Dont go here if youre in a hurry. They tell you it will be 45 minutes...turned into 2 hours and 15 minutes for a simple oil change. They also left my backseat a mess looking for the wheel lock.

Not very courteous. Stood in line for several minutes and 2 service writers never made eye contact. Went to a competitor across the street and got great service.

I had a 4-tire install and alignment done at another NTB location closer to my house and they installed the tires fine, but their alignment messed up my steering feel. When I took it back to the other NTB location, they couldnt find a problem and asked me to get a 2nd opinion elsewhere. So I called up this NTB location on 2920 which is a little farther away from house, and the sales associate Shain Knowles was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the problem I was describing. He welcomed me when I brought in my vehicle to see if they could correct what the other NTB location got wrong. Shain and the technician found the issue right away which was poorly performed alignment by the other NTB location. They ensured the alignment repair was done properly and they did it in a timely manner. I will avoid the NTB that was closer to my house from now on and will only bring my vehicle to this 2920 Tomball NTB location. They did an excellent job, and I value their friendliness and expertise.

Nice man and he gave us the best options for our tires, although I felt a little bit pushy, but everything went well, I hope the tires too.

I came here and asked to get an oil change and tire rotation for my company vehicle. I left the vehicle in their hands and had told them to call me once they were done. They called me and told me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I had a surprise charge for a tire they replaced on the truck without my consent. I asked about the tire in question and the associate showed me the low tread tire. The sad part is that I had came here two weeks ago for my work truck to get a tire replaced because the damage was visible and you would think they would check all the tires that need to be replaced. Whats really infuriating is the fact they didnt bother calling me letting me know they were going to replace the tire. If it were my personal vehicle, I would of been livid if they charged me for something I didnt ask to get replaced. If you have a company vehicle with a fleet account I recommend to take your vehicle to another NTB location because this one will do things without your consent.

Great service. I have a lifetime tire rotation with ntb on 3 of my 4 tires. They honored all 4 & didn’t charge me to balance even though I didn’t have lifetime balancing. They got me back on the road in under an hour at no charge!

All three of the gentlemen and the lovely lady that were there on 11/24 were absolutely amazing. I brought my dads car in because he passed away. There were a few nails in the tire. They took the time to patch in and point out some things Ill need to fix once we get it to where I live. They werent pushy like most and genuinely cared. Told us they were sorry for our loss and wished us safe travels. Amazingly wonderful people you have there! Made a very difficult week a little brighter! Thank you all for your kindness!!

My wife had low tire pressure, stopped to see if they could check them. There was no line, the person at the counter ignored her even after she asked if he could help her twice. I was on the phone with her and heard her ask twice. This was on 10/28 around 12.30, worker was 50ish, grey hair and hat on (what a jerk right?). My wife went around the corner to Discount Tire and even though they were busy, they resolved the issue in 20 minutes.Consumers dont waste your time with this place.NTB dont refer me to your website to complete a form for you unless you planning on paying me for my time and feedback.

Took them two and a half hours to replace a headlight, taillight, and do an oil change. Then, I had to ask my boss to leave work (Im a pizza delivery guy for Papa Johns) so I could drive back there because they forgot to screw my damn taillight back in. They took too long to not do a job correctly. If you care at all about your car and time, take your business somewhere else.

Such a great establishment! The employees here really care about what is best for the customer and are genuine in their diagnosis. Cary helped me so much throughout the process and gave me great advice on how to handle the situation I was in. Daniel was also very helpful, and their Supervisor Shane was such a great help as well. I appreciate everything they have done for me and they will continue to get my business!

Staff are super friendly and seem to he pretty knowledgeable. Service is always fast. Ive had one or two small things overlooked but so far nothing major as of yet.

Cary is a delight to work with he has exceptional customer service skills. My vehicle has always been ready in the time frame provided. Anthony recently worked on my vehicle and is an excellent mechanic. Anthony is also a very valuable asset to this store.

Just had my camper trailer inspected this morning. Great team at the counter and the technician got me through the process in good time. Lots of space to park you rig too so highly recommended in you need your inspection or other services on a truck and trailer.

