Window World was a great company to work with from beginning to end, they really have this process down pat and made simple. I first submitted a quote request on their website, I then got a call THAT SAME DAY to schedule a walk through. The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly. At my walk through the consultant created a window plan that is best for me. I paid 50% down and was put on the schedule. After my windows were installed we did a final walk through to make sure they were all good. Then payed the final 50%. Window world had fast and quality installation of my windows and had great communication all the way through. I would highly recommend them over any other window company. Well worth the extra money.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I wouldnt refer this company to my worst enemy! They move the window frame leaving a gap in my wall! The frame wasnt even level! Then the manager BARRY JOHNSTON told me this was a job well done and I JUST NEEDED TO PAINT!!! Then the regional manager CHAD LEWIS refused to even respond to a letter from my LAWYER identifying all the BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS!!They did finally fix their OUTRAGEOUS BUILDING CODE VIOLATIONS! But NOT because they wanted to. They were more than happy to leave it the way it was. Their manager BARRY came to the houseTWICE AND SAID THAT IT WAS GOOD AND THEY WOULDNT FIX IT! The glass was to small so they put WOOD IN BETWEEN AND STILL HAD TO MOVE THE FRAME to make it FIT!

The installers were very professional. They made any necessary repairs to the framing prior to installing the sliding door. They cleaned up as they went along. There was no rushing my job because they needed to get to the next job. The product is very sturdy and looks great. The office people and the estimator were wonderful to work with. Always polite and patient. My only complaint is that I did not get the energy star paperwork with the install that is needed for tax purposes. That has taken a couple of extra calls. I am still waiting.

My husband and I ordered windows and a new sliding door through them in march it took months for them to install. The person that installed our door did it wrong so the door kept coming off the track. When they came to do the windows they fixed the door thankfully. But one of the windows was measured wrong we are still waiting on that window to be installed! They didnt even call me when it was in i had to call them! Had it scheduled for them to come out and they call me right before they close, while im at work to tell me they have to reschedule!!!! Very disappointed will not recommend.. wish i would have went with a different company overall. Will NEVER do business with them again. The manager was supposed to stay on top of our order and he promised he would call me and never did. Terrible customer service!!!!!!

Their sales, measuring and installation teams are amazing and I love that you do not have to haggle prices like with the other window companies. They did give the best price up front and the window quality is greater than what we received from the competitors. Installers did an amazing job and cleaned up leaving no sign anyone had even been there. Had a glitch with scheduling but managers were responsive, that is the only reason I could not give 5 stars.

Im impressed with Window World as a company. Theyre always available for questions and always have an answer. That being said, their 3rd party contractors arent quite there. I had to call for repairs that I didnt have to do for my first set of windows, and they left debris under the new windows such as concrete filler and old brackets from the removal of the old windows. I ended up mowing over an old metal window bracket that damaged my mower. Anyways, the windows are beautiful, but the installation couldve been better.

The men work very well together and did an amazing job. After the windows were placed any waste was cleaned up.

Everyone did exceptional work on time very professional Love our blue denim door and were going to paint our shutters the same color. Just cant say enough in fact one of my neighbors is buying a door from them as well. Hope theres more to come for you guys youre a 10 out of 10 thanks.

We worked with the Detroit Window World location for a new entry and storm door. The selection was great and once we chose our doors we went ahead with the purchase. Although the wait took a bit longer than expected due to covid, once it was installed we were very satisfied with everything. The installer was on time, professional and did excellent work. Mike made sure the installation was done right and looked over his work every step of the way. We will recommend Window World to our friends and family.

Last year we got new windows for our whole house from Window World and they are great. So this year when we needed to replace our patio doors we called Window World again. The doors are wonderful. Installers came with mask and gloves which was really impressive. They did a fantastic job with installation and clean up. They were also very patient with our dogs having to stop and throw the ball numerous times! We are so happy with Window World and recommend them to anyone who needs windows or doors.

