Just wanted to say thank you to this dealership for helping us purchase our Discovery Sport. Luis (our salesman) was extremely helpful and kind. Despite Covid making the current new/used car market a terrible time to buy, Luis still treated us like customers he wanted to help. I would definitely recommend asking for him and visiting this dealership if you’re in the market for a new or used Land Rover/Jaguar.
One star goes to the sales person I worked with “will” because he did everything he could!! The dealerships management specially “Ollie Townsend” and General manager “Joe” should receive ZERO STARS, for their poor unethical behavior! We finished a deal at full MSRP price, and my sales person received approval from the GM, he received all my info and documents needed! While he is working on the paperwork to send me the wire instructions, they sold the Vehicle to another person, maybe for more money over MSRP???! I understand sales man need to sales for more money! But, behaving ethical and staying on your promises, only makes you, your dealership shine better to the eyes of customers! I am wonder if couple of 1000’s more was worth to make your salesman fail, and more importantly you made your dealership fail for your poor decisions!!!! I told them the manager “Ollie” I am buying 100k vehicle, and while I turned down another fair deal, while I was waiting for you to send the paper work, you sold it to another customer for couple of thousands more?????? Very unethical! Stay away from this unprofessional dealership! I just feel bad for the sales persons that have to work under a poor management!!! What a shame!!!
Just want to thank the early morning service staff here. Everyone is very professional and nice especially Britney! You are awesome!
Such an amazing and wonderful experience purchasing our new Discovery at Land Rover Orland Park!! Cannot thank Chris Holloway enough for working with us - he is truly an example of client service at its best! Chris listened, answered all our questions, explained all our options, and worked collaboratively with us to get the deal done. Highly recommend!
Was visiting from out of state when my smart key died. They couldnt replace it for me as I couldnt get there, but they did tell me where to find one in the area of my hotel. The parts center was closed so a nice gentleman from sales saved my bacon. I love my Range Rover and these guys are where Id got if I was looking to purchase in the area!
Called to inquire about programming/pairing my 2022 Defender 110 to my phone app because it wasn’t done at the time of purchase in July 2021 from another dealer. I was told that because I didn’t purchase my vehicle from here, I have to pay $150 for them to do so…”it would take 1 hour of salesperson’s time!” ………Really?? are they that thirsty for money?? So disappointed with their customer service!
I purchased a brand new 2020 Velar from land rover of orland Park in May 2020. Last Saturday it cut off and I was forced to have it towed to the dealership. Despite numerous calls and messages noone returned my call until Monday to tell me they have no loaner cars available and a technician has not even been assigned to my vehicle. By Wednesday my car was finally diagnosed with total engine failure with no eta of when the truck will be repaired. Also no loaners available and if I wanted to know about reimbursement for rental cars I need to contact Landrover corporate directly. I never felt so dismissed and furious after purchasing an $80,000 vehicle. Do not purchase from there unless u want to be left in the lurch.
I had an AWESOME experience at Land Rover Orland Park, Chris Holloway went out of his way to help me . Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful . He took his time to answer my questions before and after I purchased my vehicle .
The vehicles are great but the service department is horrible. You book an appointment they never have it in there system or your service is always a month out from when you scheduled it. Then when you get to your appointment they say they can’t see your vehicle for another 2-3 weeks. Asking if anyone has called you to inform you. Your not following up on appointments booked and can’t make it right with the inconvenience you’ve caused. At this point I will be looking to trading my vehicle in.
My car has been there for one week and hasn’t even been looked at yet and they don’t even know when it will be.
Christopher Holloway is the ultimate car salesman, he was welcoming, professional and well versed on my vehicle. Him, Mike, and David made it a smooth transition from beginning to end!!! You won’t be haggled or disappointed!!! Ask for Chris when you go in, excellent service will be given!!!😊😊😊
Had a great experience with Ollie on the purchase of a Land Rover Velar. Ollie was very professional and helpful from my first email request for information through the completion of the purchase. Would definitely recommend seeing Ollie if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
Awesome experience, came all the way out here from Indiana and the deal was well worth the drive, especially with their much larger selection.
Great deals and excellent customer service. Same day loaners when taking your vehicle in for service.
Great experience! Ollie the sales manager was a rock star! He helped me surprise my wife!
