I went to just look around and I met a pretty a awesome salesman ROMAN STEWART who was phenomenal. Roman was very knowledgeable, friendly, extremely polite and helpful. He worked within my budget and sold me a car that I love. The manager was extremely nice as well. The finance person Michael Lorenzo was cute, patient and pleasantly friendly. I highly recommend the guys at Rizza Cadillac Buick for a great car buying experience!
I went to have a small leak repaired from my back trunk window from 820 am-330pm. When I get there at 530 since I had to get a ride to the dealer the Cashier was not at her desk. It was 20 min later Jim walked around looking for her and she was no where to be found. There were 2 other people waiting to check out. One of the women waiting in line found her on the floor in the bathroom which it looked like she passed out or was sleeping. She was all frazzled didn’t apologize. The next day It rained all day and now have a bigger leak than before and my whole inside of my trunk overnight was soaked! So now today I made an appointment to take another whole day waisted without even to be offered a loaner to come back! I don’t want to hear about the economy, I’m now going to be inconvenienced 2 full days! If I had a Cadillac I wonder if I would be treated with better service? It’s funny how my hospital that I work at lives and breathes off of these surveys and act upon them to make the customer happy. This place is not doing so. I’m not paying for anything else wrong with the window since it wasn’t my doing in the first place! The guy did something worse to it! It’s going to be free of charge or I will speak to a manager directly. I need a rental the day of my service next week also. Period.

The service was fast. Waiting room was really plain. No entertaining channels to watch just dealership advertisements. Also, most employees did not wear their masks. Did not feel comfortable. Some people were coughing.

I was able to schedule my appointment with Tom (service manager) because my last visit did not go well. Tom wanted a chance to redeem Rizza and I am so glad I decided to give them another try. I brought my 2013 Buick Enclave in for an oil change, inspection and new tires. Tom called me back and asked if I would need a loaner car and I said yes as I knew getting new tires would take time. When I arrived I was greeted by Danielle and she was absolutely amazing.. I had told her that I brought my Rizza coupons with me and I knew that they would price match my tires (I knew they were going to be expensive). Danielle checked several sites and the price Rizza offered was comparable. Danielle then allowed me to use another coupon on my flyer and got me all set in my courtesy car. Danielle is an amazing customer service manager and has the perfect personality for it. She is able to juggle multiple jobs at one time and still made me feel like I was a valued customer. I absolutely would refer everyone I know to Rizza Service Center as Tom and Danielle went above and beyond. I am a very happy customer.
Im on my third Cadillac from Rizza. Whenever I have to take my car for service, Im always treated as if Im special. I scheduled a car wash. When I was told the truck was ready, it had only been ran through the wash. It wasnt dried off and the windows werent clean.
John Howard was great, I was running late due to a medical procedure that ran long and was calm and reassuring that I would still get out in a reasonable amount of time which was true. Also made some excellent recommendations about future service on my GMC Canyon Denali. John is a big reason I will keep coming back to Rizza for service and sales.

I went in for an oil change but wanted to address some recent service concerns. I brought my car in on August 21, 2021 for a break squeaking issues. It was determined that I needed new rear break pads and spent over $400 for the entire service. Since then my breaks have continued to make squeaking noises so I raised the concern again when I came in for my oil chance. I explained that I cannot afford these types of costs each month and they dont even fix the issue. Jim agreed and said they would look at it at no charge today to make sure they figure out why theyre still squeaking. At the end of the appointment he didnt explain anything and simply directed me to the cashiers windows. I paid for my oil change and tire rotation, and the invoice says there was an inspection, but the breaks still squeak. My original issue wasnt addressed since that August appointment and now I am out $400+.

Most car sales people are scammers and dont care. these are no different. then couldnt get a hold of the contact and the email came from an unsecure account too. Do not go there

Tried to finance a GMC Sierra Elevation. They wanted $56,000 for it. Totally okay with that price and when we went to finance it they wanted $1100 a month for 72 months which comes out to $79,200!!! And that was with $5000 down. That is 15.8% APR!!! Checked on their own website. We then asked about leasing and they wanted over 900 a month. Seen similar trucks in a higher price range that you could lease for around 350 at other dealers. Absolute crooks.

