Great price to begin with $180 one month free - BEWARE after 6 months they raised rent $43. they say non negotiable as price was lower than fair market value, yet $150 a month for new customers. left 3 messages for DM to contact me - non return calls. this is so wrong - at time of contract signed they failed to mention they can raise rent at anytime.

I was referred by a great friend to this location. It was the closing of the business day. Upon walking into the establishment I was greeted with a smile from Tonya. We know in the work force and in society now, people are ready to go, no concern for one another and sometimes arent pleasant regardless of any situation. Not only was it the smile it was the body language that spoke volume as well. She was pleasant and willing to accommodate the needs of the customer. She took her time and walked me through every aspect and concerns regardless of the late hour and I appreciate her for that.Ive only utilized this establishment for a very short period of time but, Im hoping that if this establishment be as accountable and great representation as their employee (Tonya) was all will be well.On the other end of the table it goes both ways. As a customers we too need to be pleasant as well to the person that is servicing us.Thumbs up to Tonya!!

While there were many deals out there and a few nice people at various places Melissa at Public Storage Tinley Park 8201 West 159th Street was my reason for choosing this site. Melissa walked me through every step of my decision patiently and with a great sense of humor.Quite honestly I could store my stuff anywhere, but Melissas assistance and years of experience as well as being an affordable space are what sold me on this public storage unit. Amazing customer service here. Melissa, the pleasant woman at the front desk was friendly, polite and attentive. You can tell she loves people and her job. Always a smile and wave when she sees you driving by. I found the storage space I rented to be affordable, secure and very clean. Once I had decided on the size of space I was looking for, Melissa even took me for a ride in her cart to look at the different ones available so that I could choose the most convenient location as we load and unload equipment on a frequent basis.... I had an excellent experience working with Melissa the manager for this site she was very instrumental in reminding me of my due date and always offered awesome customer service. The downsize to my storage experience was the cost including insurance, I feel it was a little pricey. Other than that I would definitely return in the future, if I need a storage space.

Brenda was very helpful and polite. Only complaint is that the interior size of the locker is not what is advertised. The 15x10 is actually like 14x9 inside.

We rented a small space for $25 a month on July 1st. They insisted on an additional $11 for mandatory insurance, unless we had insurance through our homeowners. We do, and brought in proof on July 2nd. We received an email saying Augusts rent would be $14, crediting the $11 overpayment. So we paid the $14, on time. It is August 19th. They have still not credited our account at our facility and they are now threatening to sell our contents at auction. We now have a $20 late fee. We have gone in there 3 times to get this straightened out and were told it has to go up the chain of command. Yet they are threatening to sell our contents. We are senior citizens and I dont feel safe here. One hand does not know what the other is doing and we are stuck in the middle. Their systems do not appear to talk to each other. This matter is now in the hands of the better business bureau and our things better not be touched.Buyer beware.
