Have been going to Pratt Hearing Aids for many years. I took my mom their and they treated her like Queen Mary. They gave her a hearing level she never had before.When I needed help with my hearing loss Mike took care of me. He fitted me with a pair of hearing aids to try before I made the investment. I am now on my second set. These have Bluetooth and permanent rechargeable batteries that will last the life of the hearing aids.I highly recommend Pratt Hearing Aids.

When it was necessary to replace my hearing aids I returned to Pratt Hearing. The first time I encounter Phonak was the result of research about the product and its advances in technology. When looking for the group that sold Phonak and from reviews and comments it was Mike Pratt and his father. Very kind and patient people interested in educating you to hear the world around you. I would go so far as to suggest that the service and the attention that they have provided to me over the years and they would provide to you as well is like that of friend of neighbor always there to help you.

So many hearing aid “services” talk about care and service when all they really want to do sell hearing aids. Pratt focused on my hearing loss and how best improve it based on how I live and work which can only be done by really getting to know the patient first. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable about product and very pleasant and friendly

I have been using Pratt for years, and just ordered my second set of hearing aids from them. I have been using hearing aids for decades, and got my previous ones in another state through my audiologist. The services Pratt offers are much, much better, and that is why I have returned to them for my new hearing aids. When I got the prior ones through the audiologist, I had no relationship with the actual provider of the hearing aids at all, and when there was a problem, I had to make an appointment with the audiologist, and they would then have to send them back to the manufacturer, and it would take weeks to get them back, and I would have to make another appointment to get them back. This was a big pain. Mike Pratt would always see me on short notice, and could take care of many issues when necessary, which was not often, right in the office. Mike is also extremely knowledgable and informative about the latest technology, and the best options available. I will continue to use Pratt Hearing Aids.
