He was very transparent and honest, easily the best experience Ive had with a sales person at a dealership. He made the process of buying a car easy and painless. He explained everything in terms I could understand, and I now have more knowledge about cars and the car purchasing process. Walked in to test drive a vehicle I’m interested in, the sales guy asked me for my I.D. and insurance which I gladly gave. Then he wanted me to fill out a form, which I told him I wasn’t interested in. All I wanted was to test drive a Tundra. His response “You’re gonna give me your cell number if you you wanna test drive our vehicle “. Told him I was sorry but that wasn’t happening. I guess they didn’t want my business……

I just bought my car from him this month and we traded in a car and he really helped me get the best deal for it, he was very understanding in what I was looking for and understood my budget. Three hours spent waiting. Zero contact to say car will be ready soon or what they were going to replace. went in to check after hour 2 and they said another 25 min. I waited another hour. The receptionist was lovely. She tried to help and went in to get the keys for me. otherwise I was very confused & frustrated by it all.

I had a 2018 Camry and was thinking about changing cars so I went to Orland Toyota looking. Adrian Gjergji, salesperson for Orland Toyota introduce himself to me and asked if he could help me. I explained that my lease on my Camry is expiring soon and I have been checking around about my options, including someone wanting to purchase it for considerable more then my buy out option. I also was thinking about a smaller car.Adrian, asked for a few days to put together some options. He called a few days later wanting me to come in. We met several days later and he laid out his solution for me.Adrian and Orland Toyota had a 2022 Corolla hybrid available and they managed to make the numbers work for me. I asked for a couple of changes and we came to an agreement.Adrian and Orland Toyota team did an outstanding job making this work.

I had a good experience at Toyota today. Keegan told me it would take about an hour for the service, and he was right. The car needed new front brake pads, but I didn’t have the time today to wait for that. I like the fact that Keegan wasn’t pushy about the brakes. I will make an appointment soon to take care of it.

I took my camry to this dealership and I was told my issue was the axle. After getting the work done elsewhere, the problem was fixed. They accurately diagnosed my car issue and charged me a cheaper fee to diagnose. I would definitely recommend this place for someone to visit and get work done.

Revised- one hour after leaving the dealership, the sales representative called to apologize for the earlier mistake. They had the car available. Andy & Steven were instrumental in making good on the purchase of the vehicle we found online. It was their personal touch of calling to apologize and promise to make the car purchase happen that made the decision to go back much easier. Overall, we started out with some challenges but the Toyota representatives were wonderful. We are very pleased with our car purchase.Spoke to Toyota representative over phone who assured me the vehicle I found on their website passed inspection and was ready for sale. Arrived to the dealer 45 minutes later was then told the car was in the body shop. Feeling mislead by these representatives I do not recommend going to this dealer.Which is so disappointing since I purchased my first Totyota Corolla at this dealership with ease.

I encountered a strange noise from thit in so they could rear axial of my 2019 Highlander. I called Orland Toyota and explained my problem. There service department said bring it in even though I had no appointment.They checked it out and found a stick jammed by the rear axial. They removed it and solved my problem. The appointment was effortless and easy. Also no charge. Thanks Toyota for great service!

Unfortunately, I had a very negatove experience with the Service Department. I brought my car in for service, but it turned out they didnt do the service I came in for. Made me question why they even took the appointment and let me leave the car there. There was also a significant amount of mansplaining and shaming for not bringing the car in sooner. Which makes no sense since they dont do that service anyways.I would like to let them know that there are strong, independent women who pay for thier service and purchase vehicles. Speaking down to me just made me realize that I will never be spending my money with them again.

The Orland Toyota was where I should have taken my RAV4 (2017) for repair of cracked windshield. A nationally known window company took the repair with the full knowledge that the car’s sensors could only be calibrated by the dealership. The Orland Toyota took ownership of the final phase of the repair and worked with me to get the bill paid by the nationally known glass company. I highly recommend always take any service or repair to your dealer first!

Orland Toyota was extremely professional. They provided updates extremely quickly and I enjoyed their use of texting and messaging which streamlined the back and forth communication. There was a discrepancy regarding the cost and where expectations were set. I don’t know whether it was their fault or mine but there was a communication error. In looking at the cost for service, the overall price was in line with public information and expectations.

