First time goer, went to get my alternator done. It was a quick work, and got my car back within a couple hours. I came back to get my inspection done and it didnt take long at all to get it done. Highly recommend using Christian Brothers.

I had an oil change service at a local dealership and they told me they found a leak in my box trucks Brake booster. The quote to repair was outrageous so I took brought it here. They were busy but they did take the time to look at the issue and they found no leak. They double and triple checked. To top it off they didn’t charge me anything either. This is restoring my faith in small business and good people. Mason and Craig helped tremendously and I appreciate their integrity!

First impressions, I walked in the office and was greeted with a hello and welcome. It was also very clean and organized.The front personnel was friendly and Craig, was very informative. A plus they have a shuttle and brought me home. They updated me via text and phone call throughout the day. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs.

The man i was talking to was extremely rude, And hung the phone up on me when i was talking to him. (How ever There was one person who actually came out and helped me. Tall thin man whith nice hair.) If you go in ask for him, bc the other front desk people just dismissed me and my brother, And charge me $300 for a alignment. On which my truck came out being the same as i came in.

I was very impressed by the service offered by Christian Brothers in South Tomball. They were very friendly, helpful and handled the maintenance required on my Honda in a very professional and timely manner. The waiting area is very accommodating and comfortable. Was going for a routine oil change on my truck, and the tech noticed a small amount of transmission fluid seeping out of my gasket around my transmission pan. They were the easiest to work with from start to finish. I would definently recommend them to family and friends. They helped me get my vehicle back up and running at its best for our family.

Had significant power loss on my truck but no check engine light on. Being computer controlled problem could have been a lot of things. They test drove, diagnosed, acquired part, installed and test drove again in one day. Problem ended up being catalytic converter was disintegrating internally. Not something you can see or will show up on diagnostic test machine. That’s something you only determine with experience and common sense. Another good experience for me by going to Christian Brothers.

A façade. Using religion as a basis for business and charging poor people outrageous costs for repairs. I know now to let everyone I know to avoid this place. I was treated with respect, thats a plus. The quote I was given and the prices I was going to be charged in actuality were almost doubled.Will never be returning.

I’ve used this Christian Brothers location for random things ranging from an oil change and state inspection to brake repairs and AC issues. They are professional, provide top notch work and very polite. I usually speak with Mason, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. He will explain everything in detail and makes sure you understand. I have no reason to take my vehicles anywhere else. They are the best!

This is the second time I’ve used this Christian Brothers location and I can say I’m more then satisfied with the service and commitment. I took the car in for replacing the throttle sensor (under my extended warranty) and they were able to repair a couple of other issue all covered as well under the same deductible. I got my vehicle back one day head of schedule, I highly recommend this location and will continue to use them in the future.

Happy they got us back on the road, but wont be using them again. They are genuinely nice people, But they are extremely overpriced. I never pay anything more than 30 dollars for an oil change and we needed a major part replacement . If you dont specify what you want they will automatically charge the top dollar and use unnecessary oil . My oil change was $81.54.$99.95 Just for a diagnosis on the part replacement.$87 in labor for a 30 min job changing an ignition coil pack . They may have even done it in 15 min, because they did not get started until 30 mins after I left . . They have top of the line customer service and the vehicle is running flawlessly after the repair, but I paid $643 for an oil change and an ignition coil pack and that is enough for me not to go back.

Had to have my husbands car towed to them yesterday. They asked me if my insurance covered towing, which it did (I had no idea). Gregg and gang fixed everything perfectly and it didn’t cost my kids college tuition! They even drove the car back home since I can’t drive a manual and my husband is out of commission. Went for oil change took two days found out they re machined my oil pan and drain hole basically destroyed it for every one else after had to replace myself and they changed and replaced the breaks destroyed the screw into the caliper gotta replace that too stay away from these people if you value your vehicle and life it’s not a safe or honest business

Let me preface my review by stating that neither my husband nor I are religious in ANYWAY so the fact that they are Christian and have materials in our lobby has nothing to do with my review. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here since they opened many moons ago and have been as a whole very pleased with the work weve received. I have never felt pressured to purchase a service and/or have unnecessary work done on my vehicle that was outside of what I either took it in for or was not completely explained to me in terms I could understand why the service was necessary and had my buy-in. In the past I have had problems with other service work done at other car mechanics so I can truthfully say I kind of have a feel and a dread of dealing with new people I dont trust. I appreciate the work and the people at the South Tomball location and will continue to take my vehicle there for as long as I live in the area. My only issue is them not being open on the weekend but I know that going in. Do I wish it were different for me yes, for their employees no. So its something you will have to keep in mind especially if your repair cannot be completed by close of business Friday. But the people are friendly and professional and I have never had problems with the work completed.

