Dr Lee was fantastic with my kiddo who has autism. He was nervous and all over the place but she stayed calm and patient and allowed him to come around in his own time. She kept it light and easy breezy which helped him a lot. It made a usually tough visit like this less stressful for both of us!

Dr. Lee was awesome; patient and answered all of my questions. The front office staff was also friendly and made the whole experience exceptional! They were knowledgeable and helped this first timer feel confident in picking the right frames. 120% recommend!

I was helped by Mary, who was professional and personable. I came in to fill a prescription for a new pair of glasses but she discovered that all I really needed was an adjustment to my old ones. The person (sorry I can’t remember her name!) offered to stay open and wait for me! Awesome Staff and Optometrist! Im so happy with their new location. Its cleaner and more open. They also have a wide variety of frames for the glasses and they will be honest and tell you if a pair doesnt match you (as long as you ask).They will also make sure that you have different options in regards to your purchase so that youre getting the best value for your money.

Bridgetown has been a really excellent in their care. Doctor Michael Olma was extremely informative, kind, and really wanted to make sure all my questions were answered. Every person that I have met that works there is extremely helpful and friendly. We have been going here for just over a year now (seen the doctor twice) and will continue. They do a great job at answering insurance questions as well!

If it was up to me, I’d never had set foot in this place! However, it wasn’t up to me. It was up to my eyes! This is my first pair of eyeglasses, and I’m really happy my wife chose Bridgeport Optometric Associates for me to get them!Dr. Jones was patient and thorough. The staff members Misha, Lluvia, and Samantha made me feel very comfortable.I left with a better understanding of what’s going on with my eyes, as well as a nice pair of eyeglasses. If I knew I was going to look this good in them, maybe I would’ve started wearing glasses sooner!

These lovely people took me in last minute and worked very hard to ensure I saved as much as possible. Ive been to other places that have seriously gouged me, so that alone was enough for five stars. Add in their amazing and warm staff (patient too) and the doctors stellar bedside manner plus high level of skill...there arent enough stars. I highly recommend them, especially for those who are eye phobic (like I am).

Friendly, knowledgeable and open 7 days a week -- I just needed reading glasses that I use about 3 hours a week -- Bridgetown adheres to Covid protocols, very clean exam room & equipment. My usual optometry clinic in downtown Portland has reduced hours and high-end, costly frames from Germany, Japan & France. Bridgetown has large selection of frames that are fashionable & affordable -- who needs to spend $800 on frames for just few hours of week of reading detailed documents? The Bridgetown clinic on NW Cornell didnt have too many appointments, so I opted to try the Tigard location, which is close to my work.

Was extremely pleased with the service and attention I received here. My appointment also included a checkup for my almost 7 year old. They saw us both at the same time. They were really good with me and my daughter covering the spectrum of my and my daughter’s needs. Office staff was highly engaged and really pleasant to work with. The doctor we saw was very knowledgeable, thorough and happy to answer any questions I had pertaining to my and my daughter’s eye health. When picking out glasses for myself the explanation of options were relevant, clear and concise. I did not feel up sold at all. They broke down all the charges related to their promotion, insurance and out of pocket costs. I was provided an itemized list. Extremely pleased. This has not been my experience elsewhere in the area.

I recently switched to Bridgetown Optometrist and they are amazing! Dr. Jones is very knowledgeable, Mary and others at front desk is very friendly. A+We (my wife and I) were given few contacts to try, a breakdown of insurance and costs (after running my insurance), and prescription. Our contacts were shipped fast.Do yourself a favor, if your looking for a new Optometrists give them a try.My only regret is not switching to this clinic sooner.

Wonderful experience at Bridgetown Optometric Associates. They are located in Washington Square Mall 2 next to Red Robin. From the minute I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The receptionist were friendly and the doctor very through. When it came to selecting my glasses everyone was so helpful. At one time I had 3 associates helping me. They all worked so hard to find my glasses and decide what I needed to add to each pair. I would highly recommend going back.

Dr. Deanna was fabulous! Thorough, friendly and compassionate. You can tell shes very passionate about what she does. The tech was very friendly, competent as well. They were very efficient and friendly at the front desk. They called me right away to let me know about issue with my insurance and were very flexible to work with me so I could be seen. Also, now that they are not in the mall, its much quieter. I would definitely go back and recommend to people. A comprehensive exam does take a while because theyre very thorough. Worth it!

We love Bridgetown Optometric. This is our second time with them. We also love how convenient they are attached to Visionworks. As soon as our eye exams were finished we were able to choose our frames in one easy step.

I randomly stopped in here trying to get some information about whether or not it’s possible to get an eye exam for my mom who is in the late stages of Alzheimer’s and would not be able to read a vision chart. I also had a broken pair of her old glasses that I was hoping to get fixed. This place made my day! The entire staff was very friendly from the time I entered the business until I left. The staff went out of their way to get my question answered and the manager not only repaired my mom’s glasses, but also replaced the nose pads and the temple tips...all at no charge! I highly recommend Bridgetown!

1 year into Pandemic:Still a fantastic place! their customer service is amazing and their very responsive to any questions you have. They also gave me a great deal for not having any eye insurance!Start of Pandemic:Let me start by saying every eye doctor here is an optometrist! No random people doing eye exams and then skyping with an optometrist. (I do not like that) (you need a optometrist to fill out dmv paperwork)They did an outstanding job. Doing everything they could to get me in for an app eventhough there is a pandemic going on in the us with COVID19.Dmv messed up on my drivers license and they were going to revoke it in a month if i didnt get an eye exam done proving i didnt need eye glasses to drive.I was freaking out because all the other eye places were closed, but they made my app an emergency eye app because of the circumstances of the us right now and the factor if i didnt get in now Id loose my drivers license.So i greatly appreciate everything they did to get me in quickly and get me seen. ♡Thank you and God bless
