I want to say, this was one of the BEST experiences I have had in car care. You may pay a little extra & wait a little longer, but it is worth the time and money. If the wait was long, they offered to take you home too. While waiting they kept checking the waiting area to see if anyone needed a drink (or snack from Walgreens next door). The place is clean, the environment was spotless, and the service was impeccable! I will definitely bring any service needs to this location. I have never felt so comfortable at a car service industry!!! So impressed with the professionalism, friendliness of the staff and service workers. WAY TO GO!!!!

I have had general services done on my car for the past year and the service is ALWAYS top shelf. NEVER get the “the push car salesman “ vibe. Techs are very informative and facility is always clean. They always go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of; everything from the extremely comfy entertainment area to the Starbucks coffee ( or tea or hot cocoa) to offering snacks while you get cozy 🤗🤗🤗.If you have a little one, they even have a closed in play area if they need to burn some energy while you wait! Oh, and if you forgot your phone charger, they have charging stations as well! Yeah they pretty much thought if everything just about!I would not take my car anyw else! And you shouldn’t either!!!

I went in for the first time today for a state inspection because my wife highly recommended Caliber. What an amazing surprise of how clean, professional and friendly the staff is. Caliber had my truck in and out in about 30 minutes. They have restored my faith in auto care in the area. I will definitely be back when I need work done on our vehicles.

We have been bringing our truck here for the past 2 years and service has always been great. Best part of it, I get to bring my kids and they get to play in the playground instead of having to wait in the car until they’re done!Dylan was our most recent tech and he was very helpful, he explained everything throughly and provided great customer service.

Great service would definitely recommend caliber for all your vehicle needs. Went in for a transmission flush and needed a leak fixed. They installed a new radiator to fix the leak and performed the transmission flush and got my vehicle back to me the next day. Friendly people and great work performed at this location. I like to get my car serviced here, especially when I have to bring my kids a long, because theres a little playroom they can stay in and enjoy. I love that they have this cool feature where you get a text when your vehicle is ready. There were a series of pictures showing what they inspected and where something may look wrong. By the time the service person came to me, I already knew what to hear or expect!

This place is next level autocare. The associates are very friendly and the communication is great. Ive taken both my car and my husbands car here and each time they are up front on cost, they will call and discuss anything further that needs to be done so you don’t have to worry about any hidden fees. There is also a playground inside if you have to wait with your children and a shuttle for customer convenience.

Went in for a State Inspection of a one-year-old vehicle with 5,500 miles on it. Thirty minutes later they’re taking out the air cleaner and opening the antifreeze and brake fluid reservoirs.Shocked, I ask them why they are doing that. The answer I get is that they apparently do a detailed inspection of every vehicle that comes through their facility, regardless of age. I was neither informed of that when I brought the car in, nor did I consent to allow that; It’s essentially a brand new car – if it’s got problems with filters and fluids this soon in its life, that’s between me and the manufacturer.Seeing how upset I was, the tech told me he could abort the advanced inspection if I declined it, which I immediately did.I never could figure out the order of operations of this shop. The service tech that entered my information into the system and drove my car into the inspection bay worked on three other vehicles before finally getting back to mine some 20-25 minutes later. And then another tech, who had been working exclusively on one other vehicle, also became involved. 40 total minutes for what should have been a 10 minute task.Based on this experience, I won’t go back to this or any other Caliber location.

I needed to have my car checked beforea long trip...they checked it thoroughly, gave me a detailed description ...and didnt charge me a dime!! Since the first time I have been using them, they have been extremely professional and so nice! it is a pleasure to have mechanics like them!

I have heard of an auto care business being so personal. It’s like Cheers, where everybody knows your name even if you haven’t gone in for six months-they still know you when you walk in the door. The waiting area is the cleanest I’ve ever had to sit in, the staff is friendly and accommodating to everyone. Truly the customer comes first at Caliber. I will not go anywhere else to have my car serviced!

The people here are world class and so nice that it’s almost unbelievable! My experiences every time I go here compel me to want to tell everyone about it. Not that it’s a common topic of discussion, but if anyone ever expresses to me the need to find a new place to get an oil change, this will be my only recommendation. These guys take customer service seriously and never disappoint.

