Very professional. I was seen quickly, stopped/greeted at the door by a person who checked my temperature, advised me no drinks allowed (had to return it to my car) checked me in and I was seated in chairs 6 feet apart (signs said not to move them). The tech who did my exam was friendly, efficient, and patient when I needed a moment or to repeat a lens comparison. Dr. Exam was thorough and yet I was out of there pretty quick. All in all quite satisfactory.

The person that did my contact appointment/exam did just what I needed and the result was excellent.

The technician who did my eye exam was very informative and positive during the exam. She worked quickly but was responsive to my questions and was very friendly and considerate of my mobility issues. The doctor was also responsive and helpful regarding her recommendations. It all went very well.

The staff was great and they were very good about social distancing. I met my new doctor at this visit and saw her for less than 5 minutes. Otherwise, it was a good visit.

The Dr was professional and thorough, however, it took way too long before he appeared in my room to spend 10 minutes with me. My appointment was scheduled for 10:40 and I didn’t see the Dr until 11:50.

My experience was absolutely awful. Has I walked in as new clients 2 receptionist in a bad mood arguing with each other? ignoring our presence, the screener at the entrance had to strep in to get their attention for them to check in. We got there 10min early and still waited an hour to be seen.My daughter had an allergic reaction to the eye drop they use, totally ignored. Saying it’s normal? She couldn’t breath, itching and other symptoms.And to end glasses made incorrectly.

I have a great doctor! I fully trust her and will do what she recommends.

I needed to replace the lenses in my glasses as my prescription had changed. My quote was $844. I took my prescription over to Costco and not only got lenses but new frames for $259!I felt that the girl in the glasses department was short with me and semi rude.I like the doctors here but I cannot recommend the glasses department

Let me share our recent experience with the Tigard location.I took my 83 year old mother there for her first patient visit. She was told to expect to be there 1 1/2 hours. She suffers from dry mouth, so based on the amount of time she was told she would be there, she took a bottle of water with her. Upon arrival, and while wearing her mask during the COVID screening, she was advised she could not bring her bottle of water with her. When she asked why, she was told that since she would have to remove her mask to drink, it was not allowed, and no accommodations would be made. Note that the COVID update on their company website makes no mention of this restriction. She was politely told if she did not like it she could leave and that’s exactly what she did.The state mandates are quite clear in regard to mask use, stating that “Masks are currently required statewide at all times unless you are: Eating or drinking, among other exceptions”It is our opinion that the inability of this business to make accommodations for an elderly woman in this unique situation speaks volumes about them and my mother has taken her business elsewhere.

All of these doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. Very reassuring to know that I am good to go for another year!

The clinic was clean, everything went smoothly. All the employees were very friendly and professional. Dr Cook explained everything in layman’s term, easy to understand. Will be back next year for annual eye exam

I filled one of these out just a while ago. I thought I was filling out for Tigard office. I had no issue with Petercort. Tigard is the office with horrible music that gets on your nerves. Better to not have it at all.

Always have to wait for a long time before going back in room. This time it was 20 minutes. I think it is unprofessional to have people waiting so long in a waiting room, especially when no one is in the waiting room waiting with them. Make the appointment for closer to the time being called back.

Terrible experience. The doctor seemed to be on a stop watch when she formulated my prescription, which was really off. And FORGET ABOUT reaching them on the phone. Care is not the first foot forward for this glasses mill. The fact that you can never talk to anybody the phone is a joke.Its probably corporates fault. They wont hire enough people because it affects their profits. Everything thats wrong with care providing in one convenient stop.

While the first time at this location, it held up the excellence Ive grown accustomed to at all the other convenient EyeHealth Northwest locations I have gone to over the years. Same top notch experts and additional friendly professional staff I was treated so well by.

Staff was fine but we always wait so long here. We were there 2 hours yesterday with about 35 minutes worth of time with actual people. Think we will find a new place for annual checks.

I was referred to a doctor specializing in retina problems at the Tigard office of Eyehealth Northwest. I received excellent care by all the staff and especially the doctor, Dr Elizabeth Verner-Cole. Warm and friendly environment. On top of Covid protocols. I have received great care at all the Eyehealth Northwest facilities I have gone to.

A welcoming environment, properly staffed with Professionals. Facility and waiting area are spotless. Appointments timely, I have never had a wait. I find that whom ever I communicate with, I have 100% of their attention.

When I had a sudden eye infection, Eye Health NW searched for a nearby clinic with an opening and got me seen the same day. It was a serious infection and the Dr called the next day which was Saturday to see if the antibiotic was working. Dont get that kind of caring service very often! Kudos to both Dr Cooks.

I had a very positive experience at EyeHealth Northwest and didnt haveto wait a long time to be seen by doctors assistant and doctor. I havebeen a patient at 3 of their clinics over the years and have been veryhappy with the care I received.

I love Dr. Cook. He is very thorough and honest. The eyeglass selection is good, has basics ++. Great help with fitting and ordering a new pair of quality eye-ware,. Def not Costco variety.. 😁

Good location, great doctors and staff. The only thing that would give it 5 stars would be for some of the front desk employees to be a little more friendly.

Dr. PV and all staff are wonderful. The wait time is my only complaint. Past 3 visits the wait time has been plus or minus an hour .