We bought a car there last weekend and traded in an old vehicle. We dealt with Jason, the process was very smooth, and we’re happy with our purchase.
We were/are pleased with the vehicle we purchased, we called ahead and they had the vehicle we wanted ready for us and the sales staff was friendly and easy enough to negotiate with. However, of the 10+ vehicles weve owned this was by far the most inefficient paperwork process Ive encountered. It started off nice, everything was on a fancy tabletop tablet and signed digitally, this all became pointless when it was all printed anyway as a hard copy and divided up into the proper files. Once that black hole for time was filled, we were in our new vehicle ready to leave, only to have to Google the sequence on how to manually take the vehicle out of transport mode which is how they are shipped to the dealer. The entire process took just a few minutes under 4 hours to complete, mind you they knew ahead of time the vehicle we were planning to buy. Top the story off with they only gave us one of the two new license plates, and we got our credit notice that they did a soft credit inquiry with eight different lenders. End result, they have a good inventory, friendly staff and fair to negotiate with, but the buying process is anything but streamlined.
From the start at the Costco website, to the intake call with Andrea with a half hour of the Costco inquiry, the process was smooth, personable and helpful. After speaking with Andrea I was connected with our sales person, Patrick, who connected with me shortly thereafter. Patrick was very knowledgeable and helpful. He offered to drive the car we chose to our residence within 2 days. We signed all paperwork and it was a very smooth process as Patrick had all documentation organized. The loan officer was also excellent and knowledgeable. Overall the team is 5 stars and I will definitely recommend Patrick and the team to others

Never felt comfortable or well recieved. Felt as though this was a money grab and not about getting my car serviced. I had my car checked prior to bringing it in and all of a sudden I have more problems and a diagnostic that took double the time to assess. Staff didnt speak upon arrival, I had to initiate conversation. It was a poor experience overall.
Jim was awesome loaner cars were tight but he expidited my service so we wouldnt be inconvienced for very long

Do not give this dealership your business. Like many other dealerships they will try to steal your money in the service department. They upcharge way too much. Service writers work on commission. 1,200$ to replace one headlight. 700$ for a sensor. Of course the rear bearings on my 2012 regal GS have went out twice each side. 500$ each bearing. The service department has had known issues with corporate. Rizza is a very unethical company and will charge you above the book rate. Good luck if you need a spare key programed. Just buy the base key and google how to program it.

Starting with Jim Allegretty which is over the sales team He is very unprofessional and uncaring toward customers and his team, He talks to everybody in a mean and derogatory way. I have purchased several Cadillac cars from Rizza in the past but this time was the worse time for me and my family. Jim makes promises and goes back and his promise. After he receives your money, a substantial amount, he asks for more and more trying to manipulate and drain you and your account. I reported all unprofessionalism to Tony Rizza and he even had the audacity to talk to me in a mean way, saying you dont have to buy any more cars from me. This is after the fact, my family has spent lots of money with this terrible and unpredictable business. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AND VALUABLE TIME WITH THIS CRUEL AND UNJUST DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUIN YOU! ESPECIALLY TONY RIZZA AND JIM ALLEGRETY!

Bought my 2017 Escalade in February from Rizza. I wanted a Tahoe but when I saw the Escalade I fell in love. The sales guy Joe was great but you know when you take a 10min test drive you don’t feel or see all the blemishes. As I was aware I was buying a used car I knew there would be something but when you spend $60k on a truck you would expect the dealership to inspect it thoroughly. A week after buying the truck I brought for service and advised the truck did not have a smooth ride. The car was checked and service told me nothing was wrong. I took the car back again advising something is wrong every bump I hit the truck sounds like it needs struts or shocks again Rizza told me nothing was wrong advised me to change the tires. I spent $1300 on new tires truck still sounded and rode like a tonka truck. Finally I took the car to 2 reputable mechanics who work on Cadillacs and one who took the air shocks out in front of me I have the photos and told me these are blown out we can fix the back you may have a little time on the front ones. When I called service at Rizza to advise what was found even spoke to the service manager the gentleman told me who are you going to believe that mechanic or us and we are the experts on Cadillac this is what we do. The service manager was rude and obnoxious and dismissed my claim. I spent $2k cash and now my car runs amazing when all Rizza had to do was take my claim seriously and do their job and actually check the car out twice!!! If I was a man this NEVER would have happened and after spending $60k on a truck plus cash for a warranty that didn’t serve me I would never buy from them again. I called I asked to speak to managers I brought the car for service and most of all I paid for new tires and then the shocks out of my own pocket which was covered and they found a leak which was fixed that Rizza Cadillac missed. What saddens me about this whole experience is I told Rizza what was wrong from the beginning and if they had just checked the truck out and filed the warranty I wouldn’t be out of $3500 for new tires and air shocks! Now I’m fighting the warranty claim for my money back. The only reason I go to Rizza is for an oil change I don’t trust them to be honest with my truck. Remember most women rely on their mechanics and our handyman to assist us and if we can’t trust you who can we trust! Fingers crossed I get my money back from warranty now that my back air shocks I paid for are fixed I actually love I truck that I had regretted buying. Thanks for nothing Rizza