Luis was an amazing help and rep. The whole dealership was super friendly and efficient. Once you purchased, it was FAST and out the door!! Great people and experience.
Land Rover Orland Park is not affiliated with corporate Land Rover. Land Rover Orland Park hired a man named James Subka to say there is no record of customers who complain because he doesn’t look at the customer database from Land Rover corporate. Well, I’m sure he looks at it, but he makes it seem like he doesn’t know what’s going on and is actually aiding and abetting criminal activity . How long until my review disappears, James? Don’t worry my sister is taking a screen shot of it to post when you make it disappear. If only they used all that money to make reviews disappear on customer service.
This place has to be considered one of the worst Land Rover dealerships in the country. Go to Hinsdale Land Rover. They know how to treat their customers
Ollies customer service is superb! Hes knowledgable and considerate. Thanks for the rewarding experience.
Nice place and stuff
This dealer does not stand by their service. Brought a failed repair back in while the vehicle is under warranty and Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park refused to fix the problem. Actually said, You should go claim this on your insurance. I had to file a police report in the dealership parking lot so I have a reference for the incident. I had to open a case with Land Rover corporate ( which have been great and appalled by this dealer) and they said they would work with the Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park, but Jaguar Land Rover of Orland Park said if I didnt get my truck off their property immediately they would charge me 35 dollars a day for storage. They will claim your vehicle is out of warranty when its not, or make stories that their repairs are only good for 3000 or 6000 or 12000 miles, they cant even keep their story straight. What they wont do is anything for you. Beware if you have to deal with this dealer.
This is my third Range Rover! It has been a great experience each time to work with Ollie Townsend. Best luxury truck to buy🍾🥂
We are a dealership in Murfreesboro TN that has been in business for over 20yrs. We had a fraudulent deal happen which we all know is a dealers worst nightmare! The vehicle was impounded with no key of course so I needed a key to be made for it to run. I had spoken to David in service and explained the situation to him and he asked me for some documents to prove the vehicle was truly ours. I sent the paperwork and never heard back from them. I was able to find a transporter to pickup the vehicle with a flatbed being that the vehicle had no key. I called Range Rover to let them know the vehicle was on the way and they said that it was fine. A few mins passed by and I got a call from David saying the paperwork I sent him was not going to work due to the addresses not matching( some paperwork had my suite # on it some didnt) and that the title still showed a lien on it. I explained to him that we bought the vehicle back from the bank due to it being a fraudulent deal and that we have two offices/buildings on my lot which is why we have some paperwork showing our suite #. He told me to send what I have. The transporter called me very upset and frustrated saying that Range rover employees stood behind his truck to prevent him from dropping the vehicle and told him if he didnt leave they were going to call the police on him! He said they were yelling and screaming at him while he was trying to explain that I was in the middle of sending the paperwork they requested, the manager said I dont care what they send me, they can pay me a million dollars and I still wont accept this car here. I called multiple times while all this mess was gong on and I kept getting sent to the service managers VM or wouldnt get an answer at all. I had to pay the transporter double plus storage fee so he can hold it at his lot until I figure out how to get this vehicle a key! We take all our range rovers to the dealer here in TN to get them serviced and we have never experienced this type of thing! With all that being said, I wish I could give this location 0 stars for terrible customer service and unprofessionalism!!!
The service at Land Rover IA is excellent due to the hard work and dedication of the Service Manager, Mr. Sandoval. Mr. Sandoval take “ customer satisfaction” to a whole new level. I can name many times in the past 5 years I have more than satisfied by his professionalism but I must mention one. I had trouble with emissions, Mr. Sandoval worked with me continuously to figure out why the negative code continued to show when “all codes” showed “clear“ on Land Rover diagnostics.Well, Mr. Sandoval, took my vehicle to Sec. State emissions, spoke to the manager there and informed him exactly how to perform the test properly. When I was called to pick up my vehicle, imagine my excitement when I found out I could not register my plates! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!Feb. 24 - Brake service was handled very well! Vehicle returned cleaner than when I bought in .....
The service was great! In and out quickly and knowledgeable employees.
The employees were attentive, professional, courteous, and polite. Since repairing my vehicle, I have not had any problems. I will definitely go back to Land Rover Orland Park to have my car serviced . I just wish that they were open on Saturdays.