I had to wait 60 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment. Everybody was very apologetic about the long waiting time. This is the first time this happened, all other visits were always right on schedule.

Was scheduled in to a same day emergency appointment. Within 15 minutes was taken to exam room and seen by Dr. after 20 minutes. Extraordinary. Courteous staff.

Bad customer service. We were few minutes late due to traffic and they canceled our appointment.

EyeHeath Northwest, fantastic Doctors and staff. Ive been going there for a long time.

My experience with the receptionist, tech, and doctor were all positive, but they didnt provide me with the care/service I was seeking. I explicitly told the person making the appointment, the tech who did the initial measurements and checks, and the doctor that I was in need of a new contact prescription, but walked out the door without verifying the prescription was for contacts and not glasses. I figured Id communicated my need clearly enough. It turns out they sent me home with a new glasses prescription though. When I called to have the contact prescription emailed to me, they told me I had received the wrong exam for a contact prescription and couldnt get one until I came back in for the correct exam. How did I communicate to three different people through three different stages of care what my need was and they failed to hear it or clarify the service required? How? Now I get to take another morning off work to drive back there for the thing I thought Id already taken care of.

Ive been going to EyeHealth Northwest since 2015. Dr Armour has been my doctor and she is great. She has also done cateract surgury on both my right and left eye. I had one eye done in 2015 and they other one done 2 years later. My doctor and her staff are great and always so nice and have done an excellant job.

Dr. Aazy Aaby is an outstanding, brilliant, and exceptionally talented surgeon.

Did great job for my son who isnt even a regular patient but had an emergency need for care. Treated well and good and caring service provided.

I will never know, how they really are: here us my experience: !st consultation appointment, I arrive 10 minutes early as a courtesy to complete paperwork; and am told no, your appointment is tomorrow, not today. I look at the notes I wrote right on my referral paperwork, and say no, right day, right time To which they insist a message was left changing appointment to the following day at a completely different time. Now I have just spent 30 minutes commuting to this late afternoon apt through traffic and indeed the return commute was one full hour in heavier traffic for nothing; and not only myself inconvenienced but my husband also, as he kindly offered to drive me and sit in on appointment. No apologies, no anything for their scheduling faux paux. By the way no message on my answer machine, so total fabrication here too. Do I want to chance such a place doing any work on my precious eyes? No. I do not! Caveat Emptor!

Made an appointment and had to wait ~45 min to be seen after my appointment time, but sometimes dr offices get behind so I was forgiving. Then I got a copy of what was billed and found services that werent performed on my bill. I called to ask and didnt get any answers, someone was going to call back. I waited till the end of the third business day before I called again since I hadnt heard from anyone and was told a manager would call back the next day. She did, but only read to me the initial visit notes and put a copy in the mail confirming that the bill had services that were not performed.

Everyone was very nice and helpful .

The Dr. didn’t explain anything about the changes in our sons prescription and gave us no directions about what needed to happen next.... very unhelpful.

Dr Chan Kai is wonderful, very caring and explains everything. I’ve had no issues.

They have gotten too big and are supremely profit oriented. I was told to have procedures done that basically according to studies didnt work 70% of the time. When I brought this up, I was told that it was because the patients (all 10,000 of them......really?) didnt follow the doctors orders. What a scam. The doctor was a corneal specialist and he barely examined me. The clinic used to be top notch. But now you wait over an hour for a 9am appt. Some patients told me they wait 3 to 4 hours for their appts. One of my glasses RX had to be redone 4 times because the tech was incompetent. There is little or no supervision. I will go to my local opthomologist. I have been with them for over 30 years but wont be back.

Ridiculous wait time. Be prepared to wait more than an hour to be seen after your scheduled appointment time.

Waited a really long time for them to call me in only to wait even more once I got into the room. Should have been a 30 minute appointment but took more like 2 hours with all of the unnecessary waiting.

Long wait times at any location for a retina specialist. Expect 3 to 5 hours of your day to be wasted for one appointment. Great doctors, kind staff.

I showed up early for my appointment as I was a new patient. The front desk staff was very nice, organized and well prepared even though the women who helped me was a new hire in training she did great.I have to say Dr. Prashanth Vallabhanath was top notch, very on point with all of my questions and concerns as I was having an excision on my eyelid (a common procedure, but still its your eye), and gave great instruction on what I should be feeling/experiencing during the procedure. His assistant Emily I believe her name is was very kind, attentive and straight to the point.Id chose Dr. Prashanth Vallabhanath completely by luck and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and efficiency to which I was served.Keep up the great work.

Dont think the right hand knows what the left hand is doing in this organization. why dont they have a computer system that works with the Northrup office as well as the king city office and the westside surgery center.....very disorganized. Also, noone ever set down with me prior to cataract surgery and explained the whole procedure. Mailings were sent and if you didnt know what questions to ask (on the phone) you didnt get told a thing. Doc would come in to room, always had to shake my hand and then proceeded to wash his hands with a disinfectant...why shake my hand?? My near-sighted vision is now worse than before surgery. Will never return to EyeHealth!

I would not recommend sonal Dave, she did not tell me anything about my eyes only recommend some eye drops,

30 minute wait after scheduled appointment time.