We had Window World of Toledo install our $3500 dollar door last April. Beautiful door. Worked flawless until it started to get colder. Thats when things went south fast. The door started sticking really bad on the threshold. We got a bad storm the night of December 29th. Woke up on New years Eve morning to what I would consider a small lake on our living room floor. We just had high end laminate layed six months prior to that and the first five rows in from the door are ruined. We placed a call the morning of December 30 to Window World of Toledo right at 9am when they opened. Got no answer but left a message. Waited until noon before I decided to call Corporate Window World to see if maybe they could reach out to Toledo. Within an hour we got a call stating that an Install manger would be out to assess our issue. The Gentleman showed up and looked at the damage and said they would get a new door on order ASAP. He said to wait a week or so and call to see when to schedule our install. We called back in two weeks only to find out that the Gentleman who came out to our house no longer worked for Window World and they had lost some of the info about our situation but they were going to send someone out to look at it. Two more weeks go by and still nothing. I called back and got no answer and no return call. Had to call Window World corporate again. Finally got a return call and a promise that someone would be out to take look. Two more weeks go by and still nothing. So to make a long story short we are still waiting on Window World of Toledo to make a decision on what they are going to do or maybe even if they are going to start. I would never and will never recommend Window World to my enemies let alone family or friends. Instead of standing on your windows maybe you should try standing behind your products and customer service or lack thereof. Update as of 10/30/2021 still no change. They refuse to fix the issue.

My husband and I recently had a great experience with a team of professional, hard-working window installers. The team of Mike, Brad and Mike were outstanding. Not only were they professional, but they were courteous and mindful of their work. They were very careful and made sure that our furniture and floors were protected when removing our old windows and replacing them with the new ones.Mike, Brad and Mike worked very well together—truly a team! I recently purchased new windows from Window World. I submitted a form online the first week of November 2019. They contacted me a week later to set up a in home consultation. A month later a gentleman came to my house and sold me on their flagship windows. The best they had to offer triple pane glory. A great upgrade to my old single pane windows that could barely be classified as windows. I signed that day and took advantage of their two years interest free payment plan. My salesman told me they should be installed from 6-12 weeks. Most of the time leaning towards the 6 weeks and should have them in by 8 weeks at the latest. 8 weeks is a long time to wait when you have windows that I have. To make matters worse my dog decided he didn’t like my old windows either and broke one when the mail man came to the door. So now I have old windows and 1 cardboard window till the new one come. 5 weeks after I ordered the windows, Window World called to inform me that my new windows were ready for install and set up a appointment for install in two weeks. I could not wait for them to come I felt like a kid waiting for Christmas. Signs that I’m growing old when things like this excite me. The day before the big day came and I was ready. I took a vacation day for the day and stopped by the store to get the workers snacks and water. I even decided to board my dogs for the day so they would not disturb these fine window artist. The day before the install at 430 P.M. I received a call from a number I have come to know it was Window World. They were pry calling to confirm my install for the following day. I answered the phone and was greeted with a friendly voice. This phone call turned from good to bad in only a matter of a minute. They were calling me to inform me that they had no one to install my windows. I was stunned with disappointment. I asked when they would be able to install them. She replied that she wasn’t sure but it would pry be another month before I was able to get these energy efficient windows installed. I begged for a better answer. Being somewhat of a handyman I asked if I could pick the windows up and install them myself. She told me that wouldn’t be a issue but I would have to pay them to install my own windows. It’s been 84 days since I started this process and I still don’t have my windows. It will pry be another 30 days before I might get them but I’m not holding my breath. For a company that can stand on their windows they can’t stand by their customer service. Signed a disgruntled customer

Poor communication with customer. Took 4 months to complete installation from start of installation. Did not send invoice, before sending threat of taking customer to collections. Had to rely on assistance from regional manager to come to an acceptable conclusion. Had used Window World 2 previous times with no problem. Would not recommend them after this experience!

I am very pleased with the windows and their appearance, well worth the cost. Woyld definitely recommend them.

We have used Window World for a three phase installation of 26 windows. Over the course of three years we have had exceptional service from ordering through installation and even a couple of repairs. Their warranty is fantastic. Turn around time between ordering and installation is a bit long, however we had many large custom sized windows for a 100 year old home. I give a shout out to Lucile for a great follow up call that made my afternoon! If I had more windows to replace I would use them again.

The crew showed up late, asked for drinks and supplies, and then they killed my butterfly Bush I have had for the last 3 years. As far as products go, the windows are fine and appear to be installed correctly.

The team that installed our sliding glass door did a fantastic job! We really love the window as it cuts down on east sun heat we get daily. Didn’t give full 5 stars as the wrong color of screen was sent and the inside lock mechanism was left out also, maybe due to COVID?? But installation was at end of May and we’re still waiting.

The only thing we’re disappointed with, is that our salesman said that the glass would never happen is that the glass wouldn’t get hot from the sun and let the heat in the house, and that’s not true. It doesn’t keep window cool to the touch and it does let the heat in! That was a very important sales point to us, and we feel that we were mislead.

The quality windows have made a huge difference on both the warmth and the look of our house. I haven’t seen a heating bill yet but expect it to be much lower. I would recommend Window World to anyone.