I entered the dealership and was greeted by a male, Black American. I believe his name is Otis. He started off ok, but shortly after, he began to discuss the current incentives that range rover was offering. He mentioned the o% interest rates which had never presented in the past.He then began to discuss how last month the sales were so great due to the incentive, which was a reflection of the pandemic. What he said next was disappointing. He proudly said, I hope this pandemic continues or lasts forever. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and said, Im sure you dont mean that, but more so, the pandemic provided some perks financially with sales. He looked me in my face and said no, I meant it the way I said it, I am a blunt person. I then said, well, I work in health care, a very essential role in health care, and given the negative impact this pandemic has had on us mentally, financially, emotionally, and physically, that comment is inappropriate. Too many fatalities have occurred to say such a thing. He still didnt get it and shrugged his shoulders. My point is, when we get to a point in life when wealth supersedes health and wellness, there is a huge concern, especially for a black man when this virus has affected Black Americans more than any race.I pray for his understanding of how valuable life is, and how certain opinions are meant to stay trapped in a persons narrow mind.I spoke with his supervisor and I can only hope their conversation helps Mr. Otis to have more empathy for life and less focus on monetary gain, but maybe his higher being, if he even has one, is the only person that can change an unapologetic, greedy mind.So to conclude, I will not, nor do I encourage any person who has been negatively impacted by COVID 19 to purchase from him.Sincerely,
I’m glad I purchased my vehicle here! My salesman Luis Corral was awesome! He called several time afterwards to make sure I was getting familiar with all the features on my vehicle. He also said to call anytime if I had any questions. I love the customer service and professionalism. The guy I dealt with over in the service department was great and kept me updated while my vehicle was there. He even offered me a shuttle ride to get lunch while waiting. Sorry I can’t remember his name right now.
Great service department
My 2020 Range Rover needed service and I am located 2 hours away from the dealership. They towed my vehicle and reimbursed me for the rental vehicle. This place is wonderful and I am a forever customer. Thank you to Mr. E Sandoval for your dedication and fantastic customer service.
Had car worked on. Service consultant was good. A sales rep named Tom, was very hospitable. Tom should teach Land Rover Reps on how to be genuine and warm. Many Land Rover employees are not.
Always accommodating
Walked in for a test driver today was greeted by Tom Akers. Just wanted to go out and say what an awesome guy! If he’s not the head manager yet he definitely should be. Throughout my whole car buying experience I have not met a single guy as genuine and kind to customers as him. Had no pressure attitude was extremely friendly I would definitely recommend Tom to anyone.
Ernie (Land Rover Service Dept) always goes above and beyond. They really took the time to methodically go thru my issue with a fine tooth comb. Ernie was accommodating, to say the very least.NOT ALL SERVICE DEPARTMENTS ARE CREATED EQUAL.GREAT job, Ernie!
R. Snipe (in service department) was great to work with. His professionalism and easy going manner were very much appreciated.
When you drive a Range Rover, there is a sense of excellence that is attached to that ownership. And where you take your Range should reflect that excellence. And no other Range Rover dealership reflects that more than Land Rover of Orland Park. Once you’re there, you feel the respect and attention that you (should) feel when you go to any dealership, but they take it to the next level. In short, Land Rover of Orland Park is the place to go for great customer service and great communication.
I recently had to order a part for my car, however, the experience was so dreadful I considered not continuing with the process and just leaving the piece off the car entirely or until I could make it to a different dealership. I went in to order a simple part, however the department ordered the wrong part. I went in to return it, wasn’t offered an apology by anyone for their mistake, and ordered the correct part. I was told to come in on Friday when the part was ordered on Wednesday of the same week. I went in to pick the piece up, but was told the part wasn’t in. Nobody ever reached out to me to let me know the piece still wasn’t in. On that Friday I was told to come in either Saturday (the following day) or Monday, since it would for sure be in. With my prior experience, I waited a few more days before driving back to the dealership. Upon my FOURTH arrival, I was told that somehow they ordered the part for the wrong side of the vehicle, so they returned it, and had just ordered the “correct” part. Again, no apology for the constant mistakes or lack of communication on their end. I had previous experiences with the sales department that were less than good, which I why I originally drove over an hour away to purchase a vehicle at the Schaumburg LR dealership. If I had known this experience would be just as awful, I would’ve driven there in the first place. If you are considering doing any type of business with this dealership, I highly recommend going to another one.
