Visited the AT&T store to update my phone. Charles, the store manager, greeted me and was so helpful in answering all my questions - without making me feel stupid. He helped me order the phone I wanted and went out of his way to make sure I understood all my options, as well as to qualify me for the best possible deal for my needs. He explained everything far better than the phone person at Costco. Glad I went to this store for answering my questions!
This was by far the best AT&T shopping experience I’ve ever had! Store employee and manager were AMAZING at delivering top notch customer service. I was 100% pleased with my experience at this store especially compared to the Wilsonville store where I’ve good staff to be rude and thoughtless. I highly recommend this location for your mobile device and accessories needs! Super happy with the service here and I’ll gladly drive the twenty minutes extra to go to a great store!

Excellent customer service had a lot of questions and they figured it out and helped us file a phone claim that was very involved we made additional perches and where very helpful and knowledgeable and if they didn’t know the answer they took the time to figure it out glad to do business with them anytime.

Horrible experience they have the music so loud you cant even hear the employees and they dont care to even turn it down. It was so hard to understand what the sales rep was telling me definitely will not be coming back. I went to Washington Square and was able to get my phone and be able to hear them
Charles helped me sooooo much. Im older and have difficulty understanding how new technology works. He explained everything in terms I could understand. He made sure I was happy with my new iphone before I left the building and told me I could call if I had any problems. I highly recommend using this location.
This store was super helpful. I had a lady named Mikayla help me out setting up a new line cause I was switching over from Verizon. All the reps were very nice and helpful. Definitely the best at&t store I’ve been to. There were a few customers that came in while I was there that were pretty frustrated, but the employees handled it very well and the other customers seemed to have left in a better mood. Definitely recommend!
Nathan was absolutely amazing at AT&T in Tigard. He worked really hard for us, communicated everything we should expect, and went above and beyond to find discounts and deals for us to upgrade packages and phones. Great phone experience and loving the new devices!

I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I explain to the manager before we even started the transaction that I lost my wallet previously the week before. I had a copy of my drivers license to show her. But she insisted that that was not good enough. After trying to explain to her that I had already ordered a new license, but because the department of motor vehicles is so backed up that it was going to take 2 to 3 weeks to get the license. Her response to me was there’s nothing I can do for you. I don’t know what her name is. But I know that she was the manager of the store and she had blonde hair.

I have spent four days in frustration trying to deal with AT&T at the corporate level. It took Ace and Kevin, representatives of AT&T at the local level, to erase that and turn it back into a positive experience. These two gents took more than Id consider a normal amount of time to work with me through the issues of my account and - without complaint and a 100% positive approach - to get me to a state of functioning for logging in and full awareness of what my next steps will be to migrate to a new device.The service at this Tigard location made me appreciate the service, not curse it. Well done, gents! And thank you, truly.

We chose to go to the location on pacific highway and I had never been there before. There were two associates working. We didnt quite catch the gentlemans name but he was very helpful at first then we worked the rest of our time with a lady Maikayla I believe is how she spelled it. She was super professional and helpful. I needed to do an upgrade and add myself to my husbands line. I had a dinosaur phone so it was really great getting an upgrade. They tried to get my information transferred over but because of how old my phone was, it just wasnt working out. I went ahead and got a new number too which was find by me. We spent a bit of time there but we got what we needed done and expected to be there a bit since anything can happen. I love AT&T, I switched to them a few years ago and did the prepaid. I have had zero problems its been really great. Thank you both again, you two were wonderful and Ill definitely go back to this location next time.
I have been an AT&T customer for 10 years now and visited several stores across the state with different experiences. This location is the best one in my opinion. Derrick was helpful, friendly, and set me up quickly with my new phone. I came in while it busy and the Store Manager set proper expectations on the wait time which I really appreciate. The process was easy and at the end of the day I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I dont typically write many reviews, but wanted to let this store know to keep up the good job and for you to skip the other branches and come straight here! Thanks again guys!
Went into the store on Saturday with a billing issue that customer service has had trouble fixing since March. Worked with Ace Cooper who patiently worked through the issue and was able to help us resolve and actually get our hardware and account setup correctly. This is a very nice store and location. Thanks Ace and AT&T team, you saved a customer of 12 years.
Called this store regarding a phone return that had been mailed to me from another location. The guy who answered didnt know the store address and when asked if he could find it, he simply hung up on me. I called back, thinking possibly disconnected in error but was hung up on 2 more times. I had my friend call and got through so it wasnt downed lines. Real good customer service. Sad