Stopped by today for a simple alignment check... left with full alignment done all in less than 30 minutes. These guys made my day! Thanks for the good experience and awesome customer service. They genuinely care about their customers. Would strongly recommend them!

I discovered a slow leak and needed to either patch my existing tire or get a new one altogether. I had my 4 year old with me and knew it wouldnt be much fun for her. Boy was I wrong. She loved the staff and watched cartoons and played while we wait. Not only were they able to salvage my tire, saving me $$$, but their customer service will definitely make me a repeat customer!!!

My appointment was at 1:30 p.m and I arrived 15 minutes early for an oil change. I left the building after 4:00 p.m. !! With two of my lug nut caps chrome tops broken off. The only reason I gave you three stars is that an older gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Very Friendly and Great Customer Service. For twice now they have fixed a couple of my minor issues (skid plate hanging loose, oil leaking due to a stipped off screw) for no cost. The waiting area is clean and very spacious. Their standard oil change with tire rotation is only 19.99 (24 with taxes and disposal). So far very pleased with their service.

Been there twice. One was a great experience. The other was mediocre. I think Ill stick to the Midas off Sawdust.

We took our daughters Fiat to this location to install 2 rear tires we ordered and had delivered there. It took several hours to get them installed. Once completed I checked the pressures, they were both at 80psi+ (more than the gauge would read). The recommended pressure is 30psi and the max is 50psi. Now Im concerned that they may have damaged the tires.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Talked to an employee Sat. They did not have the tires I wanted so after getting out the door pricing, I made an appointment for Monday giving them time to get the tires from another location. Showed up Monday, no tires, no appointment in the system and an employee who was going to give me a better tire for the same price, which was SURPRISINGLY not the same price as quoted. 150 more. Then instead he found me a comparable tire, not a better tire. So, longer story short, employee refused to take any responsibility for the store making a mistake and tires not being there. He bottom line asked me what I wanted to do because he did not have time for me. SO I AM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE NEVER TO RETURN AGAIN. Word to the wise...NEVER tell a customer you dont have time for them even if you dont.

Cash for discount? I went to get my cars alignment done the sales person Matt and I went to look at the car. I told him I had tie rods replaced he told me that it would be 125 dollars because I had my tie rods replaced at a different shop but he could do it himself for 60 dollars cash no receipt. I said I only had a debit card and he told me that the Race Way next door has a ATM. I told him no and left. I have used NTB for tires and alignments for all 4 of my familys cars for over 10 years I always get 5 year alignments and just purchasing this 5th car for my 16 year old daughter you lost a tire sale that we never got to and my business.

No one in the front office for several minutes. I finally went in the back shop to get someone and the guy that came up front to help was rude. Hopefully this is not an everyday thing. Either way, they lost my business.The restroom was nasty, no toilet paper or paper towels.I just decided to go across the street Discount Tires! They came right out and was friendly and prices were great!

I have a transmission leak and was on my way to my transmission shop to handle the leak. I know I have a leak. I know I am low on transmission fluid. When I turn left, I cant change gears (automatic) because it gets hung. At any rate, I stop here first for an oil change (which I should not have done during to a poor experience at another location, but... well... mistakes). A fellow who claimed he checked my fluids said I was good. I stopped dead in my tracks and said, oh? What about my transmission fluid? To which he replied, maam, i PERSONALLY checked it. It is fine. To which I replied, it wasnt low or anything, eh? To which he chuckled and said, No. I checked it. So, I am not sure what he thought was the transmission fluid.... because when I got to my transmission shop, they had to put in over a quart to get it back to level (free, mind you. I have a warranty with them). So they apparently lie or dont know where fluids are to check them.The man behind the counter was amazing. I wish I could write a review about him alone. Unfortunately, he wasnt the one handling my vehicle and checking the fluids. Had he been, I am sure he would have actually checked them.

