I have needed car repairs in the past and they went nothing like what I received from Calliber. These people are top notch!! From the moment I first called them, to walking in their door, to my closing convos with Jeff.....it was all amazing!!! They constantly kept me in the loop regarding my repairs which was comforting. My car repairs look great and to say the least, I was impressed with them every step of the way.

I worked with kyle. Very professional. Made me feel like i was part of the team. Kept me in the loop on every step of process and any decisions in the process. Car was done way before expected and was cleaned for me prior to pick up. Would definitely be going back. If u go, ask for Kyle.

This is a top notch repair shop. I have dealt with them I the pass and they always go above and beyond to keep their customers updated on the status of the repairs. I have worked with Kyle both times. Kyle is one of the reason I went back the second time. His customer service and concerns for his customer repairs is outstanding. I was kept up to date on the status of my vehicle. If Kyle was not available I would get a call back from the manager with an update. The whole experience was a breeze and certainly exceed my expectations. The manager and the staff at this location make you feel like family they value your business. I would highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed.

Friendly staff and good service. There were a few delays throughout the process due to delayed part delivery however they were excellent in providing updates on what was happening and when my car would be out of the shop. I hopefully will never need to come back here but if my car ever needs repairs, Id definitely stop by here.

Great People. Very positive experience. I had two vehicles there at the same time. Repairs were professionally completed, on time, with no hassle. Manuela was present throughout the process, and available by phone and text for answers to any question or concern. Outstanding repairs. They are top shelf auto repair people.

Another vehicle hit me from behind. I chose Caliber Collision as they are both a certified State Farm repair facility AND a certified Ford repair facility (and probably certified by others as well). I dropped my truck off on a Monday afternoon excepting probably two weeks for the repairs. They texted and called me several times to keep me informed about the repair progress. The following Friday, they called me to let me know my truck was ready! Less than a week! They repaired my truck quickly and did it perfectly.I will return to Caliber Collision for any future body shop needs!

UNFORTUNATELY.. We had to use Caliber Collison in tomball. They are in a profession where they have customers who bring in their car after experiencing a bad day / wreck. Caliber collision was nothing under the best. The front desk always had a smile on their face and always answered the phone quickly if I called. Kyle was our team member in charge of our fix and he communicated every step of the way, even when there were supply issues. Caliber collision did a great job and Im grateful that I got to use a place that put my mind at ease and got the job done. I cant say enough good things about these guys.

Kyle and his crew just finished up fixing rear end damage on my new truck! They did a stunning job with the paint match! They did a great job several years back when someone hit my other truck so I came back and was not disappointed. Thanks guys!

A simple bumper repair turned into a disaster. My vehicle took longer than the three day time frame I was given, and therefore I was stuck with out of pocket car rental insurance costs for eight days. I dropped it off on a Tuesday, early morning and was not able to pick it up until the following Wednesday evening. It was delayed due to it needing to be repainted again per auto shop. One of the initial issues (bumper sticking out) is still an issue. A few days after pick up, it came out again. The paint job looked great for the first two days. Now, the paint has settled/ sunken into the indentations that were not repaired. Perhaps a new bumper would have been a better outlet, but I was told it did not need one. Very disappointing! The customer service was great. Wish that the work would’ve been too.

Own an aluminum body ford. Needed a whole new bed after being rear ended. There were some unexpected delays but Manuela kept me up to date the entire time. There was never a question of where my truck was in the process and even with needing to order a 2nd replacement bed, my truck was only 4 days later than the original estimated completion date. The paint job is as good as it gets and they installed a free bedliner. Their work is topnotch and their employees are fantastic.

Kind staff with professional service. My car recently got rear-ended and needed new paint and a bumper. A normally stressful process was made smooth and painless. Manuela helped me through every step and was very accommodating with my turbulent schedule. They also made using rentals very easy by cooperating with the local Enterprise Rent-a-Car. Overall, I am happy with my car and its service.

I dont even know where to start. from day 1..when i took my car there, they were soo over booked but still took my car in. the manager(dont know his name) assured me that they will take care of my car and he hooked me up with kyle. kyle has been awesome the whole time. kept me updated with the progress of my car. they where very upfront with everything. the most awesome thing is they finished my car 11 days earlier than they estimated. my camry looked brand new after they finished. i cant thank you enough. special shout out to kyle.thanks again guys.

Kyle with Caliber Collision was very professional and would continuously call to keep me updated on status of my vehicle. Not all the damage was noticed at the time the insurance adjuster accessed the damage. Kyle called to let us know additional damage was identified to the undercarriage and submitted to our insurance company and approved, parts ordered. I also received text messages to let me know what stage we were in the process. Our car rental was organized between Caliber Collision and our insurance company, stress free. Caliber Collision made the process easy and gave me a piece of mind. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Tomball.

