While waiting in line to get a part that showed in stock, I observed the staff here being very condescending to others. Then when I had them look up my part they said it wasn’t there. I had them show me the screen and it wasn’t the right part. When they finally found the right part, it showed in stock, but then apparently it wasn’t on the shelf. I understand these things happen, but I actually believe the guy was lying and just didn’t want to give me the part because I proved him wrong that he was looking at the wrong part. I mostly didn’t appreciate how they were talking down to other customers.

Jerry was very helpful when I went in the other day. My check engine light went off and it no time to figure out that my mass air intake sensor, and air intake hose were in need of a replacement, Jerry had no time finding the sensor but due to my car make and model I had to go to the dealership for the air intake hose. I highly recommend that you go to Jerry for any of your automotive part needs.

I came in to find a tool to fix my valve stem and get some wiper blades. Jerry helped me fix the valve stem and he helped me find the correct wiper blades and even changed them for me. I really appreciate the great service, thank you!

Giving me printouts of what oil filter and oil is not what I needed instead of being lazy let me know if you have it or not that’s what inventory is for and that’s why we use computers.. walked out and went to oreillys where those guys didn’t have a problem selling me what I needed without sending me to go look for the stuff myself when y’all didn’t even have them! Cross the street and get better service guarantee

Auto Zone has kept my automobile records perfectly since 1994. Thats when my father no longer took care of my auto NEEDS. They come in 2and place to my Daddy. That puts Auto Zone up there with the GREATEST MEN taken care of the important things.

Auto zone in Tomball has the worst service ever. Dont ever go to buy and checkout. This is been going on for years. Sorry management. Just go across the street to OReilly. In and out everytime.

Called to get a referral for a mechanic in my area and spoke to Howard Edwards. He is the kindest most helpful man. He is patient and really took time to listen to me. There are good people out there yet in this world. Hard to find but he is one of them. Bought battery from them last year. Such a kind and helpful place. Wonderful doing business here.

This is the only place I go. The staff always offer to come out and install whatever I need on my car. They have changed my windshield wipers and even offered to change my battery. Great people, great customer service.

My step mom had an issue with her vehicle, so she stopped by this auto zone. They diagnosed the issue and offered to help with this simple exchange of parts. Well nothing is ever simple, the young man had a bit of a tight squeeze removing the screws but he never quit. A very determined young man! Well needless to say he got it done and got mom back to normal. So thank you Auto Zone!

If you want to buy a steering wheel cover or seat cover go to Auto Zone. If you are in real need for car parts go to Oriellys. Every time I mess with Auto Zone I get burned.

Friendly and helpful staff. They do get busy though and it gets a little slow, but they are being helpful to other people just like they will be to you, so relax.

This location is very fast. But if ur looking to speak spanish here,u might want to go about 20 miles towards town (Houston)!. But they have always been friendly and they even Smile. Ive been here about 20 times. And their is an O Rilleys right across the street, however I chose Auto Zone!!

I’m not a car guy at all, but thought I could fix my own breaklight. Nope. Dropped the bulb and got it stuck. So Mario, the person behind the counter came out and took off my break light, replaced it, told me I should probably fix my other lights soon. It took 5 minutes and I couldn’t happier. My son and I showed up at 9:30 to buy a truck battery and they were closing at 10:00. Those wonderful people went to install the battery and noticed that my sons battery could be under warranty. They took old one out brought them both inside and gave me a full refund. Under warranty. No wonder my husband loves them. I appreciate the help without complaining. I didn’t have to panic about installing they did it all. I know they were tired after a long day but they still gave awesome customer service. Thank you for saving a mother and son in distress.

Had a great experience at the AutoZone in Tomball, TX. My cars right brake light was not working. And not only did the guy there help me with quick service. He also went outside on a rainy day and installed my new brake light for me. I was and am very grateful for him going the extra mile. Will always be thankful.

Customer service is poor.. not to the discredit of the employees though. This store is just always so busy the staff cant keep up.

I came into Autozone today and wasn’t greeted with a big smile and a how ya doing by Butch the store Manager. I asked if Butch was off and was told by the lady Marisa that Butch left the company. Every time I walked in Butch made me feel like an old friend. He’s an awesome manager. Why do businesses always do this? The good ones who develop loyalty and trust in customers always go someplace else.

This is probably the BEST autozone in the world. I received amazing customer service, like above and beyond! Joseph helped me out this morning and he was very informative and helpful. He explained everything to me and actually showed me how to work through the problem I was having with my vehicle. I left with tons of information and notes for my mechanic. I know he didn’t have to take the time he took to help me especially with it being bitterly cold outside and very early in the morning. I’m am extremely grateful and will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Ive been coming to this store for 17 years. They have saved me money over and over and helped guide me to successfully repair my vehicles of all makes and models. I cannot remember a bad experience. I expect I had one, but who wouldnt in 17 years? I appreciate their consistency for almost 2 decades and am glad they are reasonably close to my home. Thank you, AutoZone.

What can I say. This is one of the busiest auto parts stores. Maybe not always full of customers but a steady stream of people in and out. They are very friendly and will help you troubleshoot your car. Any questions can usually be answered and if they have the part they will sell it to you. They will even run free diagnostics on your car.(the handheld computer that attaches to the diagnostic port under the steering wheel) I have always found them to be quite friendly and knowledgable. Quite a few times there can be minute or two wait to get service but they work with you until you are finished and happy.

Conveniently located right across the street from OReilley Auto Parts, which is perfect considering that Auto Zone is such a better experience. They almost always have everything I need in stock and ready to go and a staff that is knowledgeable about where items are located in the store and what parts are compatible with my car. When they dont have something in stock (usually because I bought all of it), they have a quick knowledge of when the next shipment will arrive and it is always accurate. Thanks guys for being awesome!

Had me standing for 7min to get started on to just to recharge my battery and i literally left the store. Because i waited 1 HOUR!! so i left and by the time i was back maybe 1-2 hours IT STILL WASNT CHARGED BECAUSE ANOTHER BATTERY WAS MORE IMPORTANT?!

I needed a bulb for my back break light on my Lincoln I thought I needed to purchase one from the store but I had an extra one in my car and the gentleman was very polite and he installed it with no hesitation...... now that’s great customer service

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, and was very impressed with the service. Every associate near the front door welcomed me in, and I immediately was asked if I needed help. Completely opposite from the lack of customer service across the street at O’Reilly’s. This store has turned me in to an Autozone customer moving forward!
