Dallas was my service advisor when I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. As soon as I pulled up he came out to greet me and was polite in asking what service I needed and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Professional service and friendly staff. I’ve been to other Nissan dealerships and did not have the same service. Worth the drive!
Original took car to Katy Nissan and received a lot of garbage regarding a warranty replacement of my battery.Fred Haas Nissan offered prompt service and stood behind the Nissan warranty. My car delivered back to me with a new battery, complimentary car wash and vacuumed carpeting in under 1.5 hours.

10/10 service. I went to Robbins Nissan first and they said they wouldn’t even START working on my car for 4 business days because they’re so behind. I drove 40 minutes to Fred Haas and my car was DONE the next day. Very friendly and quick service. As long as I’m able, I will drive out to Tomball to work with this location. I’ve only had good experiences with them. From buying my car, to a couple wrecks and basic services, this location is the best!!
Every time I go to this place they are always very helpful and informative. They always help me get the best rate and explain everything so thoroughly that I understand. It’s hard nowadays to find good servicing for your vehicles but this place is honest and performs excellent
I purchased my car in 2015 and have always taken it here for service. Always let me know if there are any issues or anything that I need to keep an eye on. Never pressure me to have additional work done there. The Family Plan is the greatest!
I absolutely love Nissan in Tomball. They have such great vibes and customer service. I really wish I remembered the guys name that took care of me. He was beyond amazing. Make sure to get a written copy of your sales contract before you walk out of that finance office. Everything was sign electronically. Thought they would emailed me a copy of everything I sign but had nothing. Had to call back after weeks of not receiving anything emailed. Track down my sales person and got a picture of a copy of my sales contract. Not a good business practice. As for my sales person. They were very helpful a polite.

I was able to sit in the waiting area that was comfortable, sanitized, and had places to charge my electronic device while enjoying complimentary snacks and beverages. Everyone after, from the mechanic, to the cashier, to the gentleman who walked me to my car and opened the car door for me when my service was completed, was very kind and courteous. Having a new vehicle you would think would not have issues but I had few challenges with my 2021 rogue. Daniel worked out the issue quickly and I was back on the road enjoying my ride. It’s was my first time to get my first oil change and the customer service was awesome and very helpful too with the lady that help me out I am so sorry I forgot her name but she is a sweetheart make my day joking around and also make sure everything was good on my car too and even got it wash too which I feel embarrassed cuz been super busy working that to be honest haven’t had time to take my car to the car wash too so I truly appreciated that a lot.

Diagnostic tests were performed to determine rattling noise under hood. It was also time for an oil change and tire rotation. Once the problem was pinpointed, I was provided with a rental while my vehicle was repaired. Repairs were made and I was notified in a timely manner. The fan to the AC went bad and the service department permitted the repair due ti the unforeseen failure in the middle of this heatwave we are in. I cant say enough how grateful they took care of replacing the part when none were in stock. I appreciate the care they took to get me back in my car with a working AC.

I had a great first time experience at Fred Haas Nissan today. I typically go to another Nissan dealership, however they were close to my home so I decided to got to Fred Hass. I had an appointment set for 7:40 a.m. and was concerned because I had to get to work and it was 6 cars I front of me. Service Advisor Reinaldo approached my vehicle and I expressed I had an appointment and was concerned with the amount of cars in front of me.and I had to get to work. I am so thankful for the people in the service department. I recently went in to get my car serviced and when I arrived I was greeted by a young gentleman named Melvin. The customer service I experienced was great! Rick worked with me to first diagnose what the issue was and explained everything very well. He kept me up to date as to what was going on each time. It turned out that I needed some extensive work done and I felt reassured that he was taking care and handling the issues with not only me but the mechanic and the manufacturer. He was professional, polite, and thoughtful. He listened to my questions and provided excellent answers and/or solutions. I would definitely encourage anyone to visit or purchase a vehicle there, knowing they would be taken care of.

I went in to order parts and left with a card and service appointment. Be prepared to wait just to speak with someone coming here. You will see a lot of available ppl but the ones that you need to speak to are all occupied. The ppl athat are available are all very kind in the wait. Service was the real kicker. Parts was unable to find the part I needed until I found the part they said they didnt sale online. Then they seem to find the part also. Strange but I did get an order theis was Thursday no update on this part yet is Tue of the next week. I also asked for service waited 25 min for the gentleman to be available to schedule. The scheduling took less that 5 min to complete. I waited with 3 other ppl who were unable to schedule me. I called back to curve the date on the phone that was a low than 5 min process. Bought the car in and because I walked in to the drop off my keys I was told that was the incorrect procedure. Well the way I saw it as I waiting in my car (opening appointment) and the office was open there where 4 ppl that could help me. Well the same guy who wouldnt helped me follows me to my car to then address my appointment seemed petty for lack of a better term. An hour service turns in to phone tag and when I would call no one could update me they would say the guy handling my car was unavailable he would call me. Finally I just went up to find out my car was fished hours ago. What a nightmare. I told myself this was the first and last interaction with this location. Sn they also did not complete the service and and gave the explanation that nissan didnt have a responses. The only reason I didnt one star this review is because everyone spoke with outside of the service guy handling my car was polite and professional.
Gio A. was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to have techs look for the issue I was describing without charging me for work that was unnecessary. Since my issue couldnt be fixed through the dealership he googled and sent me info for a repair shop for my wheel that could help. Even better, they were very cheap too! Finding someone helpful and trustworthy is a relief!

I then went to another Nissan dealership and was told that my battery failed and I needed another one. I was also informed that I needed a brake fluid flush because it was dirty upon inspection - this was one of the services that was SUPPOSEDLY done at Fred Haas. I am now wondering was anything completed. I have called and left a voicemail to the service manager, Jim, and sent an email to him and the general manager, John. I have not heard anything back from either one of them. I am extremely upset and disappointed that I paid hundreds of dollars for service that may not have been completed and lied about my vehicle being fully checked when it wasn’t.
