that I have my phone tonight. he promises me dont worry Ill get it reconnected right now. I left the store, and hours go by.... no service..... the following morning...... no service. I sent multiple emails to the sales rep with the subject line URGENT - PHONE DISCONNECTED which received no reply. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL I WAS ABLE TO GO TO THE VERIZON STORE AGAIN THE FOLLOWING EVENING TO RECONNECT SERVICE TO MY PHONE. So I come in again, FOR THE 3RD TIME. I even used my girlfriends phone to call ahead of time to let them know Im heading in so we could just pick up the phones. The woman that answered explained that she couldnt help us unless we were physically at the store.So once I arrived, the sales rep from the previous day was there, but he was working with a customer at the moment. I explained everything to the woman that was available, including that all I was suppose to do was show proof of address to pick up the phones etc etc. She ignored everything I was saying and just continued to start all over and start a new application. A few minutes later, she tells me that Ill be unable to purchase the phones and start the new lines because Ive attempted multiple times over the last few days, and their system was flagging it as fraud. THEIR THE REASON I HAD TO DO ALL OF THIS 3 TIMES, 3 DAYS IN A ROW!!She told me that I need to call customer support and explain to them what was going on, so they can lift the fraud warning. This was on Saturday, and theyre closed until Monday she said.What a complete waste of time. This was the most frustrating experience Ive EVER had with a retail provider.

We got our son a Christmas gift consisting of a new smart phone. Prior to showing up we conversed and let him know our needs. After we got there we were surprised on how he saved us a lot of money we ended getting the other sons a Gizmo watch which was my oldest son had when he was younger. We got unlimited plans, plus my oldest sons phone only costed $.42 a month ( 42 cents) for two years the second gizmo watch/phone for our 5 year old was only $2 a month with current promotion. Surprised we signed up! My oldest was 4 years old when he got the original gizmo which is now six years old. Still amazing condition so we will be giving to our 6 year old.Today we met with Andy Ashpole! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, surpassed our expectations and when all the dust settled with options that was available, we adults got in on the action upgrading our phones to the IPhone 12, with protectors and new cases. So end result only $31 more! Wow, from twosmart phones with one Gizmo/ watch phone to added a couple more for a Family package. Made this frugal Mother happy.Now we can stay connected, however most of all, these little ones will be thrilled. For this home, we scored big! Christmas promotions currently. Thinking about upgrades or Christmas gifts for loved ones? Hurry in to Verizon in Tigard across the Wal-mart, by Costco! This is a huge touchdown in our books.Thank you Andy for your stellar service, we will be referring folks, btw, we live about an hour away. Buyer beware! If Nick tells you they are throwing in a tablet and Hum for free, ask yourself if that seems too good to be true. Are you willing to pay $280 and about the same for the Hum? There is an activation fee of $40 for each product and $10 a month for data for two years minimum. That free doesnt seem like free anymore.

Katie is amazing! I originally went into the store with my mother so we could upgrade her phone on cyber Monday. While I was there I ended up switching from t-mobile for a way better deal. Katie was fast, efficient, thoughtful, kind, and connected to our cellular needs. She went above and beyond to help me unlock my phone from t-mobile (even though I had bought the phone in full so you would think that it wouldnt have been locked at all) and guided me through a process she wasnt obligated to do. My husband and I came into the store frustrated, angry, and fed up. Within minutes Michelle had looked up our plan, explained things, and gave us the options. We ended up walking out with upgraded phones for our family, data plans to limit our teens data usage, protective gear, and feeling actually happy about what we walked away with! Came in looking for a new plan and just wanted to shop around to see what these guys could offer me. I walked in and looked amazed on how this store was actually set up and was guessing it fairly new since I never seen this before.I was immediately greeted by a sales rep name Michelle which threw me off since im just so use to walking in and nobody even greeting me. Kudos to her for that. She began asking me simple and basic questions about my current provider and service and I told her I was fine with what I had and sometimes I would get dead spots in my home and around town.I told her I already knew about the phone and I was more interested in cell service and pricing since my work offers me a discount with cell phone carriers. She blew me away with her knowledge and customer service that she took care of me and my needs right on the spot,even when I wasnt looking for anything at that time. I asked her if she was the manager and she said she wasnt and I was shocked! a person with that caliber of knowledge, customer service, and passion should be in up the chain of command. I high recommend Michelle if you stop by!

I have been in to the Verizon store the last week 3 times (which I come in ones every 2 years normally). For the first time in I have no idea how long and it was incredible every time. My partner and I truly avoid going into cellular stores because we have had so many bad experiences and associates who led us astray with bad information. I was please from the time we walked in to Cellular Sales. The open setting of the space was inviting and we were immediately greeted by Sean. Sean assisted us with every detail of our upgrade and was willing to research and figure out answers to any questions we had. If you have to spend the time it takes to upgrade or purchase a device, I recommend doing it here with this staff!