Dropped my 1800 mile Denali. off for service. Transmission had a bad shutter. The service writer with a better than everyone else attitude claims there is probably nothing wrong with it... Okay bud. Low and behold the technicians find the issue and resolve it. Great if the story can end here but unfortunately it doesnt. Go to pick the truck up and immediately I notice there is a scratch almost the full length of the drivers front fender and the lower front valence is scuffed and scratched in two places. Immediately I call for a manager to look at it. He took pictures and apologized. The drivers fender scratch came out with compound but the lower valence will need to be replaced. Two days later I get a call they are not taking responsibility of the damage on a brand new Denali 1800 miles. Find anywhere else to do business with these people are bottom feeders.

A little disappointed that all of a sudden now that the car is mine & not leased. The mechanic after the oil change & tire rotation starts saying because the car is over 22,000 miles we could use some optional but pertinent additional supplies/repairs for the car costing almost $400 additional dollars. With my other Buick Enclave that I leased that vehicle went well over the 22,000 mile marker no such advise was given.
Wait time for oil change and wheel alignment longer than I expected. 3 hours . As long as work is properly done Im satisfied but believe it could have taken less time.

Jim the poor excuse of a manager was the rudest and most obnoxious person we have ever dealt with!! I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the past! He would not honor the Family ofFriends rebates along with the cadillac rebates at the time but treated us as if he was doing us a favor by allowing us to talk to hm. He was extremely rude to the sales person, Dan Choi in front of us, Dan was extremely professional and helpful, I dont know how he can tolerate working there under such hostile conditions!! We purchased almost the exact same car at Arnie Bauer Cadillac who did honor the family & friends rebate along with the Cadillac rebate of 2500. Sorry this cost you a sale Dan but more importantly, feel terrible about how you were treated!!

I had a recall for my 2012 GMC, and when I went in there, my camshaft exhaust actuators were bad and my check engine light was on, which was causing my car to die when idling - was not very drivable. He read the check engine code and that is what came up (I had no idea at the time, was not sure what they even were until that day). When I believe his name was Jim quoted me, he quoted me for $385 PLUS another $160 to diagnose it. I told him I did not want it done at that time, because almost $600 is not cheap.. So I called around and told my fiancé what was wrong with my car. Well my fiancé did some researching- . and come to find out we ended up getting the part for $100 at Autozone, and it took him NOT EVEN 10 minutes to fix that day!! So almost $600 I was quoted to repair a $100 part that took not even 10 minutes to fix!!! My car runs like a champ now .. Not to mention when I spoke to him later that day he then dropped the price to $220 after I informed him I will be getting it done for cheaper elsewhere.. I would highly suggest before bringing your car here, to get quotes elsewhere before these scammers try and get you for your money. I would not have even went there if it was not for my recall that they did fix.
Great experience. Friendly, fun, in and out in a few hours. Will be back when lease is up to get another. One of the best car buying experiences Ive had.
I’m sure just like everyone else, car shopping can be very stressful and a hassle to deal with. Munir however, made my experience amazing and hassle free! He is so knowledgeable in vehicles and helped me find the right car, I haven’t stopped showing it off to my friends and family lol! Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. After being told the price of the vehicle we were purchasing multiple times was 34,000 we went home and found that we had actually spent 40,308 on the SAME VEHICLE. We were trading in a vehicle and were ecstatic after they offered us an extra 6,000 than originally only to find out they tacked that extra 6,000 on top of the new vehicle price. Shame on us for not realizing when we were signing documents but shame on Rizza for doing that to us. The dishonesty of this company is unreal. Save your time and money and get a car elsewhere.