I tired this business out-of-the-blue and I am glad I did. Mark was very helpful. This establishment uses the latest technology to communicate all aspects of your vehicle being worked on. Prices are fair, I did not feel like I was at an “auto repair” shop. I would recommend Caliber Auto Care, ask for Mark and he will take care of you.

Ive used Caliber Auto Care for oil changes, state inspections, and a check engine diagnostic and repair. Every time Ive been, the facility is clean, on time, and the people who help me are kind and knowledgeable. When they say theyll call you back on a certain day or time, they do. I like that they provide you with a report of your car that shows actual pictures of each component so you can see whats wrong with it or how it looks. They told me what needed replacing, what would need replacing in a little while, and what was good. They never once pressured me to upgrade or buy more unlike every other car place Ive been to. Im very impressed and will keep coming here for all my familys car needs.

First time here, stopped in on the way home for an oil change. Got me in right away and really quick on the service. Inspected quite a lot of stuff but didnt push any unnecessary repairs.Place was extremely clean and staff all very nice. They have a Starbucks machine and tablets / phone charging ports (hit those up) as well as a giant play place for kids (didnt hit that up, but will admit was tempted).

Went in for a simple oil change was beyond impressed. Greeted with the door open and a lovely lobby to go with it. Waiting area is comfy with multiple TVs and reading, along with iPads for entertainment. Plenty of refreshments available and play area for kids. Wasnt pressured into to buying anything extra, staff was honest with their work. Fluids like brake and windshield being top off would have been nice. With 25% off I couldnt complain will be back to service my truck soon. Service first stays true to the name.

I went to this location today to get oil change, inspection and tire rotation. The place was nice and clean. (Ive never been there but was recommended to me) The service was excellent and very professional. Everyone I talked to was helpful. They were pretty busy but Bradley took time to talk to me about any issues that my car had and the technician Matt was very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely return here again. Its hard to find good honest mechanic shops that you feel comfortable with but I would highly recommend this place!

I got repairs done over 700.00 worth and the may engine alight came back on the same day. So 700.00 down the drain. Couple months later my car stopped on my son got a mechanic to look at it and they told me whoever was last to work on your car left wires out intentionally so I would have to bring it back to whoever worked on it. I will never again go to this place. It’s unacceptable especially since I was unemployment at the time and didn’t have a lot of money and I told them this do as a women they took advantage of me.so in professional!

This place is truly changing the industry. They have the best customer service. The shop is cleaner than my house probably and my wife is a detailed ultra clean person...it is amazing. I want to take all my employees and give them a Tour so they know what 5 star customer service looks like. The quality of service is amazing and they are HONEST!!! They will tell you what you need and what you dont need. One day I came back because on of my lights had gone out, they replaced the light and at the end they did it for free, for being a customer... I will never take my car anywhere else and you should not... this sounds like a paid advertisement LOL...but its not, I am a super satisfied customer.

This place is very different from any auto repair shop I have ever been to. The people are professional and very friendly. The facility is so nice it’s near luxury level, from the waiting area with comfortable chairs and big screen tvs to the bathroom, they even have a play area for kids similar to a Chick-fil-A .They are competent and diagnosed my vehicle correctly and all the work they did was solid and is holding up. They even offered to pick up my truck from my house (keep in mind I am literally right around the corner, walking distance). I have always had positive experiences here and am glad they are my neighborhood auto shop. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here. They are not the cheapest, but the quality and service is absolutely next level.

