This place really saved us! Sign-up was easy - all online. We moved my dads stuff to storage so we could take our time getting through it all. Spent several months working through his things until it was finally done. Always felt like everything was very safe there. Easy location to get to. Worth every penny!

I come in to make a payment in the office every month and Jodie has been amazing! She is so friendly and I always have great conversations with her! Great location !

At the end of an extremely stressful week, I cant begin to tell you how helpful and wonderful it was to work with Steve. I had to change my contract and he made it not only possible, but easy. And he made me feel like this happens all the time that it was just a simple fix. What a real gentleman! Further, you should know the location is easy to find, kept immaculately and that I believe my belongings will be safe and secure until I need them once more. If you need a place to store your belongings, why not try Tigard Public Storage. Im really glad and relieved I did.

Amazingly helpful and flexible operation. In panic mode moving and found out l didnt need as big of unit l had reserved and paid for so before anything went into the big unit l asked to transfer to a smaller and they were totally willing to make the switch.Very convenient gate access code allows me to use my cell phone as a drive up remote to open the gate. Super satisfied, a bright spot in this cloudy, not so fun process calledmoving.

Our experience with Tigard 26410 was exceptional. From our first day years ago to rent a space, David, welcomed us and gave us wonderful explanation of policies and personally showed us the unit and assisted in filling out paperwork. Yesterday when we went to office to inform them we were vacating, Fred, (It was Elora’ day off) told us we notified them in time to vacate by end of month and as a man from Tennessee is a gentleman.

The checkin experience was WONDERFUL!!!Couldn’t have been smoother or more polite.

The storage facility is very clean and well-managed, one of the employees “Fred” ls always there to help lf you have any questions

Needed to upgrade to a larger unit 3 times on the same day to accommodate our storage needs, and they didnt bat an eye! All staff were nothing but helpful and respectful and... downright friendly!

The service was wonderful, she had all of the information at her fingertips and answered all of my questions before I could ask them. Showed me the space I was renting and checked everything as I did, made sure I was satisfied with the space and explained everything (locking procedure, hours, etc) very detailed and concise. Was an absolute delight to rent a unit here and would offer this facility to anyone who wants an quick and clear rundown of everything, and is looking for a clean neat and well kept space to store their things.

Elora is friendly, helpful and informative. This place storage is like many, read the fine print, follow the rules, pay on time and read any notices or emails and you will be fine. It seems all storage unit companies are now requiring insurance...keep this in mind. On site manager, and video surveillance, all good things when it comes to storing your belongings. This location works for us.

Fred was such a toy to work with. He was able to show us both the units we were interested in and he gave suggestions as to why a bigger unit might be better since we had not had a storage unit in a long while. He definitely showed he awesome customer service and hospitality. We definitely appreciate how easy he made the process. And we appreciate that Public Storage is paperless. Great and friendly service!

We had to rent 3 units in a rush for work storage and let me tell you Public Storage really ‘unites’ with all their locations (of which I will be writing reviews with them also) 😊Elora is so pleasant to talk to (I actually lost track of time). She helped coordinate and connect multiple account info to help keep me organized in a time of unexpected chaos.

Elora was great, answered every question with respect . Was very friendly, defintenly a 5 star and reccomended !

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rent started at around $60 a month and increased to $249 within 2 1/2 years. Im moving out on the 2nd and they will not prorate and are charging me a full months rent for 2 days of having the unit even though they did prorate the first month when I got the unit. They are money grubbing and do not care about their customers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE

I had a prior unit here some time ago and I decided to come back since the staff were so polite and the facility’s always spotless. I’m not sure about the other properties but here at #26410 I have never had any negative experiences. I returned and it took hardly any time for Fred to get my new unit all figured out. Every time I come in to this place the staff are always genuinely so polite and ready to assist you with any of your needs and I’ll keep using this storage facility because of my repeat quality experiences!

Most importantly, I felt that the location and on-site personnel made me feel that my possessions were safe and secure. Compared to other storage facilities I looked at, these units were not damp and musty. We stored our possessions there for 10 months between moves and everything was dry and odor free. Staff was very helpful and always friendly. I would definitely recommend them!!

Great and easy experience. Fred was very helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they require insurance and that is not disclosed up front. Would get a five star rating if that was advertised at first because my renters insurance covers all of my belongings. We had to go through the whole agreement over again because of that issue.

I chose public storage because of their prices first and foremost!! I was so pleased to find, not only a great price, but the service was excellent. The second I was on the phone with Stacy, to walking into the office. I felt that I was a valued and respect customer. Very knowledgeable and I knew exactly what I was getting. When it came time to move out, Elora was there to make sure everything would be ready for me to check out. Even when I ran into snags, she worked with me and made extra efforts to help with my situation. Professional, kind and caring. Would recommend highly!!

I had gone to a different Public Storage last week and didnt get a very good vibe. Went to a different one because the price and deal was much better. Met a man named David today and he helped me through the whole process. He was real smooth and very welcoming. He answered every question I had. He made me feel very comfortable. The only thing I wish the websites had was a list of the whole process of getting the storage and everything you had to pay for. I had never rented a storage unit. Im only 20 and very new to all of this. But David was great to work with. I definitely recommend going to this site.

My experience at this Public Storage has been great. This is due to the fabulous help from manager of the store, David. He answered all my questions, went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, and gave me confidence my furniture would be in good hands. I would recommend this business to anyone!

I signed up for the 1 dollar first month never hiding the fact u only planned to use this for one month while Im moving. In fact everyone I spoke to I reiterated the fact that I couldnt spend much and I was excited that they offered this plan. Knowing about the $25.00 one time administration fee I had expected to pay $26.00. I took the day off and started packing and filled up my car to go down and sign the contract and get the keys when I enter the office (after talking on the phone previously to an employee where they said there was no additional fees when asked) she said that insurance is required... ok.. at 15 a month thats not to bad so now the price is $41.00. we go and look at the unit and then go back to the office to sign the papers. She then brings put a lock and says theres an additional $25.00 charge for the lock.. so now the total is over $65.00 when I was told repeatedly it was only $26.. I told them I changed my mind before we went any further and discovered any other fees so I dont know if there were anymore or not. I asked for a number on who to call about the bait and switch I just experienced and said never mind Ill just call who I called when making the reservation. She said that was a call ceter and THEY ARE TRAINED TO NOT TELL YOU ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL FEES!! so on other words theyre not only being deceitful theyre puprosly training their employees to lie. I tried calling Darren this areas reginal manager and couldnt get through to him.To say Im disappointed is an understatement. Yes I knew $1. A month would have fine print and additional charges but when you ask specifically about those additional charges and get lied to about them is where they cross the line. I waisted an hour of my time there along with three hours packing up my car and then unpacking it. Not cool public storage. Not cool at all!