Service Department is awful!! Have your luxury vehicle serviced elsewhere!!! Specifically the manager, Raul! Sales experience, great! Service experience, anything but great!
Everything we experienced at Land Rover Orland Park was exceptional. From a leisurely hassle-free perusal of the inventory to the test drive to the purchase and financing it was a fun, engaging and enjoyable experience. Raymond and Jenna both made the process of purchasing a new vehicle a happy and exciting adventure! And we LOVE our new LR4 which has exceeded every expectation we had. Special thanks to Raymond Hays for all the time he took not only to help us make the purchase, but to be absolutely certain we had a full working knowledge of our vehicle before we left the lot. The car is stellar as is this dealership. Thank You!!
Simone is amazing. She has that place down packed. Every time I have a problem, she’s the one that gets me in and takes care of it. I totally recommend this place for Range rovers.
Land Rover Orland Park is a fantastic dealership. Working with the service department is always a pleasurable experience. They go the extra mile to be sure you AND your Land Rover are taken care of correctly. I wouldn’t take my Land Rover anywhere else!
Ive been going here for a few years now and it was fabulous as long as I was going along with all maintenance under warranty, etc. When the warranty ran out, I started questioning why it cost so much to do regular maintenance when the majority on their list was check this as opposed to fix this. It seems at that point they stopped checking out my vehicle for major repairs. For example, they didnt check my brakes the last 2 times I was there for maintenance and my brakes were worn down and I wasnt aware that I needed brakes.
Great job and trust if I need to come back, this will be where Ill come ...
Ernie in the service department is always professional and knowledgeable. He is very accommodating too.The workers should make sure that they do not leave any oily hand and footprints in your car upon delivery. I trust them for all my service needs. The car washes could be a little better upon the return of your car.
My overall experience at the Orland Park Land Rover dealership was very good and informative. No high pressure sales pitches or haggling back and forth. My sales agent was very professional and courteous. When you go ask for Ollie!
Best service I’ve had at a dealership!Jason Zielinski and Raul Pesina JRare Rock Stars! They were so caring and really care about the customerThey both went the extra mile and I will stick with this location for my Service BECAUSE OF THEY WAY THEY TOOK CARE OF ME Thank you again
Ive had a few instances where I have needed the help of the service department. In every instance they have not only fixed the issues I had with my truck in a timely fashion, but they have also minimized any inconveniences of not having my truck by providing a comparable vehicle free of charge for me to drive. Although I have not purchased a vehicle from this dealership, in my opinion the service department is what makes or breaks the dealer. In the case of Land Rover Orland Park, they have an excellent service department and you should feel confident in taking your vehicle here.
From the moment I walked in I felt welcome actually wasnt in to buy a new Range rover was simply there for a replacement key started talking to Richard and low and behold left my old range rover and drove out with a new one. Thanks Richard and James.Loyal Customer
They will keep you hanging even when they are busy as they dont want to lose business to other dealers. Overall, they are very disorganized and rude. There is simple decency and kindness that should not be hard to offer. I would recommend that you go somewhere else.
Ernie was extremely professional and ensured that we would be finished in an hour and a half in which we were. I have always had great service when my trucks are being worked on.
Had my yearly service on my 2019 Velar. All went very well. The team in Orland Park did a great job at communicating what needed to be done and in a timely manner. The only thing I would say negatively is I received a 10% off coupon the week after my service which wont be honored until next year.
My experience at Land Rover Orland Park was great, the service advisor Ernie Sandoval went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was well taken care of.
I think it’s really sad when a lead technician, the senior manager of the service department intentions to scam a client . I was told 3 different prices for my car. I inquired. And no o e has heard of such . He was very impolite. And his customer service sucks ‼️I will list definitely call corporate.
I appreciate the efficient service. Unfortunately during the holiday I picked up a nail and had to get a new tire so my spare was temporarily placed on my vehicle. The service dept ordered my new tire and obtain the warranty approval and my tire was replaced within a few days. The service department was very professional and quick.
My first time in a Land Rover Service department, and Raul Pesina was my service advisor. Very knowledgeable and respectful guy. I will continue to use this location
The car I used to love becomes my nightmare after a visit to Land Rover Orland Park. I drove my car in, working perfectly except the front vent blower that needs to be changed. Two days after the job performed, the engine belt broke. I took the car back in (asking to retain all parts changed for my record). After paying the bill, no part was retained as I requested (Talking about customer service, go find out). I As I am writing this review the engine came on ( Never happened before). If you have money to waste go to this dealership. Their customer service stinks, I mean, it reeks...
