At the Kingwood location, Brandy and Vanessa were very helpful to me. My car had to be towed in, and as it turned out the engine was replaced under warranty. Since this service, the car has run great. I really appreciate this dealership and its employees.

This was one of THE best car purchasing experiences weve ever had. Mike Ryan was a pleasure to work with. We knew from the moment he gave us each a firm handshake and looked us in the eyes we were going to buy a truck from him. He further reinforced that initial feeling by actually listening to what my husband wanted out of a truck and made sure he got EXACTLY what he wanted. Mike did a wonderful job getting us in front of the accessories and financing associates in a timely manner while simultaneously having our trade in vehicle appraised so that in short order my husband was a proud owner of a fantastic truck.Thats it in a nutshell. One could state he was doing his job but its the little things that really made this experience so nice. Mike somehow made himself unobtrusive when my husband and I wanted to discuss pros/cons of the truck yet he magically appeared when we had questions. He answered any question/concern concisely and honestly. When purchasing a vehicle, there is some inevitable down time as there are other customers, paperwork and such to work around. Mike managed to made that time pass quickly by being personable without getting too personal. Mike and Parkway may have set a record for least painful, most efficient vehicle sale in history.There was no pressure, no games, just a straight forward transaction in an efficient, professional and pleasant environment. I had been searching for months for the right Camaro. I found it at Parkway. Riley Piper was an amazing salesman and did a great job getting me in my new Camaro and even took the time to sit in the car with me and show me how to use all the gadgets and explain everything so that I understood. I did not feel rushed at all, even though there were many other customers there he could have been helping, he took his time to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied with my purchase. If and when I ever buy again, it will definitely be with Riley. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Purchasing a car at parkway Chevrolet was an experience, I will say the drive to Tomball sure didn’t feel long knowing that I would leave with my dream car. Bob Hodge did a great job communicating with me (I live in San Antonio) even though there was some hiccups that day, he managed to make it a great experience and provided great hospitality. I showed up to the dealership with no notice and Bob made sure to be there as soon as he could to help me. Connection with Bob was like no other I’ve been to different dealerships and I was treated badly due to my age (24), salesman didn’t seem interested in helping me thinking I was not serious about the purchase. I’m so pleased with my decision of driving to Parkway Chevrolet and so lucky to have gotten Bob to help me. Definitely recommend!!!

Went to buy a car... did the paperwork on the vehicle and was supposed to finalize it the following day... they sold the car and Terry the salesperson stated she called us that night and the following morning and left us a msg witch she didnt.. we live over an hr away... really thx parkway yall really dont care about customer appreciation... sad thing is this was gonna be the 2nd vehicle we bought from them
