Staff is always courteous. You can be sure you are in the best of hands with these people. Ive had several problems that they dealt with and have been satisfied with their knowledge and application of medicine. This is my first choice to go to when I have an ENT problem. I highly recommend them.

The entire staff was wonderful, they got me in at the last minute after a car accident to fix a very broken nose. Dr. Perry did an excellent job. As a surgical technologist myself it is very difficult to become the patient but everything went very smoothly and I am very pleased with the results.

Ive had a ruptured eardrum for a year and a half. Ive seen multiple doctors and they didnt do much to help me out. I went to this office 1 time and they took care of me very well. My ear is already starting to heal and its only been a few days. I would highly recommend this office as they are kind, considerate, intelligent, respectful, and not overly pricey.

As a young senior citizen, my hearing has been slowly going. I called Toledo Clinic ENT and got in quickly. They found my problem and explained what was going on so I could understand it. Everyone was very friendly and competent, from Kelly to Chelsey, to the receptionist and the exit staff. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The service was good. I went in for hearing loss, they cleaned my ears and then gave me the hearing test. I gave a score of 4 because I havent received information on hearing aid yet.

They were able to get me in very quickly, which I appreciated since had an impacked ear wax and couldnt hear. They were very efficient and gentle in cleaning out the ear. Was very relieved to find out the scab in my nose was just due to extra dry nostrils. I was very happy with my visit.

Kelly was awesome. Good experience except drove in from out of town. 40 min drive. Had to get temperature and gargle outside took a few mins. Receptionist had an attitude said I would have to reschedule appt and mentioned forms I needed to fill out. Was never told to be extra early? Got alittle upset. Kelly had no problem with it though.All worked out.

We saw the nurse practioner and she was very thorough. Hoping to have a good outcome.

I absolutely love this office! The staff are always kind and very accommodating. I entrusted Dr Perry with my sinuplasty and have done very well since then. Had to bring my 5 year old in for surgery- moms worst nightmare. The nurses were fabulous making him comfortable- giving him a bear, asking if he wanted them to leave for a moment, etc. During covid too I wasnt sure if Id have to leave the building etc but with him being a minor I was able to wait in the waiting room and get right back in when he woke up. I hope we dont have to go back to their surgery center, but if we do Ill be far less nervous.

Nice staff. Dr Perry was professional. Downside: waited an hour to see the doctor. It was the end of the day, so thats never a sure bet, but an hour is really too long.

In all honesty, I am beyond impressed with the care I received. Prior to visiting Toledo Clinic ENT I had ongoing ear pain and muffled hearing to the extent I visited an emergency physician who could neither diagnose nor treat the issue. I was referred to Toledo Clinic ENT and I am SO glad to have discovered Kelly Kohler. These people did everything they could to assuage my anxiety because I have severe seasonal allergies and cannot go outside from April to November without allergy shots. I recently moved to Holland, Ohio from Findlay, Ohio and could not go to my allergist I was seeing before anymore. I have not had shots in several months and it is now the end of March! The staff got me in as quick as they could and did my blood testing the same day I got there. I had another appointment tomorrow which is a week after the initial visit. I have confidence that they will have me up and running as quick as possible. I cannot be confined to my house because I am the only driver in my house and my husband has numerous life threatening problems and must see up to 4 doctors per day. Plus my adopted son has to go to work every day.

This is the second ENT doc I went to. He was PHENOMENAL! I felt so confident on his ability from the moment I met him. His staff is a great compliment to him as well.My surgery was a success. While I snore now louder than I did before, I don’t care because I can breathe so much better....with my mouth closed....than ever before.

I only had one visit so far so I will not talk about satisfaction as far as solving my health issue (I have a long way to go) but, as far as being timely with their appointments, not having to wait for a long time, explaining the health problem, what could help and what could make it harder to treat it, I think the doctor was thorough in that matter. I didnt have to wait for a long time to see the doctor. Looking forward to my next visit

Love the people but I took my 90 year old Father there recently and the office is dirty and old. Totally needs a update with no carpet and NOT cloth seats, new paint would help also. For people with Allergies and this is a provider that treats allergies, there should be no carpet. The wait was also way too long, like I said, 90 year old man who is a diabetic, need to work on that process as well.

Totally professional! I had a septoplasty and everything went perfect. I can breath right for the first time in many years. Minimal pain was worth it. Should have done it years ago.

I was having trouble breathing through my nose, so bad I couldn’t use my Cpap that I depend on to keep my sleep apnea in check. Within minutes, Dr. Perry knee just what was wrong and now I am going to get it fixed. He took his time to answer all my questions and his staff was just as attentive! Nice to have that much time and attention spent on you so you thoroughly understand what is wrong and how it can be fixed.

Kelly Kohler was great! I have had laryngitis for 2 months and couldnt figure out the reason. I went to see her and she diagnosed my problem almost right away. She and her staff are very friendly, and I am glad that I went there.

Good and frustrating at the same time!I went here because of chronic sinus issues. I was told I needed surgery. I got the surgery a month later. Usually when someone has surgery the office will call the next day to follow up and see how you are doing, not here. I called with an issue and was told it was normal to have green coming out after surgery. I work in healthcare, green isnt normal. I really wasnt given any post op care instructions after surgery besides 2 pieces of paper with instructions on how to use a Neti Pot and when.They are in a hurry. Need to slow down and talk to the patient. I had a lot of questions that were not answered and had to resort to Dr. Google and YouTube.The surgery went well and I am better than I was. I would recommend this Dr. but there is a lot more this office could do to make the patient comfortable. I felt like I was bothering them every time I called with a question. If someone had explained things I probably would have had a better idea what to expect, whats normal and whats not.

Dr. Perrys ETD procedure has certainly helped with my ear problems. The cracking and popping has diminished and the pressure and fullness is much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Perry and his staff!

I had years of serious sinusitis and other nasal issues and went through several different doctors who didnt have the first clue as to how to treat me. My first visit with the Toledo Clinic ENT I knew I was on the right track. An aggressive treatment strategy, followed by surgery to correct a deviated septum and remove polyps meant I could finally breath and smell again. They also offer allergy treatment via sublingual drops, so for the first time I finally feel like my issues are being treated correctly. If all goes according to plan, my sensitivity will go way down and minimal long-term treatment will be required.Pay no mind to the ridiculous anonymous 1 star reviews, this place is the real deal. If you have issues they will get to the bottom of them and offer you concrete treatment solutions.

Take care of your health don’t go here. Plenty of other ents out there willing to help you with your health.

After years of ear issues while flying, Dr Perry came to my rescue! Pregnant in my first trimester with a cold and a flight coming up, I was a bit panicked at the thought of flying especially not being able to take some of the meds I usually had to while flying. I hated taking the meds and they really didnt guarantee a painless ear in flight anyway. Dr Perry was able to not only fit me in, he took time to look at my ears and assess the situation deciding a procedure would be the best route for me. My flight was THE BEST flight Ive had in years. My ears were open and I didnt experience an ounce of pain!! I was so relieved! Flying with ear pain is so uncomfortable and painful. Im grateful to have been treated by Dr Perry and his wonderful staff! Top notch service, professional yet relatable and I felt so comfortable in his office every step of the way. Thank you, Dr. Perry and staff!!

Terrible!! If I had a do over I would of never of chose these quacks!!! Because of them, every time I eat my nose runs. There answer was ya that happens sometimes and prescribed me some spray. It is awful embarrassing have your nose run at the dinner table!!