Had another place cross thread a lug nut, I ended up having to break the lug off (to do a brake job the car was due for), so I went here to have the stud replaced. They charged me the correct time etc for replacement and I brought my own stud to make sure it was an OEM match that was being put in. After, the next day I am heading to work and get on the highway, I notice a vibration along with a gritty whirling sound, which to me meant wheel bearing. I brought it here because I do not have a press to remove the bearing from the wheel hub, and I was thinking that maybe they damaged the bearing when they pressed it out to remove the hub to get to the stud, something you have to do on my car to get access to the studs.I get home and decide to look it over, so I remove the wheel and brake rotor so I can feel the hub and see if it has play or if it is rough etc etc. When I remove the rotor, I can see that the brake dust shield is really bent in, and having just done the brake job I knew it was not like this before, so I look around the back side of the hub and see that they did NOT remove the hub to change the stud, rather, they left it mounted, beat the heck out of the stud and dust shield to remove the stud, I could see very large marring on and around the hub where they had to force the stud out. For those that dont know, doing this can damage the wheel bearing as you are beating on the hub with a large hammer trying to force out the pressed in stud, if I was going to risk damaging the wheel bearing I would have done that at home and saved the money. It also means that when they put the new stud in they never fully pressed it in and depended on over tightening the lug nut to try and pull it through and try to get it to seat, this is amateur work right here.After seeing this I was pretty upset, I paid for proper work and got a hack job, but that was not the end of it. When I had the stud changed I also had an order of new tires shipped to them from TireRack, which they installed and balanced, when I reached to get the tire to put back on, what do I see? The tire is counter balanced!! They were so lazy putting the new tires on that they did not remove the old weights and just put new weights on the opposite side of the old weights!! That is not just a hack job, that is just plain lazy. After seeing this I removed all the other wheels and found two more wheels like this, that means they were also not using the road force balancing properly either, as they did no force matching etc etc, either these people have never worked on a car before, or they do not care about their work.

Overall good experience, quick and timely, was about to call animal control though when this f****** huge rat waltzed into the lobby, then i realized it was an employee, they get four stars for training the rat to work, wouldve gotten five if it did tricks.

We purchased our tires from NTB. Brought the car in for a slow leak and rotate and balance. We also decided to do an alignment. We were told two hours at the most . After a two hour wait they said the balancing was done, but had not even begun the alignment. We had to leave and when my husband checked our tires at home THEY HAD NOT EVEN DONE THE ALIGNMENT! Not happy. Immediately called to speak to a manager and we were given the run around. Needless to say I will not be purchasing any more tires from NTB.

Service is very slow. Stood in the front office for 45 minutes only to go outside to the bays to find someone to tell me it was going to take them almost 2 hours to complete 15 minutes of work. All I wanted was an oil change. There wasnt a wait either I can first thing in the morning. I have been going to this location for 3 years and service used to be horrible l. Things have improved since them but it seems like they are going back to the same horrible service. Will Not Return or trust with any of my vehicles.

My husband took my car in for an oil change and some how NTB employees managed to damage the heating/cooling system (the pipe freezes and nothing but cold air comes out). So now while its freezing outside my vehicle has no heat or defrost. Now my vehicle is a hazard and my children cant even getbin the car because its freezing. Upon taking the car back they said oh well its just freezing the pipes, keep driving itll defrost... Lucky methat didnt work at all!

Cheapest place I found for tires and roadhazzzard warranty balancing. Must double check them using the right wheel weights though they stick any but the right ones on. And way over charge for regular standard service work . Basically I just buy tires there

They Didn’t top off the coolant, left filter loose, she had to ask to top off wiper fluid. They Didn’t rotate tires saying they didn’t need to but they did......as a result the vehicle started leaking oil and caused a great distress. Not to mention the mileage was the same as the previous oil change which is clearly incorrect. Greatly disatisfied.

Makin an appointment here is pointless. Had an appointment at 1 pm to get an oil change and tire totarota with removing a nail. I showed up 15 min early. They did not start working on my vehicle till 1:45. They finished at 2:30. I just noticed the nail still in the same tire. So they did not rotate my tires or fix the nail. Why make an appointment??? Why should I go back back ?? I will be going to the one down 2920 near Kuykendahl from now on.

Got a wheel alignment here. They provided great service and my car was ready on time. Price was exactly as quoted over the phone before I had arrived.