Good company that makes things right. Sale rep professional and courteous.The only thing we did not like on the double hung windows, is the gap between the two windows when they are open. They do not touch when open, therefore you are looking through three panes of glass and there is not an adjustment for these. If you have AC and seldom open your windows, it is not an issue.

I am extremely happy with my windows! This is our second home weve put Windows in and I am quite upset we did go with them for our first house! They look amazing inside and out.

Start to finish this was a great experience and ended up with a fantastic product. Working from a limited budget, the sales group worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and did not push too hard on selling only their top of the line models. Prices were cheaper than 4 other vendors I got quoted from and I am still very happy with the product.Ended up having Window World replace the rest of the windows in my house too. Very easy solution to add curb appeal to a really old house! No issues what so ever, and this summer I could tell a huge difference with temperature control compared to last with the new windows as well.

I recently had the opportunity to get a better look at the 5 windows we had installed . I have to say I am not 100% satisfied. We are experiencing difficulty with several of the windows not wanting to latch without effort (they are double hung windows). While outside doing yard work over the weekend, I noticed several areas where the caulk was missing, or not there at all. Again, I am very disappointed .

This experience was perfect from beginning to end! We ordered windows JUST before thanksgiving and still got 10 new windows and door wall BEFORE Christmas!! Everyone was so helpful, and answered every question I had. They kept me updated through the whole process. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and genuine (which is not the norm in sales)! Then install... all the windows and door wall done in one day in 4hrs! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Worth every penny.... did I mention that they were less expensive than the 5 other places I priced too! Except one that could actually get me windows until the end of January when I got a quote at halloween!!! For $400 more I got everything I wanted before Christmas! 5-6wks... done!Don’t hesitate! Do it now!!

My windows were leaking so bad that I needed new ones.Decided to go with Window World since the company was well known and endorsed by Good Housekeeping. Called the telephone number and was transferred to the company in Toledo the to an agent Brian Geshwind. He was professional, humorous, and did the estimate without wasting time. A date and time was set and I went on with my life until the day came for the installation. The workers called before they came. Al 4 guys were cheerful, professional, courteous and talented.Having cats, they were cognizant of not leaving doors open as they set about their work.When the large south side window was out, my cat Harry who never got near an open door, jumped into the arms of I believe was Joe, a good distance away.He caught Harry and put him back in the house and called me. Kudos to him. The crew answered my questions and were very knowledgeable. They completed the job with minimal mess which they cleaned up thoroughly.Had no complaints whatsoever and will use them again when I save some money to put in additional windows. The windows were fairly priced and recommend your company to everyone needing windows. Thank you.

Took forever for patio door to be installed. We waited 4 months. With no call to let us know when order was going to be in. I called every week for 4 weeks.After door was installed we are very happy with door. The 2 guys who installed patio door rd were professional. Cleaned up when done. And gave instructions on how to use.We will order windows in future.

Jason from window world did a fantastic job at explaining window worlds products to my husband and I. I highly recommend him when purchasing the windows. The installation guys were great and very professional. The only downside is that I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for everything to come in (2 windows, an entry door, and a sliding glass door). I called 2 different times to set up an installation date and after 10 weeks the entry door came in. And then we had to wait longer before the installation. I was hoping to get the installation done before Thanksgiving but it didnt end up happening until right before Christmas. But everything turned out great and we are very satisfied.

While they were efficient, they took their time to make the windows were installed properly, and they didnt leave until they cleaned up after themselves. The customer service rep I spoke to was not helpful & was trying to push me in a direction I wasn’t interested in. I wanted to purchase from here because it’s local but this completely changed my mind. Total disappointment

Excellent service. Windows installed perfectly. The installation team was fantastic! Quick, professional and the new windows make the house look beautiful again. It also helps that there is no longer a breeze flowing through the old closed windows. We will definitely be calling them next year for the next window project.

The workers arrived right on time. They used tarps to keep my home clean. They cleaned up with a small vacuum before they left. They cleaned up the old outside frames. Im very happy with my new windows. When I look outside now, it looks like my eiwindo are open. I highly recommend Window World.