If I could give negative stars I would. Save Yourself the $205 diagnostic fee, take your car somewhere else. I took my truck in because the ac was not working. I was quoted $700 for a piece that at max is $80. (The labor is having the right wrench to unscrew a switch)To boot I needed a oil change and after declining the big ticket service I was informed that the were unable to complete -“oil change was not able to be completed due to a screw being seized/rusted on the splash shield.” Interestingly, when my husband took the same truck to get an oil change a couple months prior they had no problem changing the oil because of a rusty screw. Couldn’t pay me to return, purchase anything or recommend this dealership.

I got my 20k service today under Toyota care warranty. My main complaint is the guy who was supposed to service and inspect my car said my car was all perfect with no issues, but my wheel is bent and cracked and dangerous to drive on if I were to hit a pothole. If I didn’t know that already and was already working to buy a new rim, something bad could’ve happened that was preventable. I’m just questioning the quality of inspection that my vehicle was given. What other things did he skip inspecting? Not only that, but he left trash in my car. I got to my car and there was plastic all over the seat, a dirty piece of paper trying to cover the floor but was poorly placed so now my floor and the door sill are scuffed and covered in dirty boot imprints. And then the online form of the inspection service is trying to charge me $60 for the service when the service on paper is covered under warranty and I owe $0. I know there are better workers that care about their work and customers here than the Mr. Marbley that I got, this poor service didn’t happen to me last time. Jim was way better and very helpful.

The reception and service were great and the amenities available to waiting customers were more than sufficient.All in all, I was very pleased with this visit. We had an emergency oil leak on my son’s car. We drove from Tennessee, not knowing the car was leaking oil. Oil light went on as we pulled in the driveway! The Service Department was very busy but they handled my appointment time right on schedule. Rico was especially attentive and not only handled my 5,000 mi checkup but fixed my CarPlay at the same time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I enjoyed the free cup of coffee while I waited. I was told how long it would take and they finished right on time. Great service.

Service was better than expected. Routine maintenance didn’t require any time at all, but a couple areas of concern required hours & I couldn’t stay. Jim offered me a very nice loaner so I could get to work. Far nicer than I expected & comparable to my current vehicle. My concerns turned out to be valid & whatever couldn’t be handled that day was rescheduled for another appointment with the option of a loaner. This helps me tremendously

ToyotaScheduled regular maintenance for 2015 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. I make it a point to go to dealership service departments for all my vehicle service appointments. I do this because the assumption is that I’m going to get expert mechanics caring for my vehicle. I’m willing to pay more for high quality professionals that know the brand, even for basic oil changes and tire rotations.I came in for a 70,000 mile service, an oil change and tire rotation. I’m assuming that was all that was required for a 70,000 mile vehicle, I’m not sure as the service advisor didn’t mention anything else.The service was prompt and the advisor was friendly. I like the text messaging interactions. Very efficient.However, the issue is with your multi-point inspection. I saw my report and noticed that everything was marked green. That’s always good news, but this instance is concerning because I knew that I had an inoperable front headlight. This is concerning. I asked the advisor if the inspection includes checking headlights, he confirmed that it is. I then explained that I have an inoperable headlight. He confirmed with the mechanic that did the oil change and he did indeed miss the inoperable head lamp. I then ask how something so simple is missed on an expensive oil change that includes a multi-point inspection. He mentioned that the folks that do the oil changes are only lube techs and do not have the experience that a 20-30 year Toyota mechanic has. I’m questioning if they are even mechanics at all!This is my issue. Why would I pay extra to take my car to a dealership service department for an oil change if I’m going to get the lube-tech to conduct a detailed multi-point inspection? I’m now wondering what else they missed! I’m also wondering what the difference is between a much cheaper visit to a Jiffy Lube vice the Toyota Service Department.A vehicle is an investment that will at least hold value if you take care of it. That is why I trust dealership service departments. I don’t think I have that trust anymore. It’s like a doctor visit. Why would I go to a 1st year medical student for a detailed multi-point inspection of my health and pay him as if he was an experienced 20 year board certified doctor.Not the service I expected.

Tim was such a nice person! He did everything he could to make the transaction go smoothly. Asked me throughout the process of I needed water or coffee or anything else. He even sat with me the whole time all the paperwork was being drawn up, had a conversation with me and didn’t just leave me sitting there by myself. When i first killed pulled my car into the service bay, the nice porter said someone would be right with me. I stood there for a few minutes while people walked around me. No one made eye contact or said a word. After a few more minutes i thanked the porter for acknowledging me. I get people are busy but it doesnt feel welcoming to be ignored. I mean, you actually had to walk around me... just say hello or something. Same when i picked my car up. I walk in and no smiles, no hello. The cashier and another porter are the nicest people i encounter. Think people would spend more where they feel appreciated and acknowledged from the first moment to the last? Jose, the nice man who kept in contact with me while my truck was there, was very nice.