Although it is NEVER A good thing to have your vehicle in the body shop, this was a AWESOME experience. I normally go to another body shop but that shop sold to other owners, so it was suggested that I go here, to Caliber.. That was a GREAT decision. I had repairs completed back in December and Caliber did an amazing job. Not only was the finished product amazing, the communication along every step of the process was excellent as well. I never had to call for an update.About a week ago, the splash guard they had replaced during the repairs back in December suddenly ripped halfway back and was dragging under my car. I called immediately after it happened and spoke with a young lady who told me that there was nothing they could do because their warranty did not cover parts. I will admit, I was more than a little upset and even called my insurance agency who then called Caliber.Apparently, Pedro (the Manager) heard about this and called me directly. He apologized for the confusion and stated that they always stand my their product and work and asked that I bring my car back in to have it examined. He saw what had happened and not only did they fix the issue, they put me in a rental for the time I needed so that I would not have any issues getting to work, as I work nights.I want to say thanks again to Caliber, and Pedro, for standing behind their work. I hope to never have to go to a body shop again, but should the need arise, you guys will be the ones I call. Thanks!

These are guys are the best! Came in to have a pre buy check for a car that had rust on the frame. They handled me immediately lifted the car and did the inspection. This place is definitely great wish more businesses today where like this...big thank you!

I dropped my car off for a claim covered by insurance. While it was there, I asked them to fix something else under customer pay. I was quoted a price and was notified when my car was ready for pickup that they had purchased and installed another part without approval. There was a 54% increase in the customer pay price.I did not fight the matter and paid the adjusted price. However, as a business owner myself, there is not a single client I have that would tolerate a rate increase of that magnitude without prior discussion. I have therefore lost respect for the shop and will not be returning to any Caliber Collision Centers city wide.

HAD DODGE PU BROUGHT IN TO REPLACE BUMBER & GRILL (ACCIDENT), WORK DONE ON TIME WITH QUALITY PARTS. ALL PEOPLE I HAD DEALINGS WITH WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. I WILL BE GOING BACK FOR ADDITIONAL WORK NEEDED ON REAR QUARTER-PANEL.

My wife had an accident with our 2020 Chevy Trax and was damaged on both front and back bumpers. Caliber collisions took care of the communication with the insurance and had the car ready before the initial estimated due date. The quality of the job by itself is worth 5 stars, like if the accident never happened.

Poor workmanship and lousy communication skills.

I have had work done on a truck in the past from caliber collision and when it was done I couldnt tell the replacement piece from the old piece they are that good. I went to them today to ask for a quote from Dana Nicholson on removing some residue from a couple name badges I took off my truck he took my truck back to the amazing tech named Chase and in like 20-30 minutes from the time I arrived till Chase was done they had me out at no charge and Im extremely grateful and I will go to no other body shop for future work these guys are the best thank you Dana and Chase sincerely,Brad Lewis

I’ve had work done on a few vehicles over the course of many years but this Caliber Collision was by far the best one.I was helped by Jeff Haines on the very first day that I needed help. He was very knowledgeable, polite, honest, and made sure we were satisfied. He had vehicle ready a day before it was promised and completed the job in less than 2 days. My vehicle looked brand new like it was just bought again.I was completely satisfied with this location. All the employees here are friendly and very helpful. Had an AWESOME experience at this Caliber Collision location. I had a lot of places to choose from, but after reading the reviews of this company at this location I decided to take my car there for the repairs from a wreck. This location was out of my way in a big way, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT! Let me start with Mary at the front. She is the kindest person with the best customer service. Always a smile, down to earth and extremely accommodating. Loved her! Customer service is SO rare these days when you actually encounter it, you are overly grateful for it. Now, Matt. I read some great reviews about Matt and he lived up to what everyone was saying and then some. He really went to bat on my repairs to make sure I was completely taken care of and the end result was incredible. My car looks amazing! Matt was so thorough, so friendly and just made the whole experience - that could have been so unpleasant, so great. I couldnt thank Matt enough - excellent customer service, communication and just made sure the job was top notch. I cannot say enough about this place and I know that going forward I will always take the trip over to see them. Their work looks great and has a lifetime warranty. I had repairs done back in September of 2018 due to a accident. Jeff took care of me, he and the rest of the team were friendly and very great at explaining everything. I was expecting to be driving a rental provided through my insurance for at least a couple of weeks. I got my car back looking great within a week of dropping it off. Most recently I had some issues with my windshield wiper fluid not working properly I called Jeff said bring it in I was in and out with everything working in a matter of minutes. I recommend Caliber Collision for their exceptional and speedy but QUALITY SERVICE.

After some initial issues around the timeline committed, the manager stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right. My car is now in excellent shape again. Should I have any issues in the future I would not hesitate to bring my car here for repair.

My car was brought here after Hurricane Harvey due to some water up to the engine. My car was not a total lost, however my insurance company was not going to approve the charge. The employees here went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out during this time. They replaced the parts at no charge to get me back on the road. During a time like this, for them to do that means more a great deal. They have a new customer and will take all my vehicles there going forward.

They work only for the insurance company not in taking care of the car for the customer. Never ever again can trust a big box collision place after 2 horrible experience with this company and their inability to fix the car but mask tape the outside to look pretty while the transmission and dont do all other real work that is needed to run the car.

Caliber Collision is a great place for your painting needs. I had my side scoops for my 2011 Mustang painted there and they did a great job on matching the paint, as though it was factory. I highly recommend them for your auto body and painting needs.