I came to Caliber Auto care because the price was cheaper but when I arrived their service was better. They were very informative with the problems my car had and very thorough in explaining in detail what was wrong and how to go about fixing it. WOW! I take my F-150 in to Caliber for oil changes regularly. I have used them many time before, and I have always been impressed. They are professional, the entirety of the facilities are clean, and they never pressure you do anything - they simply give you the information and their professional opinion. I took my F-150 in on Feb 3, 2021 for a simple oil change and state inspection. I expected to be in and out in a reasonable amount of time as always. Upon completing the inspection, the technicians came to me with a major issue found with the vehicle. The issue was that ATF/Power Steering fluid had been introduced to the braking system reservoir mistakenly. They gave me all the information, took me out to see the issue, explained our options, and let me determine which route to take to try and remedy this to try and avoid having to replace a lot of things with the braking system and pay a lot of money due to the error. Being very car savvy myself, and knowing these guys know their stuff, we decided on a solution and they assured me they would do everything possible to remove the incorrect fluid add by syphoning all fluid from the reservoir and doing a very through brake system flush and inspection. I left the truck with them to work their magic, and I was very confident they would do all they could. I was pleased to get a call later to confirm they had indeed prevented the foreign fluid from entering the lines and causing any damage. However, they informed me of another problem. When I left the truck with them, I had informed them not to roll down any of the front windows due to some issues with the window regulators. They wrote it on the ticket, but it got lost in communication somehow, and one of the techs had rolled down the driver side window. The manager stated he was very sorry, they had tried to get it back up, but they could not. He next blew me away informing me that because they had made this error, they had already made arrangements for a new regulator on the driver side window to arrive shortly and they would replace it free of charge for me. I was at a loss for words; I have NEVER been treated with such care, professional service, and knowledge in an auto repair shop. They replaced the window regulator for me, charged me nothing for it, and it was done perfectly. I cannot speak higher about Caliber Auto Care on Spring Cypress. THESE GUYS ARE FIRST CLASS! They are managed well, knowledgeable, professional, caring, and just plain do things the way they should be done. It really is no coincidence that they used to be named SERVICE FIRST. Caliber Auto Care is my place to go! Keep up the great work guys!

Justin and his team at Service First were excellent. They solved a long-lasting mystery with my car in June 2020 and were forward about pricing, procedures, and services completed. I came back in late July 2020 for an inspection (completely separate from the previous issue) and Justin remembered me! They completed my inspection and other requested maintenance services in a timely fashion. I am thankful for the honest values of Justin and his team. They have been very good to me and my family. We will be taking our business there from now on and I always direct friends and family to go there.

Everytime I have to go get car repairs done this is where I head. Every employee is kind and honest. They never try and over sell items that are in needed especially being a female. They show photos of everything they are talking to you about so that you can see exactly what they are. Wonderful place, wonderful people, wonderful experience!

He asked for my keys and said “We got this.” The fix was simple and I was out in no time. He turned what was a mountain *to me*, into a molehill, and saved the day. This place is AWESOME!!! Great service. They are professional, courteous, and fair. Oil change and tire rotation done quickly and efficiently. They also send photographs of the vehicle inspection, including tire tread depth, which is awesome.

I am a senior citizen recently moved to the area. I stopped in to check about getting my vehicle serviced and met Brent Maglinger, service adviser. I asked about the price of an oil change and he explained the choices and prices. I chose a Duramax full synthetic oil blend. He took my keys and I started looking around, I was amazed at the carpet, wall decorations, 3 large screen televisions, and very comfortable chairs. Shortly after sitting, I received several pictures from the service technician showing front lights working, rear lights working, each tires tread, no warning lights on dash, air filter clean, showing all fluid levels, and a picture of underneath the car. A few minutes later after a short visit with Brent, they told me my vehicle was ready at the front door. I can say this is the nicest most comfortable service facility I have ever experienced. I have never heard of a company which takes pictures of clients cars to show the condition of the items and not try to sell parts or services not needed. I will tell my friends about my good experiences and I will be back.

I called on Saturday, and they fit me in to do a diagnostic on my truck. The water pump had busted, so they took on the task on Monday. They dropped off the truck to my home since I had class that evening.

I have been going to this location since they first opened and have been VERY pleased with my service from the beginning! Always greeted at the door when walking in and asking what I would like done that day. The staff has always been kind, professional, efficient, thorough on inspection and honest. I’ve never felt like I’m being taken advantage of here, as I have at other establishments, which makes me appreciate their work even more! I highly recommend to everyone, but especially Mom’s of little ones. They have a indoor, closed in play area for kids which makes my life 10x easier and so convenient! I will continue to be a customer for them as long as they are in business!

These guys are really helpful and actually care about the people they serve. I brought my enterprise fleet vehicle there after bad service somewhere else. Unfortunately, they were not able to service it because of Enterprise bureaucratics, but rather than just leave me out to dry, they still tried to help me out. My car was dead because of the battery issue it was there for. The charger they had wasn’t working and seemed like I would need to get it towed. Brent (the service advisor) offered to go to his house and pick his own charger up to jump my car. We ended up getting it started with a different charger, but his offer to utilize his own equipment to help me out went a long way. I look forward to using them for my vehicle service in the future.