The sales person Brittany was nice. But I wouldn’t recommend this location the Toyota dealership in Oak Lawn is the one I usually go to. The finance manager Ali Zayyad was very rude and unprofessional. I was told several times that I couldn’t be in the room to pick what company I wanted to finance my car with instead he picked Toyota financial which I didn’t want. I’m pretty sure when they get someone to finance a car through Toyota there is some exchange of money for dealership. I wished I would have just went to Toyota in Oak Lawn.

Although the service employees are very courteous, I was disappointed that they would not make an exception when I missed my maintenance in July because I was told the mechanics were on strike. Also thought for an oil change and tire rotation- I should not have been there for 90 minutes- that seemed excessive.

I had a 2007 Toyota Sienna that I loved. My engine light came on and I was very frustrated that no one in the service department found other issues that surfaced. However, Luis was so helpful that I ultimately found another Sienna I could afford and decided to buy it because it has been my favorite car for 14 years. I have more bells and whistles on this car and he also helped me figure out how to use them. I look forward to 14 more years with this one.

Not a good experience. Would not recommend. The service technicians were polite but the people on the phones were incredible unhelpful. I asked for an approximate time my car would be done and they were unable to provide it. They said I would have to talk to the technician but as they are in the same office and I was calling it made very little sense to me they couldn’t find out that information for me. The second time I called they said the person I needed to talk to was at lunch. My original time estimate was 1-2 hours and it took almost 5. I will not ever take my car there again.

I took my new 2021 Rav4 in for suspected debris that was in ny front tire wheel well that I couldnt get to. I took it in, they notified me that they would look for debris and check everything else out too. Told me upfront what the price would be. I waited an hour. They told me everything looked fine, they even took it for a test drive to see if they could hear it.At the end, they didnt charge me the whole price and put a note in my file in case something happens in the future. They were so helpful and did such good business. You can tell they value building good relationships and not only money. I will 100% be returning for all my future service.

I was very pleased with the service of this location when I took my suv in for an oil change. Upon arrival I wasn’t scolded for being early and I was even offered a car wash which was nice. I waited about an hour and I was nervous about the wait because I had my two small boys with me. Luckily their waiting room had plenty of chairs for us to sit and wait. Devin was kind enough to mention an update to my account before service to my car was completed to avoid any surprises at the end. Devin brought out my keys and parked my car in front. Overall it was a very nice experience and this location is close to home.

My service appointment was great and if you are also into technology then it was even better. I received a text message after the mechanic inspected my vehicle with a link to accept or decline services with a quoted price for each proposed service item. Included was a narrated video of my auto from the mechanic showing me the condition of my auto that caused the proposed repairs. I found that to be very cool.

We were very unhappy with our vehicle service at Orland Toyota. Our service representative spoke very kindly to us, but he failed to follow our service request instructions which resulted in the visit costing us double. When we went to pick up the car which unfortunately we needed to take that evening we asked for the service manager to request a price correction. Since he was unavailable we spoke to the sales manager. He was also very nice, but he couldn’t correct the invoice error. I paid the full fee under protest. I subsequently left three messages for the service manager which he never responded to. I did reach him eventually, and he said that he would look into it. He never phoned me back. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Orland Toyota. If you do hopefully you will be luckier than My wife and I were.

I wish i could give a 0 star. I purchased a used Lexus RX350. First I was charged 500 + Financing for a paint job that I didnt ask for and wasnt aware there was a fee. I waited over 3 hours to even see a finance officer I had to leave and come back the next day. I wish i hadnt, but I wanted the car. They tried to finance me for 12 percent when I came in with a pre approval for 6. Oh then they were able to match with Toyota financial. SMH. Last I bought my car April 2 and its now Mid June and I still dont have my plates. I have been riding around with an expired permit for nearly 3 months. I have called about me not receiving my plates several times and left messages the Dealership Manager Hector never returned any of my calls. I also researched that they are no longer a member of the Better Business Bureau. I still have not received a call or email from the dealership.

My experience was great. I was signed into my appointment soon after arriving, and was offered a complimentary car wash, which I accepted. Ive had to ask for a car wash in the past. My wait was about an hour past my appointment time, which wasnt bad, and my vehicle was brought to the front of the building when the work was completed, instead of me having to walk to the lot behind the building. My technician was friendly and courteous. I have no complaints regarding this visit.
