We always bring our cars back to the dealership for service so when I called to make an appointment, I was repeatedly asked which suburban. I said the same one from previous appointments and was told you have 2 listed. Now, I have had my current Suburban since April of 2014 AND turned in my PREVIOUS one towards my current one. Frustrating that this was even asked especially when I said to refer to my profile. Secondly, there was only one person working the desk. Although very nice and professional, it was not sufficient. I am not glued to my phone and often have volume down so 20 plus minutes went by before I realized I had received a TEXT about suggested services recommended. I was sitting no more than 6 ft away AND I had been sitting there unknowingly of the message. This is unacceptable. The dealership continues to eliminate the human factor and this is terribly concerning. Ever since the oil change center has opened, service is not as it once was when we would deal with one service person. We have contacted Dave Ramsey multiple times and asked if we can bring our suburban to him to facilitate service - he knows our vehicle, communicates with us and keeps us up to date verbally with a call/voice message. We have been going to Dave for many years and he truly represents exemplary customer care, The texting of messages regarding maintenance needs to be an option offered to customer not automatically, ESPECIALLY when it isnt communicated that there is a new process to service at the center.

Used Scrubway station for State inspection. Tech marked on my paperwork that there is an issue with carbon build-up -but nobody mentioned it to me. So, not happy about that.Other than than that, basic service,no issue. Process was quick.

First off I love Chevy, but out of all the dealerships I’ve been too Parkway is by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had. Hipolito was super helpful, but not over bearing. I had come in two weeks prior to my purchase, and he made sure to keep me updated on new inventory. Withney the GM made sure to get me the best deal possible, and Rod made sure to clearly explain all financial questions.

Santiago made my car shopping experience PHENOMENAL! I came out with a brand new car in a short amount of time compared to my previous car buying experiences. He got me the exact car and color that I wanted at a great deal! I highly recommend him as he made everything easy and effortless.

I had a good experience buying my car there but not with the service department. I was told I needed my brakes replaced, but when a different Chevrolet dealer said they could do it cheaper than what I was quoted, they found that I didnt need new brakes at all. The glass fell out of my side mirror and Mac Haik said I only needed the glass replaced. I called Parkway to get an appointment for replacement and was told that they only replace the whole unit. Parkway is much closer to my residence than the other dealerships, but I will never even call them again. All women should stay away from this service department.

I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado Work Truck. I had two sales representatives, David Croft and Chad Godwin, that assisted me with the sale. Both were very knowledgeable and were ready to assist me in any way. I test drove the vehicle with Chad and he answered all of my questions. David was the primary sales person that I negotiated with. There was no pressure to purchase I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I got a great price for my trade in to boot. When you go there ask for either of these guys to help you out you won’t be disappointed.Adrea in the additional parts, upgrades and accessories was also very helpful. Finally Rod in the finance department was fast and efficient. I believe I got there at noon and was out with my new truck by 5 pm. Worst dealership to go to micheal richey the manger of this place called me and asked why I didn’t want to take (the deal ) they where offering and then started to curse me out on the phone when I told him I made up my mind to go find a different place that is willing to help .. I actually had the 10,000$ to put down but was saving just in case something happened and couldn’t make a payment later on but he just wasn’t having. He was throwing a fit over the phone I even told the sales person Maria i was going to come back later and get all the money.. but now that i had that interaction with him I will not be coming back worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with the way your dealership handles business.I have a used truck for sale that one of your sales people, Dara Lewis, reached out to me about and I made appointment to meet her today. When I arrived, she wasnt there, but instead, referred to a gentleman named Manuel, who told me Dara was unavailable and would be dealing with him any way. After wasting half an hour of my time playing car dealership waiting games, Manuel comes back and tells me the best he can do was 20% less than what Dara had said would be your minimum offer over our multiple phone calls.Knowing the value of the vehicle prior to selling, I asked Dara if the initial offer was the best they could do. I was assured that would be the minimum and would probably go up a bit. When I asked Manuel why such a great difference, his simple reply was, they hadnt seen the vehicle. What Manuel didnt know was that I had already emailed over 25 pics of the vehicle inside and out with great detail, including a copy of the Carfax and KBB appraisal.By nature, I hate car dealerships. In my experience, most car salesmen are lecherous sycophants that would sell their own mother for a buck. The only person to change my mind is a fleet salesman at Parkway by the name of Jim Finley. Out company has done business with Jim for 16 years, including our fleet, service, and maintenance business with Parkway. In the service department, Michael Sanchez is a jewel.To be honest, having experienced the bait and switch tactics just to get you in the door has me greatly questioning the value of a continued relationship. If this is how you treat a long term customer who gives you all of their business, how do you treat the average guy off the street? I will definitely be sharing my experience and story with everyone in my professional (Im in the commercial contracting business) and charitable endeavors (Im on the board of three charities with over 1,000 supporting members) and on all my multimedia platforms.
