I was very pleased with my first experience with Accurate Auto. They came recommended by a trusted friend so I decided to get my vehicle looked at by them when it began making a noise. I was offered a complementary ride home while they checked it out and another ride back up to pick my car up. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that while my vehicle will need a part replaced in the future, I was told it was not urgent and could wait. I appreciated the honesty so much! In addition to their honesty, I was not charged for the diagnosis since it was fairly simple. I will be returning to get my vehicle serviced and repaired. Highly recommend.

My car needed lots of work. Loud noises and all. I received very friendly and helpful service. They walked me through the process and then I received a very detailed report of what needed to be done ( listing all fees). The work was separate out as to what needs to be done first and what could wait. Money is tight and this really helped. I would 100% recommend them.

I have taken my vehicle to Accurate Auto for several years now. Every single time I have been there, I have been beyond satisfied with their work. Every employee I have encountered there is well-mannered, respectful, and knowledgeable. Ive needed everything from oil changes to major repairs. On my most recent trip I was referred to a transmission specialist because they wanted to make sure that I received the best care possible for the situation I was in. Unfortunately, my vehicle is unable to be saved without a completely rebuilt transmission, but Im grateful for the care I received at that shop as well (Browns Auto Repair). I appreciate being able to fully trust Accurate Auto and will continue to use them with my future vehicle.

Had a nearby competitor quote over $1200 of needed service, some that sounded suspicious based on past repairs theyd already performed. Accurate did a thorough inspection, and half the repairs were unneeded. I trust their honesty and integrity, and the work was done the same day. I can enthusiastically recommend them based on the work theyve done for me.

Very unhappy, they wanted to mark the retail price of the parts up by 3X or more. Markup is normal, I would have paid even double retail but 3X the full retail price is excessive by far. On my car to change part A you have to remove A and B and C, they wanted to charge the full labor time for each item when C takes only a fraction of the book labor time because you already have A and B out of the way. This was my first time back in a couple years after they wanted to charge $1800 to fix my door locks. I declined to repair it and I retrieved the vehicle after paying $85 diagnostic fee. The locks were repaired for $11 by changing the relay. I wonder how many people have paid hundreds and thousands for simple repairs because they trust and don’t know any better? Back in 2010-2015 I used this shop and had good work done at expensive but tolerable prices. Will not be going back again after the last two experiences.

Brought my Nissan Titan xd diesel in for a check engine light diagnostic. They thoroughly looked at the vehicle and found it was a sensor that was unplugged. They drove the vehicle before and after to make sure the light would not come back on. Also the constant communication was very appreciated!

Alternator replacement and inspection. They are honest and they do quality work. My vehicle was leaking oil, they informed me that the oil pan was replaced incorrectly, so the corrected the issue. I appreciate there honesty. I will definitely go back.

In addition to the requested oil change and state inspection, he promptly informed me of some additional problems discovered in the digital multi-point inspection and provided pictures. After I agreed to the repair work, his mechanic(s) had my truck ready for pickup slightly after lunchtime the next day. A top tier experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be back.

I’m high risk for Covid and have put off vehicle maintenance for months. James assured me they understood my concerns. He offered pick up & delivery, said they would sanitize surfaces. This morning, I brought my wife’s car in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. My appointment was perfect. I went home and mailed in my paperwork for the registration. As I did, I saw that I had two copies of the paperwork. I thought the DMV was being helpful in case I misplaced one. It turned out that the second copy was for my car, not hers. I am back here today for an oil change and inspection on my car. This shop is so good that I’m a repeat customer on the same day. This appointment went perfectly as well.

I use Accurate Auto Center regularly for oil changes and vehicle repairs. Last week I went to get my oil changed, annual vehicle inspection, and windshield wipers replaced. After I picked up my vehicle I noticed that the windshield had a large crack on it propagating from the wiper blades. I showed the store manager and he immediately apologized and said hed take care of it. He called a local auto glass repair shop for me and paid for my windshield replacement. I understand that accidents happen and I appreciate that Accurate Auto Center took responsibility and worked to fix the mistake.

My service experience with Accurate Auto was fabulous. Went in for state inspection. The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, explained everything, even provided me with step-by-step updates which included pictures of any issues that may need addressing. They provided me with a nice place to wait with a top-notch coffee bar (always a plus)!While there, I asked for a quote on 60k tune up. They gave me a couple of options and provided me with solid information. I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend them to my friends, family and neighbors.One more plus....They are a local, family-owned business! 👍

Great experience Not one complaint installed tires and a alignment. Service technician was very helpful and informative about the alignment. Have to say my truck has never driven as straight as it does currently and my tires aren’t wearing out in the outside. Glad I found this place the previous shop I have been going to told me it’s normal for my style of truck to do that. ( they don’t). Like I said before they took the time to explain the process of the right way to do a alignment. Definitely will be coming back.2006 Chevrolet 2500HD 6.6L. Duramax.