So this was my first visit to Christian Brothers. The staff is pleasant and friendly. I brought my truck in to have the brakes inspected, the oil changed and state inspection. Normally I do the brakes and oil myself, but due to my busy schedule I decided to have someone else do it. I set the appointment on line which was very convenient. When I dropped my truck off I was told it would about an hour or two before they even pulled it in to get started. I am not sure what the appointment was for. Good thing I wasn’t planning on waiting on it. They gave me a ride home, driver was professional. So several hours later I finally get a call and was told my brakes were good just need to flush the system. Quoted a price and work was agreed on. A few more hours and I received a text saying my truck was ready. I am pleased that they were honest and did not do unnecessary work. When I showed up to pick it up and I was given the bill. I WAS SHOCKED, the oil change was 105.00.!!! They charged me 80.00 for 7.7 quarts of oil... even with the half price coupon code it was still over 50.00. On top of that I had to remind them that I had the coupon code, otherwise I would not have been given the discount. I was never told how much it would cost when I dropped it off or I would have told them no way. While this may be the cost across the industry, that is unbelievable. I will never take my truck back to them again. I will change my oil myself. I will not be taking my truck to them to do my brakes, I can and will do that myself too. If it’s 105.00 to simply change my oil, I can only imagine what they will charge me for a brake job. I apparently need to be changing oil for a living.So in review they never told me the cost up front and they over charge, in my opinion, for a simple oil change. Save your money and do it yourself.

Service was excellent. Front office was very friendly and knowledgeable. Quick service considering how much they needed to do. They kept me in the loop the whole way. Never had they feeling they were ever trying to take advantage of someone. Overall awesome job guys keep up the good work.

Took advantage of an awesome online offer for my vehicle inspection. Setting up appointment was easy. Though they were busy when I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, the inspection was prompt. They were courteous and didn’t try to upsell me like many mechanics do. Went to get my air conditioning checked out and I called around a few places to check for prices. And these guys were the best price. They will work with you as well. Had to get two evaporator coils replaced. It was a big job and they got it done just in time for when I needed it. Also walked out to my car and explained what all they did which was pretty cool. Even vacuumed my car when they were done. They also will take you back home if you need to drop off your car like I did. The driver was very sweet and talked to my nosy kids. Will be taking the rest of my business there from now on.

I went in Friday morning, made my appointment online. They were ready for me and I was bringing in 2 cars. 1 car was just for a safety inspection, they had it done in under 15 minutes the other car was a/c repair and it was done the same day. Extremely friendly staff, offering shuttle service if needed. Prices with warranty information were given to me, and a full diagnostics were run before repair. I was told that the alternator was fine during testing, but I was also informed that the alternator could be going out, but it was difficult to tell. I was given the option to proceed with repair or not.The staff I spoke with were all super friendly and they did a fantastic job on the repair of my vehicle. I highly recommend Christian Bros. Craig was very helpful and understood I have spent a lot of money with Christian Brothers, as well as other auto repair shops, trying to get my truck running correctly. I had previously brought it to him to have the heater core replaced and there was some confusion about my initial quote for the repair, which Craig stated he felt bad about. This time I brought my truck in due to an engine oil leak and a power steering leak. I also had them do two other repairs (EBCM and a window regulator/motor). When I came to pick up my truck and discovered additional leaking from the engine, he diagnosed the issue and offered to make the repair free of charge, due to not seeing the issue previously. Since taking the truck home later that day, there has been no additional leaking of any kind. I will always be grateful to Christian Brothers for their honesty and generosity.

Ive been going to these guys for over 5 years. Ive always been pleased. Even when some repair didnt come out quite right they always made it right even to the point of doing the entire job over again at no cost to me and it was them who requested they be able to do it over, not me. They are always courteous and respectful. Theyve done major and minor repairs as well as routine maintenance on both my cars. They are good people.

We love the friendly atmosphere and the fast, quality service at this location. We rarely need it but the free shuttle is very nice. They do our routine maintenance and the more difficult work also and in 15 years we’ve never had an issue with their service.