New store, but you wouldnt be able to tell, very well trained as I too work in customer service. There was a young Asian gal there, Michelle maybe? I feel bad I dont remember, but she was amazing! I came in with a few questions and she was so helpful. She even brought up some things I wouldnt have thought to ask and made it as easy as possible for me to understand. We were greeted by Katie who was able to help us not only get put on the same plan, but also told us we qualified to get new phones. Worst experience EVER!  Check your bill carefully after purchasing a phone at this location.  I never shop on Black Friday but knew I needed a new phone.  I was promised a “deal” that was spelled out to me and received a phone with no black Friday special.  The representative admitted to making a mistake but cannot seem to resolve the issue.  Instead, I’ve been getting a run-around and he even hung up on me!  Can’t figure out what’s going on with this “authorized retailer.”  It may be that the employees are using misleading tactics just to get commission.  If this was truly an honest mistake, it’s not being handled professionally whatsoever.  Not a single manager or owner of this location has stepped up to talk to me and correct their mistake.Will be happy to remove or edit my review once my concern is addressed!

I came in the store today to file an insurance claim, Jenny greeted me and she took care of all my needs along with making sure my two boys kept entertained, and made sure the three of us had a glass of water. I went into this location, looking to change my plan and was greeted by a young Asian girl named Michelle. She was very helpful and very sweet, one of the most nicest and knowledge Verizon sales person Ive meet. She definitely wasnt trying to sucker Me into buying anything I didnt needed. My last experience, I was lied to and suckered into buying a dang tablet that I didnt need because the sales representive who was just trying to make his commission. I would recommend Michelle to anyone who wants to open their phone plan with Verizon.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a Verizon store. Every single staff member went above and beyond helping me with a complicated issue regarding my phone upgrade. Michelle really made the whole process super easy and was an AMAZING help, as was everyone else involved. I cant thank them enough for how incredible they all were with their efforts. If you need a new phone or just trouble shooting, this is the place to go!

Went in on a whim to look at 2 new phones. I looked for the best Verizon store on google maps based on the star ratings. So we came to this location based on that info. So glad we did!We weren’t prepared for anything (backing up our phones, etc) and had a million questions. I was also hyped up on a lot of coffee that day... Sean was so helpful and cool through the whole process even with my super caffeinated brain. He even figured out the best way to get the most money for our old phones.We had to go back to swap cases for one of the phones because it didn’t work very well with the dash mount we bought the first day. The case swap was done right away, no issues.These kinds of interactions are what keep me with companies. Now if Comcast (and a lot of other companies) would provide the same level of service, people wouldn’t mind giving them their money as much.Thank you for everything guys!

If i could give negative stars i probably would, and i hate leaving bad reviews and usually make it a point to never make them, but OHHHH MYYY GOOOD, they close at 9, we got here before 8, not even a hello or well be right with you. We were there to buy 2 new phones and some accessories and perhaps a tablet also, ended up leaving at 9 as we werent even acknowledged, shame on you guys.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had with a cellular purchase. I dealt with Sean and he explained every aspect in such detail that when he asked me if I hade any questions, I sat there for a moment and the only one that came to mind was “where do I sign”. We had a good in store experience When we came to this location, we were told we could buy a new iPhone and get another one for free. We just received our bill, and that was simply not the case at all. Instead we were charged full price for both phones, and our bill went up dramatically. I feel we were very mislead and it’s a very unfortunate situation. If this situation can’t be resolved there is no doubt we will be going back to t-mobile whom we’ve had no issues with in the past.

I was shopping at the nearby Costco and arrived home to realize Id lost my iPhone. I went to the Find My iPhone web app and saw that it was still at Costco. I rushed back to retrieve it but it wasnt in the parking lot nor did the Costco associates inside have it.I went back home and checked the app again, seeing that the location was just outside the Costco building. I took out my old iPhone and brought it with me back to Costco, using it to track my lost phone to the shopping carts area. With hundreds of carts, I had no chance of finding it, so I went to the Verizon store down the street (this one) where I met Michelle and discussed my limited options. She let me log into my iCloud account so I could use the Find My iPhone web app. I wanted to try the ping option, but didnt think it was continuous and would stop pinging by the time I got there.Then Michelle offered to help by continuously clicking the ping button on the app from her computer so that my phone would keep making a sound. I felt bad for asking her to do such a silly thing but grateful all the same. I rushed back to Costco to listen for the pinging, but there was nothing. I gave up and was about to return to Verizon when the Costco associate who tried to help me earlier ran after me and said that he found the phone by listening to the pings. If it wasnt for Michelle continuously clicking on that ping button, he never wouldve found it.I am grateful that Michelle went above and beyond to help me. Actions like these make me appreciative of being a Verizon customer.Please commend Michelle on my behalf. May all your team members be as kind and helpful.

I was in tears when I came in the store with an unusual situation and Nicolas did everything in his power to help me. He joked with me and lifted my spirits and just went above and beyond to help me. Nykolo was a great help today. I had a phone emergency and needed a new one right away. He was able to set up an appointment for me so I could get in early in the morning before work. He was warm and welcoming right away even though he came in early to help me. He worked quickly yet efficiently while listening to my concerns about upgrading from the iPhone 6 to the new iPhone 8. He also helped another customer who came in looking to do a return and handled that very professionally while waiting for my phone to boot up. He recommended cases and screen protectors that would be the best for my phone knowing my past with shattering the screens. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any more issues that come up. It was a great experience and I will be coming back in to see Nykolo if I have any other issues or questions.