The service crew at Land Rover Orland Park has the aptitude to do their work no question about that. I just hope next time they will provide me a complimentary service car and not let me wait for two hours sitting, I could have done something productive.
Ive purchased multiple vehicles from this location and have had a great experience every time. Both the sales and service department are top notch! I would highly recommend anyone considering a Land Rover / Jaguar to visit them, you will not be disappointed!
Black & female customers, youve been warned - take your money else where like the Audi dealership next door! I went there on Sat May 4, 19 mid/late afternoon. When I walked in, I wasnt greeted. Some white lady at the front desk was talking to white salesman, both looked at me strangely like I didnt belong there. Then finally said is there something you need as if I wasnt there to car shop..lol! Finally I was assigned to white older guy who kept telling me how expensive range rover is and I said please show me a discovery and evoque and stop mentioning money. He sarcastically smiled and said, we dont carry base models so Im not sure you can afford these! Racial profiling at its best. Trust me, they love white male customers!! How does a car salesman who works on commission try to intimidate a buyer who makes a large salary??? You work for them, you dont own the brand! Laughable!
It was a pleasure buying my new vehicle at Land Rover Orland Park and I would like to thank Lew Russo who was very helpful, friendly and professional! Lew took the time to show me all the details of the car...very knowledgeable. Thank you for such an exciting and positive experience!!
I took my 2017 Range Rover for a simple oil change and tire rotation, left it there at 9am they called me at 2pm and told me it was ready for pick up and told them I would not be able to get to it until I got out of work. I went and got my keys from the cashier which I found strange as they always pull my truck up for me, it was parked in the back lot. I went to start it up and heard a lot of noise coming out of my engine, I immediately shut it off and called over a Manager. He checked the oil level and it seemed very low so he had a mechanic come.back to fill it up with oil. I asked him why do we have to put more oil into the truck since it just had an oil change and then we started it back up again and it sounded like a had a diesel truck now.he told me by the time I drive it home the noise should be gone, guess what its getting louder. They told me to bring it back but Im taking it to a different land rover dealer this place is a joke. I believe they may have ruined my motor.
Great staff and customer service. Quality work and feedback. Expedient appointment options. Overall excellent experience
Tom Akers came to the front desk with A smile, as me and Family had questions about our newly purchased Discovery. Mr. Akers made sure all the questions I had was answered, even assisted withThe Land Rover app. This gentleman get 5 stars andthe dealership. For great customer service, please consider Land Rover of Orland Park and ask for Tom!
My service experience at IA Land Rover was perfect. Courtesy car was ready for me, service people courteous, knowledgeable and totally professional. My Rover was ready right on time. IA rocks.
I went there with an already approved loan through USAA and this was the dealership they sent me to and recommended. Only to find out that they wouldn’t do an already approved loan because I would not let them run my credit. Why would you need my credit if it’s a cash deal. Everything went great until the finance manager basically looked at me and racially profiled me. I have excellent credit and I refuse to let a dealership shop my credit.
Best all around customer experience we’ve ever had - period.
Was out of town when car was picked up, came home to great spots all over dash where air bag was replaced. Supposed to perform oil service not sure if it was done because oil service miles not reset. Probably the most dissatisfied dealership experience I have ever had.
•DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED OR GET ANY MAINTENANCE DONE HERE•I drove my Range Roover into the dealership (Key Word Drove In) to get a key lock changed as it was broke, it was suggested to get a new ignition and key lock so that I would only need one key to enter and turn on the car. Two months later I have been through the worst experience of my life and my mother who is handicap has been without a truck to pick up her medicine; the Truck does not turn on anymore and the dealership said as they installed the new parks other parts stopped working and thats what parts do so EVEN THOUGH I DROVE MY RANGE ROVER INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND WAS WORKING FINE THE DEALERSHIP SAID I HAVE TO PAY 15,000 & UP JUST TO SEE IF IT WILL TURN ON(BUT NO PROMISES AFTER I SPEND 15,000 IT WILL TURN ON) IVE GONE BACK AND FOURTH WITH MANAGERS TO FIND A SOLUTION AND THE ONLY SOLUTION IS FOR ME TO 15,000 FOR AN ISSUE THAT CAME UP DO TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
I own a 2014 Range Rover Autobiography and I had an appointment to receive service today. The level of treatment I received is completely unacceptable. My service required a loaner which the manager, Ricky Stoots, refused to provide me. He further explained that he has an account with Enterprise where I could go to receive a Land Rover. Im confused as to why I have to go to Enterprise when the dealership had available cars.
