Bad service, today I came to the and was waiting for 10 minutes but no any one help me. There had 2 employees who stand at cashier and they was talking together but no ask me any thing

Went looking for something their website claimed they carried. Of course they didnt have any in stock...which happens. The staff was dismissive at best! I called later to order the products and was immediacy put on hold without anyone returning to the line. This happened TWICE!!! I will NEVER shop at this location. I ordered what I needed from another company online, and even it it costs me more....it was WORTH IT !🤬 WORST RETAIL PARTS STORE in Tomball/Magnolia/Woodlands area....and I have shopped them all

Got a oil filter, filter wrench, and oil for a good price. Seen the NAPA platinum filters cut open and compared to others, there is almost no comparison in build quality as these are worth the extra 2$ to ensure proper oil filtration. Went ahead and splurged on Purple oil as well for my new motorcycle, gotta keep it running till its finally paid off right? ; )

Holy hell! They did magic and made it possible! Two employees worked together to track down this difficult part that’s been a thorn in my in-laws sides. It took less than hour, and long story short, I’ll be picking the part up tomorrow! 😃 thanks guys!

Very friendly staff and got what I needed

Not going to pay 9.99 for a quart of oil. Bought 6 quarts of the same Pennzoil Platinum at Walmart for less than 32.00.

They may not know everything about every make & model of millions of vehicles, but do You ?? Do you even know everything about your own car ?

This store won’t pick up the phone. I called 3 separate times in a row and was left on hold for 10 minutes until they just hang up. Seems they’re running understaffed. When they do answer it’s an immediate “hold please” then back on hold. After 10 mins your call will disconnect. When I call Oreilly they always answer

The staff is helpful and friendly. A couple weeks ago I needed a new car battery, the tech at the register swapped it out for me without hesitation.Todays visit was for refrigerant oil for my a/c as well as some r134a refrigerant. They helped make sure I used the correct oil.

Customer service is not good hard to find things in store and they oder the wrong parts or give you wrong parts and try to sell stuff to you that you dont want or use

Ordered online for pickup at the store. They also carried my items to my car.

Really nice and clean . Well stocked but the store is small . The parts counter help tried for about 30 minutes to find the part I needed with no part available . ☆☆☆☆☆

Beyond 5 stars. Kevin and Steve went above and beyond assisting my husband and I as we were moving our daughter from spring to Austin. Because of these two amazing men, my faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you to this store for having employees like them.

Great service good products

I shop here first. Always reliable. 1 complaint I have is that if I need a part from warehouse, they shouldnt expect me to drive and pay first. That loses buissiness. And dont ever give the excuses of well we need the money to order part because some folks order and dont pick up. And Im a regular. I like the quality of the product there but I cant drive a broken vehicle to pay for a part for tomorrow.

Love this place, Steve is great. I can get most things here cheaper than I can from other suppliers, and usually cheaper than the internet. Everyone here actually works on or has worked on cars and knows what they are talking about. They dont just enter year, make, and model for you, they know part numbers and part names usually without the computer or a book. I have brought parts from things like welders and homemade trailers, knowing that they could not find them on the computer or in a book. They measure and look up part numbers and can almost always find the part for me. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Walked into empty store,3 people answering phone call after phone call,finally got waited on, handed man the pressure switch I needed.He tried to cross reference part#,could not find and sent me out,NO EFFORT AT ALL.I went to o Reillys a and a young lady asked if she could help before the door closed,handed her the part,she looked at computer and asked her lady manager,they walked to the back and handed me part#BWD S383.I thanked them handed them my money and left happy.I am a 63 year old mechanic and maintain my cars myself.I was extremely disappointed.with the lack of effort by Napa and will not be there again after many times going to you first. I will never enter that store again.Go Chase Elliott !

Don’t bother with this place. Showed up 5 minutes before they closed and the employee locked the door in my face, walked in the back and turned the lights off. Nice service

Steve and kevin were very helpfull! I went to oreily 4 times and autozone twice in tomball and got the wrong part each time from them. I finally tried napa and they actually knew what they were doing and got me the serpentine belt i needed. From now on thats where ill be going for my autoparts and will let everyone know that they are wasting there time if they arent goin to these guys. Oreily and autozone dont know what the hell there doing! Thanks kevin and steve, my cars up and runnin

If I could put a zero I would. I placed my order online and was told I could pick up the item in two days. When I went to pick up the item on the day I was told it would be ready they had already sold it to someone else. Then they informed me they can no longer order that item. 🤬

Your website says your Napa auto parts is open till 8pm. Not cool!

I have been coming to this Napa in Tomball for over 5 years and I can say that they are very constant at one thing. Bad Customer Service! I have never had a positive experience with any of the employees at this Napa.

Terrible service!!! There where probably 4 countermen and I nearly had to jump up and down to get their attention, mind you I was the only one in the store. Then when I finally did get their attention they brushed me off and gave me bogus instructions where to find what I was looking for. When I knew for a fact the part I needed required a search by vehicle. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the other parts supplier!!!!