I got a quote from another window company and I was in shock how much this other window company wanted. I almost shelved the idea all together and then I heard about Window World. My salesman came out and wasnt pushy, showed me a nice window, and then showed me a price that was $12,000 dollars less than the competition. Very disappointed in the quality of the windows. I had all new triple pane windows installed in my home in April 2019. The salesman was professional but I feel like the quality of the window samples is far better than the windows I actually received. The installer was friendly enough and did a good job. However, it is now the middle of June and three windows have already broken. The outer pane of glass cracked for no reason on one of the windows. The tensioner assemblies that hold the windows open have fallen apart on two of the other windows. I made an appointment to have Window World look at the broken windows but they failed to show up. I called and rescheduled for the following week. They looked at the windows and ordered new components to repair the windows. I received a message stating the parts arrived. I have now left two messages with the service department to schedule a time to get the windows repaired but nobody will call back.Update: Service called back after this posting and scheduled a time to repair the windows. The service tech replaced the sash in one window but didnt bring the replacement sash for the other window. I had to call and reschedule again.

The installers were very professional. Installed the windows as quick as possible and cleaned up after themselves after making sure every thing worked properly. We are happy with their work.

I have 17 windows that were installed by one guy who showed up. His name was Greg & he was amazing!!! He endured not the greatest weather, and did it all on his own! On a Monday he had all the windows installed, & then came back on Tuesday to finish the trim. I cannot thank him enough! To be one man on a multiple man job was probably not easy for him, but he got the job done & my windows look amazing!!!

I am not very happy at this time. Our windows were supposed to be installed in late January and was not scheduled to March and we were never notified we had to call in February to find out what was going on. So Yesterday 3/16/18 they came to install but left around 7 pm unfinished. We were told he would be back today March 17 to complete the job. So far we have not heard from them and it is 3:30 in the afternoon and we dont even have a storm door installed. 3/18/18 Update everything finally complete 7 pm last night so 2 evening lost. And they will have to come back since they installed the handle upside down on the storm door. I mean I dont install doors but even I know you push down on a handle not push up and Larson logo was upside down. I will not recommend Window World to friends or family.

The guys were very nice. They cleaned up after themselves really nice. They even had to endure when my son suddenly got sick and threw up everywhere in my livingroom. Poor guys! They were troopers though. And the one let me know he has kids and totally understood. But also, even though it has been so cold, my Windows are not sweating. I wont have mildew to clean up this spring. Thank God. I saw some new Anderson Windows in a home recently and they were all sweating. I felt sorry for the lady of the house. She will be busy cleaning those down the road. Love my windows. Thank you.

Excellent and quick installation. Gave good demonstration of the windows and wall around after the windows were installed.

Overall I am pretty happy with their whole process, they were delayed a little about 3 weeks but it still worked out. The biggest issue as to why I cant give them 5 stars is because I ask many many, many times how the install was going to happen with the windows and never got a striaght answer. Then when they asked what I thought and told them after they finished, I felt the manager pushed it off and said dont worry you got great windows and wanted to get off the phone with me. I agree they are a good window, but I really wish the communication about the install process was much better. There was some things I would have had done different with them installing them but they did do a good job. Today 11/10/2018 due to the 1st colder temp, I did find a fee things that I will have to contact them about. At this point I feel they will take care of it, so will go from this point and see. I got quotes from Hansons, Wallside and Window World before cancelling my quote from Champion.Among the three I did have quoted, Wallside and Window World were similar in price but Window World was triple pane as opposed to Wallside being double pane. Ultimately the price difference ($200-$300 less from Window World) and performance difference (Window World had better insulating factor) made the decision pretty easy even between the two.It took a few months to get my windows made, but it was all installed in a day, for 12 windows. I would gladly recommend Window World to anyone looking for replacement windows.Also, during the winter I checked several times (including in sub zero conditions) and these windows never seemed to cool the air around them. The air was always warm and I would have to touch my knuckles to the glass to even feel the coldness of the outside.

I had finally got new windows from Window World after 47 years. I dont hear anything outside and NO drafts from the wind outside.I highly recommend Window World...

Nice windows and the installation crew was awesome but I had to call the store to see if my windows were ready because there was no communication with us from the day we ordered them.

My experience with Jason from Window World was great. Very informative, really helped us to understand the quality of Window World windows. Very down to earth and easy to understand.

All was excellent till installation. A lot of caulking was missed and some damage to siding. One of the windows had sash measurement issues and did not operate properly from day of installation. Had them installed on 7/6/2017. Had a service call put in for someone to come take a look on 7/12/2017 and its 7/24/2017 with no call back on a solution.

From start to finish the work/job was performed as represented by the estimator. Well Done!

The installation grew showed up on the date that I was told,and called and asked if they could come a little earlier than the 12:00 time I was given. They checked all the openings vs the new window sizes then started ripping out windows.Installed the new windows,insulated,trimed, caulked,cleaned up inside and out and WALA. All done!! Very good job!
