Absolute best mattress purchase experience! After shopping around a bit we decided to check out Mattress Firm in Toms River. Our salesman Rick was super helpful, patient and in the end helped us purchase the perfect bed for our growing 8 year old son. Delivery was available for the week of. We will definitely be back for any mattress needs that come up in the future.

Meta was excellent showing us all the options available. I tried out several mattresses before I made my decision. She explained what the cost would be for each item and when and how the delivery would take place. She answered my questions clearly. I left the store very satisfied with my purchase.

We purchased bed from Mattress Firm in 2019. The bed started sagging really bassi we called the warranty departs did set up a home inspection. They showed up a few days later and did the inspection. Two days went by and we had approval for. $1599 credit. Went back to our local store and spoke with our salesman Rick. Picked out our new bed, should be here in a few days.

We bought a new king size Sterns & Fosters mattress from Mattress Firm. We popped in 3 times as we could not make our mind up. They have a great selection at competitive pricing. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and followed all Covid regulations. We got lucky as the mattress we selected was in stock and will be delivered within only 3 days. She listened to our preferences and showed us a variety of options within our price range. She also made sure that when we tried our mattresses she gave us a pillow with a disposable cover on it to stay hygienic which impressed me. Donna made our shopping experience easy and quick which I appreciated as we had a 2 month old with us. We ended up finding a mattress that fit our needs.

After over 20 years with the same mattress, my wife and I decided to finally get a new one. Our first and only stop was Mattress Firm Toms River North on Hooper Avenue. We planned on going to several stores, but after we worked with the staff (Michelle), we made a purchase on the spot. With a flexible payment plan, discounts on the adjustable base, and competitive pricing on the mattress that was best for us, we couldnt be more happy. We were able to try about 7 or 8 different beds before choosing Serta Hybid 3000 iSeries. We have purchased our last two mattresses here and both Kurt and Dennis have been great to work with. They just give you the info and allow you to make whatever decision you want with it.
