I work at a shop pretty close to this location, and just about 90% of the orders are wrong and late! Just 20 mins ago I ordered a belt and it’s the wrong size and type! Poor experience almost every time.

No battery terminals. None. Seriously!Why is this store open? Have you ever heard of an auto parts store with no battery terminals in stock?

My truck was profusely bleeding oil on the pavement early one Sunday morning. I researched the most credible auto parts facility on my laptop computer. I concluded, Advance Auto Parts in Tomball was the location to visit. Upon arrival, Stan greeted me with eager dedication. Like a captain, he was able to guide me to the automobile part I so desperately needed. Now, my truck purrs like a kitten. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts in Tomball for your automobile maintenance needs.

Usually get good service. Typically have what you need or they can get it for you. Sometimes have good deals on cleaning products and other things. Im usually in and out in a jiffy.

I have bought two items there.. a radiator and a oil filter. Radiator lasted 8 months had a Crack in it. Oil filter gasket did not seal, started the truck ran about 10 seconds all of the oil leaked out. 25 years of changing my own oil never had this happen... Chinese junk.

The service was the worst I have ever had at any auto parts, I have ever been to....I walked in on sat,17.2015, one of there busiest days, had to wait almost 30 min to get waited on, only ONE person on the counter. I asked for a part for my heater, he looks it up and comes back with the wrong part, Long story short, He was rude ignorant of job, I was still talking to him and he just said next customer, i was so embarrassed, I just left, I would not send my Worst Enemy to ADVANCED AUTO PARTS, In Tomball Texas on 249. I am 66 and expected better form Advanced Auto Parts

Advance Auto has a very bad return policy now. They make it extremely difficult to return a part even if it was still vacuum sealed in its packaging and you bought the wrong one. I had to go to multiple stores to get them to accept the return since I was turned down everywhere else saying that their return policy wouldnt allow it.