Used to be a fan. But now.. I have lost faith in this NTB store. Booked an appointment online for a full synthetic oil change. NTB had a $10 off promotion going on for the oil change. I drop my car off. Come back later to pick it up and the paper work says they gave me a HIGH MILEAGE BLEND oil.. not a FULL synthetic like I had ordered. Now the incorrect oil is in my car. They didnt even honor the $10 off promotion that is their own damn coupon from their own website. When I asked why they did this, the mechanic couldnt answer my question. He told me everyone else is on break so I need to come back later. Really? What business, anywhere in the world, does the entire staff go on break at the same time? NTB, thats where. Not having someone there at all times to answer questions, forcing the customer to do all the work and come back later, is highly unprofessional in my opinion. Not to mention, putting the wrong damn oil in someones vehicle.. even more unprofessional. I used to come here for all of my oil changes, all of my tire changes, brakes, everything.. but never again will I step foot in there. Ridiculous.

Slow, over priced after all the hidden/extra fees. Tires were to be 80 each yet paid 320[+] dollars. All I took them were two wheels already off the vehicle. Not proud to be duped... never the less Ive learned from this.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have given them 3 attempts to get my business and they have either not.performed what they were suppose to do. Just now I left without them doing the oil change and tire rotation as they took vehicles that got there after me and serviced them first. Another time, they left greasy fingerprints on my wifes car and didnt tighten the drain plug all the way. Tried speaking with the manager about it and he didnt care. Just like he didnt care when I just walked out without him getting my business after a little over an hour wait.

Guys were super friendly and helpful, Rick was an awesome dude, I had problems with my front end due to me breaking ball joint on right side. They showed me that due to a bad lift kit instalation they couldnt align my tires properly so they didnt charge me a dime. I know any other place woukd have billed me and probably not even told me what was going on. Ill be going here from now on !!!!!

If people are regular customers here they must be content with poor service and quality. Took my wifes car to get oil changed and took almost 2 hours to do so with only one other person getting their car fixed as well. the total came out to 63 for just a oil change for a kia forte. My oil change cost only 46 dollars at Kwik Kar in tomball and I drive a ford F150. They also broke the key for the lock on her tires. they are the worst place in Tomball to go Its a surprise they are still open for all of these years. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

I have always gone to NTB for my 3 trucks oil change, One time they wouldnt give me the 19.99$ Oil change, So quit going, Well got another couple 19.99$4$ to get rid of each oil container?Ended up costing me almost 30$

My truck was taken in by my husband to get an alignment. Im now missing 2 of my wheel covers and my tuck is more out of alignment than when he took it in. Costomer service was also an issue as no one wanted to fix the problem. Only wanted to fight with my husband. I hope this place gets shut down!!!

I had a 9 am appointment for an oil change on a Wed. and Im still here because they dont have the right oil filter (chrysler mini van)....its 11 o clock now .....2 hours for a 15 min task.....going to dealership for now on.while waiting customer came in because he got oil change the day before and its leaking puddles of oil.hassle hassle hassle is this place!

I serviced both my cars at this location. My son went in for an oil change with an appointment it took two hours and 15 minutes.

Waste of time!!!! Tried to get a tire out on during my lunch break, parked my truck exactly where the guy told me to, came back from eating and they hadnt even touched my tire because he said I needed to move. Very RUDE!!!!

They seemed to have my wheels aligned even though there wasnt anything done on the tie-rod. Even with the year long alignment deal, they managed to get every excuse on the books not to do it. I had to drive to another ntb to get it actually done.

Iv never been a fan of NTB but I needed an alignment and had a great experience at this one that changed my mind. Great work and staff.

Great customer service but absurd pricing. Wanted to replace two wheel cylinders and rear brakes but the wanted $347 and change FOR TWO WHEEL CYLINDERS.

Took car to get an alignment, I told them I had specific specs I needed the car to be set to due to aftermarket parts. After multiple attempts and several hours they got it right.

Always helpful when I go.

Do not get an alignment at this ntb me an my brother both had it done here an both has issues with alignment with in a week he had an adjustment come loose an they want me to pay again to to fix mine