My best experiences ordering and asking questions about your new phone have always been at this store. Now they have Eldon, and its even better! He is actually a techie excited to pass along new information while explaining the details. Hes quick, efficient, accurate and fun to work with.
The guy who helped me was awesome and cared about the customers concerns. Haven’t been in a store in 6+ years with the company; buy my phones online and do it myself. People like him make me happy to know someone can help you out, honestly, from time to time. And to think I almost was thinking about switching services. Highly recommend swinging by and talking with the two guys who were there when I got helped. Great job.

Hector and Ace diligently for two hours transferring my service from another carrier. it took multiple calls and reverifing some things. They were patient and thorough explaining several ways to enter service with AT and T due to my circumstances. They were as pleased For me as I was when we were finished with all tasks. I will highly recommend services at this Tigard branch store.
We went to AT&T in Tigard Oregon to resolve issues with billing with Direct TV. Absolutely top notch service by the manager Ace! We had been trying to get an issue resolved and spent two days getting the runaround by AT&T customer service to another AT&T retailer. It was a nightmare, until we went into this store where Ace showed empathy and intelligence with a little humor in finally resolving our problem.
I have been dealing with an issue with my grandmas phone. I have been very frustrated with the quality of service I have received from AT&T for the last couple of days. When I walked into Aces AT&T store he was warm and welcoming super helpful, great personality with a great smile. He helped me with what I needed and told me about a plan that i will need here in the near future. It was a long day setting up my iPhone but I had a blast with Ryan and Angelique! They took care of me and I appreciate that. My recommendation is that they consistently keep two staff members on at this location to reduce wait times! See you later guys!!!

Was having some challenges getting a situation handled at another AT&T location so thought Id stop by to see if the King City location would know how to handle it. I was very glad to have met Tyler and Shawn at the King City location. Both were very understanding, professional, and wound up solving my problem. The best part of these two gentlemen was that they were solving a problem created by a different location AND they did this without earning any commission or sales from me. They represented AT&T well. I sincerely appreciated their professionalism and knowledge and could not think of another way to reward them other than this review. Id highly recommend anyone looking for quality service with AT&T to stop by the King City location (behind the Safeway...not very visual) and speak with either Tyler (mgr) or Shawn. Thanks to you both!
Really liked Hector but I have to give the store a one, charged me twice for the same thing, so I paid 70 instead of 35. Sold me a phone that they did not know how to operate, like install the battery, cim card, etc. So if you buy something there double check the bill and never leave with a phone that does not work, do not trust that they have done things correctly.
Props to David. He was super busy and helping three customers. He gave each of us personalized service and was really professional.
This has to be the worst cell phone outlet on the planet. All the sales associates want to do is sell accessories. Do not come here for service. Go to Apple. Go online and order a replacement. You really need a case for that. You have to buy this accessory which will break often and need replacement. Are you sure you have insurance? No, we cant do that here.

Went into the Tigard/King City location and was treated terrible. Peter was a complete Dbag when he could have had a customer that would have kept coming back. Instead his attitude was your scr***d and I am not going to help you. I wouldnt recommend ever going to that store.
Jordan Black was our retail sales consultant. We were transferring my wife onto my new family share plan and porting her number over. Everything went well but the system would not allow him to select my family share plan. It took over 40 minutes and three corporate support technicians to figure it out. The whole time he kept us up to date with the phone to his ear while helping other customers without showing any less customer support to either party. It was an extraordinary demonstration of customer service and multi tasking that I felt needed a shout out. Thank you Jordan for your patience and professionalism while dealing with convoluted corporate systems and insufficient support desk personnel. He saved what would have left a bad taste in my mouth about AT&T.

Went to this AT&T store to lower my bill as they had me on a plan from 4 years ago and a lot has changed in the cellular world in that time. The salesperson typed a few keys then told me he couldnt do anything for me, that I would have to call the corporate number. Complete cop out answer. I did call corporate, got the same run around. I am no longer with AT&T, very easy to switch providers when they have zero customer service locally or corporate level.
Shaun was super helpful and was patient to help walk me through something Ive been having major complications concerning my biz account.