Talk to Tom, hes there to help you get exactly what youre looking for at a fair price.
I purchased a so called certified LR4 that continues to show problems. While the car is still under warranty it is a pain to have to take it in every other week for some kind of weird problem (e.g. I lowered a back window and I was not able to close it, the system was broken and it was up to sell the car but it was going to fail the first time when rolled down, it got fixed but I took it to another dealer as I have not trust in this dealer; also the navigation system went black as I was driving in an unknown area, I missed the exist and had to stop and get navigation from my phone, etc.) Very inconvenient that the vehicle was not properly checked. I do not know what is going to go wrong next. I am glad to have the certification but I am not sure that I will ever take my car back to this dealer for any repair. I was very happy with the sales person, but you buy a car and you expect the car to perform. For this reason, I would never recommend this dealer.
It was a pleasure buying my new vehicle from Land Rover Orland Park. I worked with Tom Akers and would recommend Tom to anyone in the market for a new RR. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and considerate which made for a smooth, hassle-free buying experience. Thanks, Tom.
I purchased my Range Rover Evoque in 2015, and since then I have taken my vehicle in for the normal oil change routine. I have received exceptional services from my Salesmen: Tom, to the 2nd date of my service return. Everyone at the Orland Park location is very nice, friendly, welcoming, and ensured my request was met with a complimentary driver during my scheduled appointment. Ill be returning soon to upgrade because they have earned a Land Rover customer forever.
All the four and five star reviews are from purchasers. Of course they are going to act polite when you’re dropping 60-100+k on a vehicle. Read the comments about how they help their “customers” once there is an issue. Don’t be so naive, people!-1 star Worst experience at a dealership in my entire life. Brought in a 2011 Range Rover for airbag recall and CEL. Drove the truck in fine, 10 days later the truck needed to be towed home. Do yourself a favor and go across the street and buy a Lexus, a nice reliable vehicle. Been driving Lexus since 95 everything from LS,GS,IS, and most recently a 2016 RCF. Never had any issues as big as the Land Rover dealership. No wonder Land Rover is getting sued for engine damages related to timing chain. First and last Range Rover purchase. Nice vehicles to look at but very unreliable. Look up the amount of complaints and TSB. Land Rover is currently under class action lawsuit for the timing chains breaking on their 2010-2015 Range Rovers.UPDATE:After complaining to corporate, Jean Meyer of Land Rover Corporate admitted to the timing chain breaking while the engine was started at the dealership by their employees. Ernesto Sandoval never let me know over the phone or in writing. Their service managers and directors state, “you are responsible for your own vehicle”. They will gladly fix my truck for 26k! Unless you have a lease, don’t bother bringing your vehicle in to Land Rover of Orland Park. If this service location has done you wrong, check your CarFax, they deleted countless amounts of previous service history from my VIN, unfortunately for them I have all my service records and CarFax information. Ernesto Sandoval is so incompetent it took him 10 days to do an airbag recall and CEL diagnostic. At least thats what he wants me to believe. I do believe he is incompetent and a liar. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP OR THEIR EMPLOYEES.UPDATE:Pics of the extortion email price quote is on YELP review. Truck was fixed elsewhere for a fraction of that 26k quote. Even their technicians are idiots. Idiots from top to bottom.Update:9/10/19-7 monthe too late on the apology. That still doesn’t explain the horrible service and the deletion of CarFax records.
I really love my new land-rover and i just want to thank everyone at the dealership for their kind and friendly service. James Subka did an outstanding job answering all of my questions.