Car had been running perfectly fine. While driving home from oil change my car started acting strange and the check engine light came on.Tuesday 12/17/19 - Took my car back at lunchtime and asked if they could figure out why my check engine light came on. They did not call me once that day to update me on the vehicle, so I went after work and asked. The person working the desk said that my check engine light and the issues I was having with my car were unrelated and that is all the info he could give me.Wednesday 12/18/19 - Check engine light still on so I bring back to Accurate at 7am. End of the workday comes around and I still have received no phone call or update. Walk in and they tell me that my car is fine, good to go. When I walk out I realize the car hasnt moved from where I parked it and the check engine light is still on. From all visible signs, they did not even look at the car.Thursday 12/19/19 - Take my car in to one of their competitors that is near by. They come to the conclusion that my car needs $2,798.00 in repairs, my vehicle will not be done until late on Friday.The whole reason for the oil change in the first place was because I am driving across country to go home for Christmas. So because of Accurate Auto, I will be missing my family Christmas party on Saturday 12/21 and I will be paying $2,798 for repairs that they likely caused during a routine oil change.This level of incompetence is unprecedented in my lifetime. Simply unacceptable, possibly even criminal. Had I tried to make my cross country drive on their word that my car was good to go, I perhaps would not be alive to write this review.I work in an office building very close to their place of business. My coworkers and I were taking our cars their out of convenience. Safe to say no one will ever take their cars there again and that I will be telling every person with ears to listen to avoid Accurate Auto at all costs. If they cannot provide a simple oil change without ruining your entire week and possibly your Christmas, then I dont think anyone should trust them with any repairs at all. On the same road, no less than a mile from them, is about four other places that you can take your vehicle for repairs. Please do yourself a favor and go to one of those instead!

When i hear the horror stories other people have with their car repair, i always recommend Accurate where i know i will get the excellent care at reasonable prices that i have come to expect over the years. Cyndi the owner always makes everyone feel like family. The two front desk guys (James and Sam) are very knowledgeable and always are very good at explaining to us common folk what needs to be done as well any other recommendations they may find when they do a complete check on the cars each visit. And lets not forget the mechanics who do the work correctly the first time. I am always pleased with the service, friendliness, and repairs and plan on continuing using Accurate in the future.

I was feeling a vibration when applying my brakes...took my truck to Accurate Auto and they quickly determined that my front brakes had warped (factory installed). Sam and James were able to get her me a great price on my new replacement brakes and saved me $130. Great service!

Do not use this shop. Took my wife’s 2017 Lexus for an inspection sticker and oil change last month. She had to take it to work in clear lake on 9/19, during the tropical storm. On way back the oil light came on! Due to flooding, she was diverted into Houston, where the engine starts knocking! My wife pulls over, checks the oil which is gone! At this point we call AAC and Cindy, the owner tows the truck back to her shop.It gets better. Cindy agrees to preform no work on the car. We agreed that we would have it delivered to Lexus the next day. That next day, Friday before they opened, the manager takes it upon himself to lift the vehicle and add oil completely against our wishes! Cindy suggests to us, in writing, that she was heavily medicated and did not recall the conversation from the night before, which we still have it texts! So, they damaged my new, low mileage Lexus and tried to cover it up with their “40 years experience”. To add salt, the manager who performed the cover up, Mark, drives the car to Lexus that Friday where it sits today. Lexus has now identified extensive engine damage and recommends a complete replacement of the motor. Their insurance has denied our claim, suggesting that my wife’s driving caused the damage, not the shops negligence. They broke the gasket around the oil drain which allowed the oil to spill out. They will not cover the $18,000 engine and I am now calling lawyers and my insurance to step in.This shop is negligent and incompetent. They destroyed our two year old luxury car, with their failure to perform a simple oil change. They brag about their 40 years of experience, but can’t even do a simple oil change, then they use that experience to attempt to cover up their malpractice! Avoid this shop at all costs. Do not trust them. They are endangering people’s lives with the complete incompetence. Drive and extra mile and take your cars to a reputable shop. This place sucks!

I was referred here over a month ago when I had let some overdue maintenance cause more of an issue that it should of been. They were so nice and courteous when I walked in and took very good care of me! Did I mention I was moving all in the same weekend—they were very understanding and the fee was reasonable! This is my one stop shop for my car now and I’ll be back when my car inspection is due. They send you email updates when your car is up for recommended maintenance and they always greet you with a smile!

I began using Accurate Auto Center a few years back after they were referred by a trusted coworker. Although it is never fun to pay for expensive car repairs, I have always felt the folks at Accurate have been fair and honest. Ive had one occasion where a part (brakes) apparently failed while under warranty and Accurate readily agreed they were bad and replaced without issue. This pleasantly surprising as I have always been skeptical about businesses honoring their warranty. Accurate also provides a shuttle service, which is very convenient!

Went to accurate because my car would start running rough sometimes random. By far the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a repair shop. Their price was fantastic too; I was preparing myself for a $1000 repair cost and was ecstatic when it came back less than $300! I get all of my car service done here now.