Brought the vehicle in not knowing what the issue was. Ive used other locations before and as always they are not only professional but provide over the top customer service. They happened to be busy and needed extra time with my car so provided me with a a ride both to and from the location. They also were in constant contact with me regarding the vehicle. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else!!!

Was from out of town and my vehicle started leaking coolant. I found that my radiator had a crack in it. I called and explained what was going on. Took my car there and they wanted to charge a $140 buck to diagnose it. I told them I had already found the issue and was told they would not warranty the work with out the diag being done. I reminded them I was from out of town and already knew what the issue was and if they could simply change the radiator and coolant. To me things like this is just looking for things to charge the customer. Found another shop I was very happy with the work. He had me in and out and the price was spot on. I would not go here unless you like over paying for work.

So far Ive only gotten oil and filter changed here, but they are as inexpensive as anyone else in that regard, sometimes cheaper. They have a very nice waiting center and are quite attentive. The free point inspection is also something I appreciate, they email it to you also and there are pictures to prove that they are telling you the truth, not just making things up to make you come back. Keep it up! Please dont change.

Been along time coming to leave this great review. The manager Justin is so great at working with people, from his customers to employees and back around. I have been a customer for some time now. Let me tell you, the technicians are also awesome at breaking down an issue with my vehicle into logical terms; and identifying the problem for me.I only had an issue with the pickup service once; in which Justin (the manager) was out of the service center. I awaited nearly two hours to be picked back up due to driver receiving incorrect address; after informing of actual address he continued to get lost, but he did get to me eventually nonetheless. When I got back to the shop I shared my experience with someone working at the desk. However, the response I received is next time they would send someone even younger. I advised Rep age had nothing to do with it; just better communication.The following day I discussed the matter with the manager Justin directly, regarding my wait time (never informed him of conversation with Rep @ the desk). Also advised Justin that I did not want to make a formal complaint. As I am aware not all uncomfortable experiences should result in someone being fired, let go, etc. Sometimes individuals just need to be retrained. Justin informed me that he would definitely 👀 into the situation to ensure it does not happen again.Have since had to utilize the drive service and Justin was there, it was a better experience all over again.Great to have wonderful technicians caring for my vehicle and 👀 ing forward to the next visit.

We had our front brakes replaced along with an oil change. When we came back to get the back brakes repaired they quoted $600. We ended up going to the Nissan Dealership, who did the job in less than 2 hours for $199.

I drove up for an inspection, was greeted at the door as the service rep held the door open for me. I was seen immediately, the manager came to ask if there was anything he could do to make me more comfortable while I waited in a very nice area with cushy seating and 3 large screen TVs. I relaxed for a few moments and decided to get a cup of free coffee when my service rep told me I was ready to go. Just great service.

Caliper auto care is hands down the best service shop around. Very fair pricing amongst the rest of the competition out there and great hospitality.

Employees were very friendly. Took my car for inspection and was told it would be about 30 minutes. They were done and I pd was in my car in about 20 minutes. I will definitely use them again.

It was a pleasure dealing with Service First and my service adviser Tyler. Great place to take your vehicle in for service. Prices were competitive with other places. The service received was awesome. I will definitely take our vehicles there for service in the future. Not only was my truck finished in the time estimated, but they even delivered it to my house when they were finished instead of me trying to find a ride up there to pick it up. The facilitates were amazing, even though I didnt spend much time there. Give them a try next time your vehicle needs serviced, I promise, youll be happy you did.

The whole team a Service First is fantastic. Alex Torres is the most knowledgeable and honest person I have met, although he is now in a Leadership position but go ask for his son Josh Torres (his son) who is just as great and following in his fathers footsteps. If you cannot get a hold of Josh ask for Tyler. Its always such a relief to go to a car shop knowing you are getting honest professional service. Highly, highly recommended.