Good customer service. I need to take my truck back to address the wheel alignment that supposed to have been done
Horrible service! Service manager is rude as hell! Dropped off my Range Rover in perfect working condition and left with a broken key fob that won’t unlock my doors anymore. Dealer won’t take responsibility of this issue. Service manager was very arrogant. Stood there with arms crossed behind the service rep with no apologies or solutions to why my key fob is not functioning. Called the General manager and left plenty of voicemail for him to call me back in the last month and no response. Definitely won’t be returning at this Orland Park dealer. Please stay away as I just bumped into a friend with the same Rover as mine and he had a similar issue with the service department at Orland Park, broke his hood latch and won’t shut anymore. Shame on you international auto Orland Park! Lost another customer. Thankfully there is a new Land Rover dealer in Merrillville Indiana opening soon! Will be purchasing my next Range Rover there in the next few months.Jim Karamacoski
Customer service and attention to detail are second to none. Ernie is the Best!!
False information about when your part to be delivered and very bad communication and attitude Service department and parts Department
Amazing sales staff, but terrible service from dealership management after the car is sold and there are issues afterwards. I can expect poor service from management at other companies. It happens; not everyone values it. The worst part though is the facade of customer service. The idea of instituting phone, email, and other customer surveys should be to respond to the questions and concerns from customers, not to check a box that says a pre populated, generic email was sent out.
Had some suspension & compressor issues, the work was done and my LandRover is sitting high again and running well. My service advisor Ernie was professional with a warm welcome.
The purpose of this communication is to share the outstanding service we received from Tom Akers at Land Rover Orland Park. Tom was professional and courteous. He was knowledgeable and polite... when we communicated that we were in the preliminary stages of looking at SUVs he was patient and not pushy. He provided detailed information and demonstrated features that ultimately helped us select Land Rover. We are extremely happy with both the exceptional service and the vehicle! Thank you Tom Akers and Land Rover Orland Park.J. Washington
My visit with Land Rover in Orland Park when I brought my Jaguar in for service was wonderful. I will recommend them to anyone.
Great sales team. Deal was done quick with a straightforward and honest approach.
Tom AkersI was very happy and satisfied with my experience at Land Rover Orland Park. I bought my Land Rover from them even though there is a Land Rover dealership 15 minutes from my house. I drove over an hour to get my car from Orland Park because the customer service I received from Tom Akers was exceptional. He made sure getting the car was easy and simple. And it did not end there. A few days later, Tom called me to make sure everything was going well and I was getting used to the new car. I informed him that I had a hard time programing my garage door opener with the home link system in the car. He drove over an hour on HIS DAY OFF to help me program the home link system. Now that is EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I will go again to Land Rover Orland Park and I highly recommend anyone who is interested in getting a car to go there. And ask for Tom Akers!!!!
I recently purchased a Pre-Owned late model Ford Explorer from International Autos and it really was a Pleasant Experience.
Misleading practices. I negotiated a deal that was agreed to by my salesman (Ollie Townsend). I sent my credit card info for a deposit to hold the car. I was told that the deal was done and to come pick up the car. I then was told that someone else had decide to pay more and that they were selling to someone else after they had agreed to my deal and accepted my payment. They clearly played me for more money from another buyer. If they mislead you during the deal, how could you ever trust them after the deal. AVOID THIS DEALER AND SALESMAN!
I had a great experience at Land Rover in Orland Park. Everyone was very friendly and work was done perfectly.
Nice people but kinda hard to find, its a small dealership crammed between large ones.l know where it is, and I pass it up all the time
They have an excellent service and sales department taking care of my wonderful 2012 Audi a3.
Tom Akers was our sales person, he is very cordial and knowledgeable and helpful with decision making deal making!
Great service, they really treat the customers and guest like they are right at home.
Experienced techn. good job
I appreciate the attention and service I always recieve.
My experience at the Land Rover of Orland Park located 80th Ave. & 159th Street was the worst Ive ever experienced. I took my Land Rover LR3 to get diagnosed and was given an estimate for $8,515. I did not authorize the work to be done or performed. However they moved forward to perform work I did not want them to do nor did I authorize them to do. They charged me $598 for basically an Oil Change. I did nothing else other than an Oil Change & Diagnostics. Very simple, Ricky Stoots (Service Manager) and Jeff Godsey (Jr. Service Advisor) are the most dishonest service advisors Ive ever dealt with in my opinion. I have bought 8 cars over the years from this dealership going back to the days of the Laurel ownership. Im very disappointed. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of. I will continue to spread the word of the awful service they continue to tender. Everyone will hear about this!!! Thank you International Auto.
Its a grear place to work at
