They guys here are quick and super friendly. They were able to help me when a local large dealership said they couldnt/wouldnt. Id reccomend them to anyone! They were honest and did great work!

They are the most honest mechanic Ive ever used! Theyve worked on 3 different vehicles of mine, new and used, with no issues. A couple of times I assumed and expressed to Waltz that issues with my vehicle were going to cost me hundreds to find out they were simple repairs with minimal cost. Truly honest and highly respected in my book!

Had an EXCELLENT experience at Walz Automotive. Was in a total pinch for time when my 2003 Mach 1 Mustang broke down in the middle of a 825 drive to a national mustang show. I called around on the side of the road and the ONLY place that seemed to care was Walz. I had AAA get the car there and it arrived at 3:00pm on a Tuesday. I was back on the road to the show by 9:30am the next morning, Wednesday and they could NOT have done better. Did the diagnosis, ordered parts, gave me a loaner car, and even recommended a NICE but inexpensive hotel down the road. The entire team was very helpful and the owner even called me twice in that short period of time with updates. Highly recommend Walz Automotive for ANYONE in the greater Toledo area and if you just need a real nice family owned business to help you out with your car. Dave Tupper, Traverse City Michigan.

Over and over I been received with courtesy (and more importantly) honestly. They have sent me away for free or minimal charges when little work has needed to be done. Fast, open early, and quality service that they stand by. Highly recommend!

I might change this review if i could get a hold of someone on the phone instead of being placed on hold for 15 min and no one ever getting back on the line to help me. I have heard wonderful things about this shop and really need a dual exhaust put on a chevy 2500 and a radiator flush and oil change and i also have questions about another car i have thats having problems with the windshield wipers not spraying and also the windshield wipers dont move at all anymore... thinking a short in the wire. Need someone to please take the time to make me an apt and talk with me on phone to see if i need to look elsewhere for a shop. All i get is a please hold when they answer the phone and then music for 15 or more min and i have a 2 yr old so i cant be on hold and forgotten.

I found them kind of pricey I went to AutoZone and they put my car on the computer for free Walts charged me 95 bucks not too happy about that before leaving for a big trip but better to be safe than sorry I guess I should have just trusted AutoZone

They do a great job !

They put the wrong steering column in my vehicle..they charged me 250$ for the part and only paid 40$! They by-passed security and other systems such as electric windows and door locks as well as wipers only working on high or off. Disconnected cruise and gauges..wiring hanging loose under dash. Basically destroyed the vehicle!! I have filed a complaine to the BBB and intend to sue!