5/21 - 5/23/20 - Service First Automotive RatingI have used Service First Automotive, 11922 Spring Cypress Rd., Tomball TX a number of times for oil changes, inspections, rear bake service and new brake fluid for my vehicles. This week was the first time I used them for a major repair service. I had an issue with the brakes on my vehicle and also needed an inspection so took it to First Service. They kept my vehicle for 2.5 days to replace a brake booster hose, power brake booster and fuel injection plenum gasket. They forgot to perform the annual inspection as I had requested. The charge for replacing the parts mentioned above was in excess of $1,000.After the fact, I checked the prices at the parts department of a local dealership and found that the parts alone on my repair were marked up approximately 60% over the dealership cost (I am ok with a reasonable markup but not this amount). In addition, the labor charges were much higher than what it would have cost me at a highly rated local repair shop (unfortunately I was not aware of this repair shop at the time of my brake service). In summary, I over paid for the parts and labor on my vehicle repair by at least $400 (it is my fault but was in a bind).These guys are awesome with customer service but it is unfortunate their cost structure is too high for my pocket book. The GM mentioned they are not the highest priced and are not the lowest price repair shop. The GM offered to perform the inspection at no cost after I brought it to his attention and I declined (advised him I am not looking for anything free, only reasonable prices). Unfortunately, great customer service does not balance out elevated prices so I will have to reconsider where I go for auto service in the future.

Came in during lunch break, Justin Henderson was very nice & professional one of my headlight was not working, he changed it & I was able to have my inspection done, i was in & out in 15-20 minutes. The place is very clean, everybody is super nice, I definitely recommend this place to anybody for fast & great customer service, I will definitely be returning !!

The facility itself is really nice, modern, clean, and comfortable. Coffee and water, playroom/climber for little kids, nice big TV and comfortable seating. The young guy that helped had hustle and it was just about the cleanest car related repair/oil change shop I have ever seen. They even vacuumed out the floor mats after completing the job. I will certainly be back for this level of customer service!

Took my truck here for an honest opinion and said I would be out of thousands dollar. When I went somewhere else the problem didnt even exist just needed a hose replaced. Honest people are hard to come by now days. Always get a second opinion.

The front desk was very informative about my vehicle, Miguel let me know in detail what was wrong with my truck and offered me options on what to do to resolve the issue. What a fabulous experience! I was greeted at the door and my car was worked on immediately. Their prices are absolutely fair, and the interior waiting room is amazing. They have a play place for kids and a comfortable place for adults. I will be doing a lot more business here

Our family highly and enthusiastically recommends Service FirstJustin and his staff have won our business and Service First has become the shop our family uses for all of our auto maintenance and repair work. In our opinion, Service First seems to be knowledgeable and fairly priced.Our daughter was the first to seek their services. Her Toyota had a very unusual, unique problem that nobody else took the time to diagnose. Justin and his crew were extremely thorough and found the source of the problem. The problem was resolved relatively quickly and for a satisfactory price.Since our daughter had such a good experience, we decided to bring our car to Service First for its yearly inspection. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Justin and the young lady at the desk. The greeting was like I was a long time friend stopping by for a visit. Even with everyone wearing face coverings and socially distancing, it felt welcoming. I was told they could take my car in and I was offered a water bottle or coffee. The waiting area was extremely clean and the most comfortable I have ever experienced although the inspection was done so quickly, I didn’t have much time to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.In this time of Covid-19, I felt safe and comfortable while inside Service First. Everyone caring for the guests (customers) were wearing face coverings, there was social distancing, hand sanitizer and plexiglass to aid where distance was not possible.Before leaving, I was sincerely thanked for my visit and for my business.

Everything from the staff, the waiting area and the service was perfect. I loved the digital inspection report that was sent with pictures, definitely shows how they’re dedicated to keep their customers informed on everything. I will definitely recommend them to anyone is the katy/cypress area and will continue to have my vehicle serviced with them. Thanks Service First!

They are very professional and honest.

Actually surprised me. I was apprehensive as I only take my car to the dealership for all service. I won a gift certificate to Service First and decided to give it a try. Justin the manager personally greeted me and took care of me. I was super impressed he put together who I was just by our phone call. Place is immaculate clean and all employees are super nice. I can say they have definitely changed my mind and I’ll be back.

Great place with great service. Not pushy like the dealerships looking to try and gouge you.No mistakes made on my vehicles, but I heard a lady complaining about things that they clearly had nothing to do with, and Alex calmly and professionally just took care of them and got the lady on her way.Highly recommend.
