CPR (Cell Phone Repair) was to put it plainly fantastic. They were easy going and very courteous. I was in and out in a snap. Customer service was just amazing. They treated you with respect and valued you as a customer. The technician was quick and efficient and very helpful. I will definitely be taking my phone to be repaired, there from now on. I was worried my phone was trashed. The touch screen was not working and apps were opening and closing on their own. I couldnt even make a call! I was greeted professionally by the young woman at the counter and a technician came out and diagnosed the problem, explained the repair process, told me about the warranty, and less than an hour later my phone was working flawlessly! The price was much lower than I had expected, and MUCH lower than buying a new phone! I highly recommend CPR!!

I’ve been to this place twice in the past two weeks and they were great! Good price for a bad break I broke the computer in my phone twice within two weeks lol which of course is my fault but I do feel like even after the first time I got it fixed (and now once it’s been fixed again) it’s not the same as it used to be however I don’t know how to fix a phone of course so I didn’t say anything. Either way, quick and friendly service and good price so I can’t complain! I just hope I don’t drop my phone again. Also if you watch house you can mention it to one of the guys, he loves that show lol.

Daughter shut my tailgate on her iPhone 11, destroyed the screen. Wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that helped us. Excellent all around. Price, service, time and so far services rendered top notch(only been one day). Highly recommend but hopefully Ill never have to go here again.

Went in to get a screen repaired and had some troubles with the first screen. Called the owner and told him the issue. Acknowledged and quickly had solutions. 100/10! CPR in Toledo is the place to go for iPhone repairs. I had an water accident with my XR and eventually my screen wouldn’t let me type, looked damaged, but still made noises. I emailed CPR for an estimate, then it said to give them a call and explain. I called at 10:30AM, was answered and told to come in immediately. I got there around 11:30, and turned in my phone, IT WAS REPLACED IN THE SAME DAY! Costumer Service is incredible, he is very educated on technology. Wish I would’ve thought of this place when I damaged my phone last year and just bought the new iPhone.

Had battery replaced on a 6S phone. Repair done in reasonable time quoted.What I really liked is that although my screen had a few small cracks, they did not recommend replacing it. Was quoted a price on the phone.when I got there it was 50 more.when I picked it up it was 60 more.then they cracked the back of my phone and tried blaming me but eventually said they would fix it when the part comes in and Im still waiting

Better price than the mall! Theyre pretty friendly here. It did take some time to get my phone fully fixed (3 weeks waiting on parts to come in), but have patience its worth it especially for the price. They are also pretty busy, so keep that in mind. Came in there Saturday 6/20/20 to have my cell phone camera and battery replaced. They ended up not having my camera stating I told them the wrong type of phone. Even though the type of phone model was printed on the back of the phone. They went ahead and replaced my battery. Once the battery was replaced I tried 3 different charging chords I have that all worked perfectly fine with my old battery but, wouldnt work with the replacement batteryI tried returning the phone to have the battery replaced on Monday 6/21 since theyre closed on Sundays. But once I got to the store they were 4 customers deep and only one person at the counter to service everyone. And people were waiting to be serviced. I couldnt wait since I was just trying to drop the phone off and have the problem corrected and didnt have time to wait seeing as I was working and only has enough time to drop the phone off and leave.So, today I found another cell phone repair shop that had the camera for my phone. The service was very fast. Super fast. My phone was fixed with a new camera and I had them pull out the defective battery that cpr stuck in my phone and replace it with a good battery. I figured Id just take the defective battery back to cpr and have my money refunded. But, the owner of cpr refused to give me my money back stating the only way I can return the battery is If its still in the phone. This is not a policy procedure. This is his own personal rule. I asked to show me where in their policy that is stated. Or, where its stated under the warranty. But he couldnt show this to me because this rule doesnt exist. And, rather than do the right thing and give me my money back, he decided to create an adversarial environment. Even after I gave him numerous opportunities to do the right thing.I finally gave him 2 options. One, to either voluntarily return the credit to my credit card or, 2) I would involuntarily have the credit put back on after I dispute it with my credit card company and follow up with a bad review. He didnt care about any of it.So, my friend heres your review that you didnt care about. Wrong is wrong. And, right is right. And you chose to do numerous wrong things. You lost the battle and the war when you couldve done the right thing. You didnt.Id give zero stars if it was possible. And I know where Ill be taking my cell phone for repairs going forward. I will never do business or refer business to you ever again Habibi! Haram

Took my phone in late before they closed, they had it fixed by noon the next day! I should have went there right off the bat. Save yourself 4 days of headaches and broken insurance promises and just go to CPR. Also, the store smells amazing, Im not sure what they use for air fresheners but its delicious.

I met with George to assist with a water damage issue on Oct 14. He was able to diagnose and repair my phone with same day service. He was clear with expectations and price estimate and retuned my phone ( lifeline right?) within time frame. Ive used CPR several times and have not been disappointed. I dont normally post reviews but I figured Id share our experience with this place just so people know what theyre getting into. My husband dropped his phone off for repair on a Thursday -- it had some water damage and we werent sure about the extent of the damage, but we figured theyd let us know one way or the other whether they could fix it or if it was even worth the trouble. A couple days go by and we dont hear anything. (Mind you, he is without a phone during this time.) I called to ask for an update, and the person there said the technician wasnt there and that theyd call me back. Never heard back. We called again Monday night since we hadnt heard anything, and the technician had said they still wanted to run some tests. But it was at least turning on and off now, so my husband said hed just pick it up because he couldnt keep going on without a phone. In the end, he ended up having to get a new phone anyway. If the phone cant be fixed, just say it, ya know? Or at least keep up the communication and dont keep your customers waiting.

Repair took less than 2 hours. The replacement screen for the iPhone 5 weighs more than the factory unit did, which was a little disappointing. The technician who did my repair was very thorough when testing my hardware, and the resulting repair is seamless other than the weight issue.Overall, a very good value when compared to paying over twice as much at Apple and other stores. This is the only store in the area I found that would do the repair for less than the cost of replacing the entire phone.
