Casey Fletcher was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me with adjusting my hearing aids so they were just right for me. I highly recommend him.

I brought my father in to see Mrs Adkins a few weeks ago. Very kind and knowledgeable young lady. My father has had hearing aids for years and when we left he said he will never see anyone but her again.He really enjoyed the office. Very Pleasant.

Specialist, [Heather Bean], was very informative of the details concerning the new hearing aid. She conducted an audio and speech test in preparation of the new information for the aid. Heather was very complete in explaining the contents of the higher grade hearing aid. She was also complete in setting up payment dor the aid and the terms involved. Fine experience.

Funny that I pulled up a review and states the say thing I found. They definitely take advantage of you! Several unethical issues going on here. Someone should investigate this place.
